사미헌 장복추의 「숙흥야매잠집설(夙興夜寐箴集說)」 연구

Samiheon`s "the Collection of comments about the Admonition on Rising Early and Retiring Late.(夙興夜寐箴集說)" shows intensively that the characteristic of discourse on Mindfulness(敬) in the Youngnam province at the end of Chosun dynasty. That Collection lead to know that his distinction of Kongfu theory(工夫論). His thoughtful base is Toigye(退溪)`s theory. But, because of the situation at the end of Chosun dynasty, He had different critical minds and interpretations from Toigye School at 16th century. Toigye criticized Nosusin(盧守愼)`s interpretation on the Admonition on `Rising Early and Retiring Late(夙興夜寐箴)` for its` a heretical tendency. But, Samiheon did not refer about its` heretical tendency. This fact leads to inform following point. Samiheon thought that the most important task of Kongfu theory(工夫論) is not the dividing the heresy and the orthodoxy, but the combination Mindfulness with practical ethics in daily life. So, He did soften up referring about metaphysical subjects in his Kongfu theory. For example, his anxiety about the clear definition of `Ascending position(上達處)` and interest with `The order of Heaven(天命)`, decreased certainly when comoared with Toigye`s. Also, his interpretation on "Night Energy(夜氣)" show that he was influnced with the distinctive Enegy-discourses(氣論) in the right side region of river. And, His destination of Kongfu theory is salvation of the world(救世). This point show that he was partly influnced with the Nammyoung`s thought. 사미헌의 『숙흥야매잠집설』은 퇴계학파의 敬論이 조선조말의 상황에서 어떠한 변모과정을 거치고 있었는지를 잘 드러내고 있다. 우리는 이 집설을 통하여 사미헌 장복추의 공부론이 지닌 독특한 성격과 특징을 읽어 볼 수 있다. 그의 공부론은 그 사상적 모태를 퇴계의 학설에 두고 있다. 그러나 한말의 위중한 상황은 그로 하여금 16세가 퇴계학의 문제인식이나 해석방식과는 구별되는 다른 형식의 공부론을 제출할 것을 요청하였다. 사미헌의 敬論에서는, 퇴계가 노수선의 숙흥야매잠 해석을 비판하면서 제기하였던 老佛과의 첨예한 대립의식이 나타나지 않는다는 점이 주목된다. 이 시기 유자들의 경 공부는 노불과의 이론적 다툼보다는, 경이 실천 윤리와 함께 결합되어 일상의 삶을 통어하고 관리하는 일종의 신념체계로 기능하는 것에 중점을 두었다. 이에 그의 공부론에서는 형이상학적 주제에 관한 논의가 대폭 약화되고 있다. 예로 그의 『숙흥야매잠집설』에서는 퇴계와 비교하여 `上達處`에 관한 고심이나 `天命`에 관한 관심 등이 현격하게 줄어들고 있다. 또한 그의 공부론에서는 `야기장`에 대한 해석에서 나타나는 바와 같이, 江右 지역의 독특한 氣論이 일정 부분 스며있다. 또한 그의 경 공부가 지향하는 마지막 바람도 한말의 파멸적 상황을 구원할 `救時拯世`에 있었던 것으로 보이며, 이는 `救世`에 언제나 적극적이었던 남명학파의 주요한 특성을 사미헌도 함께 공유하였던 것임을 의미한다.

부상분리 기술을 이용한 현장형 조류수거시스템의 발전 과정 및 개발 방향

현장형 조류수거시스템(이하 OACS)은 녹조 현상이 심각할 때 긴급 대책으로 투입되는 대안 중의 하나로, 대규모 수역에 투입되는 OACS가 갖추어야 할 조건은 신속대응성, 효율성 및 대용량이다. 부상분리 기술을 이용한 OACS의 성능은 부상․포집․수거 공정의 효율에 의해 결정되며, 처리용량 및 효율성에 가장 중요한 인자는 포집과 수거이다. 이들이 자동화되면 전체 작업속도와 일일 처리수량이 증가한다. OACS에 적용된 기술은 진보될수록 장비의 단순화․소형화와 포집과 수거공정 자동화가 발전하여 신속대응성과 효율성이 향상되었으며, 잔류슬러지를 크게 줄여 친환경성과 수질 지속효과를 향상시켰고, 슬러지 수거량도 증가하여 대용량이 실현되는 방향으로 개선되었다. 그 결과 시스템은 조류증식비율을 극복할 수 있는 조류제거량을 달성할 수 있었고, 처리용량 대비 운영비가 감소되어 기술의 경제성을 크게 향상시켰다. On-site Algae Collecting System (OACS) is one of urgent countermeasures to clean the raw water when the algae blooms severely. Rapid reaction capability, high efficiency and large capacity are required when applying OACS to large water areas. The total performance of OACS are always determined by unit process named Flotation, Trapping and Collection. The working efficiency and daily treatment quantity of OACS can be increased when it runs automatically. As the rapid development of OACS technology, in the first place, equipment are miniaturized and simple. And in the second place, automation process from Trapping to Collection are advanced. So, They produce results higher working efficiency, smaller residual sludge on treated water, system’s advanced environmental friendly features and the increased amount of sludge by Collection process to achieve large capacity. Now OACS has overcome the algae multiplication rate to ensured the amount of removal algae. In another aspect, it is high economically feasible because of reducing operation cost against the large capacity.
