        경영학적 관점에서 접근한 학교체육의 효율적 운영에 대한 고찰

        The theoretical approach of synthetic and practical application study in modern society is systemetically applying in the whole field of physical education study. In this paper, the basical subject of physical education management study will be discussed with various prior study and basical theory part of physical education management study. Through this investigation, the new coures of school physical education will be presented in sound and active and positive, practical direction overcoming of passive system model in spite of prior bad education environment. On the basis of the analized data connecting theoretical direction of physical education. sport management study with proceeding direction of school physical education, the following conclusion were drawn 1. Because the all of program, leader, facility of school physical education is very fixed idea, the school physical education operation pattern in future will be changed in course of positive and creative management pattern. 2. The systemetic management strategy of school physical education will be promoted the moothly trade of school physical education organization and exercise learner. Through this course, the school physical education will be increased exercise frequency and actual learning time (ALT-PE) of learner in exercise learning place. 3. Under the slogan of new education innovation presented in new education curriculum exhibition in 1996.8, the new education curriculum is presented in grade up wide of more voluntary education curriculum selection emerging in presentation of uniform imageminded education curriculum. Therefore, the pattern of exercise learner needed in education system of future is acting in positive and voluntary in more wide direction establishment emerging in order, direct, control passive education system. 4. The school physical education managent of future will be needed volantary mamagement strategy of school physical education organization in according to change of education environment. 5. Because the concept of exercise leavner doing simple exercise behavior or sport action is change to the concept of life learner planning the discrimination eye of the school physical education learners and managers crust be confronted in the flow of society change. 6. The basic task of physical education sport management study in school physical education is understand the concept of the management and concrete study field which connected physical education events and exercise learner behavior (consumer behavior) with motivation theory and leardership and organization theory.

        스포츠 홍보의 이론 및 개념적 접근과 실제적 효과의 탐색

        This study designed to research about the theory and practical effect of sport public relation. In this study, the theoretical background about sport public relation and sport marketing and local economy ware spoke with more various example. The theories presented in this study were largely sport event, sport public relation concept and local economy, the degree which sport event have an effect on local economy, the practical effect of sport public relation. The necessity and object of this study were the concept presentation of sport public relation and approach method, the social background presentation which sport event need in local economy, the practical effect evaluation method research of sport public relation, the relationship research of sport marketing and sport public relation. On the basis of the results analyzed in this study, the conclusion could be drawn as follows. 1. In modem society, the marketing trait sport event of sport public relation increased the role in various sport industry with development of mass communication. 2. The sport event inducement of local organization will be influence the excellent variation on the economic effect of local as well as high quality of life of the region residents, promote economy of the region through traits and culture introduction of the region. 3. The sport public relation is practical application study having various variable as to important strategy factor of long term development plan and promotion strategy of corporations and sport relation organization. 4. In the result of sport public relation strategy and efficient speech play of corporation and sport relation organization, the corporation and sport relation organization develop good results of profit increase and image up through news media with bignews information provision of corporation. 5. The sport public relation strategy is one strategy of marketing mix (4Ps)which was influenced in future positive direction for efficient operation of sport marketing relation organization. 6. The practical effect of sport public relation could be drawn as follows. The company marketing through sport promotion strategy The sport public relation through elite and pro athleties The sport public relation through charity event The sport event marketing of public effect The practical effect of sport public relation through media reserach

        Promotion 전략 요인으로서 스포츠 홍보론의 실제적 접근방법에 관한 이론과 실증적 연구

        The each study domain about sport management, sport marketing and sport promotion strategy and sport public relations have close relationships. Really, these study domain is application study and this theoretical model arrangement help to establish marketing strategy promoting efficiential trade of sport consumer and sport organiztion or corporation. In this mechanism, the primary trait of sport public relations are social responsibility and social duty. In the study, I am goning to approach in the concept of one step, two step, three step sport public relations type through basic communication spirit and uniemotional formating of corporation and sport relation organization. And I hope to arrange the academic basic of sport public relations and to maintain the necessity of sport public relations theory. Conclusivery, the sport public relations is to increase the image of corporation and sport relation organizations through social responsibility and social devotion with sport service (sponsorship). For the purpose of this object, I studied sport management, sport marketing. sport promotion theory and investigated newspaper for practical example in this study. On the basis of the resulits analyzed in this study, the conclusion could be drawn as follows. 1. The sport public relations(PR) is practical application study having various variable as to important strategy factor of long term development plan and promotion strategy of corporations and sport relation organization. 2. The sport public relations(PR) is not one way communication media, but two way communication media of information delivery pattern to consumer of corporation and sport relation organization. 3. The one, two, three step class theoretical approach of sport P·R is to systemet actual example applying of sport P·R appeared in the neswpaper and promotion mix of promotion strategy. 4. In the result of sport P·R strategy and efficient speech play of corporation and sport relation organization, the corporation and sport relation organization develope good reaults of profit increase and image up through news media with bic news information provision of corporation. 5. The theoretical background of sport P·R related with management (Plan - Do - See) as marketing strategy (efficient management strategy establish ment) and 4ps (production, price, promotion, place). In the middle of strategy, eventually, the promotion strategh theory is primary theory of sport P·R. 6. The tarket part of sport P·R appeared to improve economical activation and image up of corporation, nation, province, sport relation organization in the direction compatible with globalization. 7. The corportion and sport relation organization need program of reeducation about sport P·R and high education institute. I think, the university will be must choice to primary lession in department of sport and leisure studies and department of sport management in order to practice at various part.

        체육경영론에 기초한 높이뛰기 운동의 수준별 과제학습의 효율적 운영을 위한 학습 프로그램 개발

        This study intended to develope learning program according to physical fitness, technical level of school physical education in order to induce good variation of all leamer through the management concept in learning processing out of passive learning attitude basically. And this study choiced high jump of track and fields for practical application in learning place. Eventually, this study was designed to increase actual learning time of learning, decrease task off learner. Through this processing, I intended to grope the active variation of school physical education with learning program according to level (physical fitness, technic). In order to develope high jump learning program, this study largely was devided to three part as follows theoretical background related to this study, First, the analysis of basic concept of physical education management and prior study data related to education environment Second, the approach of managerial viewpoint (Management cycle : plan, do, see) on the point of learning Third, the development of high jump learning program which was based on the point of learner and learner level(A, B, C:physical fitness, technic) On the basis of the theoretical data analyzed in this study, the conclusion could be drawn as follows. 1. The learning program (on the task) processing of high jump exercise based in physical education management theory are composed of five steps First: The selection of learning group Second: The level decision of learner through pre-test Third: The three level (A, B, C) learning program development Fourth: The program doing Fifth: The feedback on the movement 2. This study on the point of learner about high jump exercise will be core variance of lession management target achievement with diffusion in different curriculum 3. This study could be feeled in step acheivement about the exercise learning from posttive inspiration of each learner s desire. And this desire and feeling influenced different curriculum learning, will be induced the variation of positive and original education. 4. The teacher could be collected data of objective evaluation on the exercise performance and will be increase actual learning time on the task and decrease off the task children. 5. This study will be make excellent teacher shape of learning space presentation which was induced voluntarily the participation of children through the inspiration of positive physical education learning desire.

      • 태권도장의 효율적 운영을 위한 조사 연구

        This study is the result of analysis of the questionnaire about the Taekwondo drill hall in Inchon city filled in by the students, their parents and instructors. to help the operating system of Taekwondo drill hall. On the basis of results analyzed in this study, the conclusion could be drawn as follows. 1. Elementary student appeared to the largest group(90.00%) in the result of demographical statistics, male was 95.80% and the students living in apartment complex was 55.00%. 2. In the research of trainer's basic information, the age 21 to 25 was 52.90%, the 55.50% of those trainer's was high school graduates and the most of trainer was male. The most of trainer(75.70%) have been teaching taekwondo drill for 5 to 7 years. 3. In the research of the educational status of Taekwondo drill hall, 89.80% of students were of opinion that it has been teaching level of trainers and parents were demanding other education to be given together. 4. In the research of parents' opinion on Taekwondo drill hall, they had positive idea of obtaining educational effect by sending their children to a drill hall, their concern of children's health was the major motive to enroll(88.60%). 5. Trainers' teaching frequency was 6 times(98.60%), the major points of instruction were character-building and health, students' reason of quitting was that of was helpful for their study so the trainers' quality must be considered. 6. In the matter of facilities, the size was appropriate(49.20%) but the educational space must be provided more, of would be very desirable to prepare more clean and enough educational facilities on the sanitary system and equipments.
