        통합마스트 통합통신용 UHF 대역 안테나 개발

        본 논문에서는 함정의 합내통신, 함외통신, 방송, 전화 등의 통합통신 안테나 중 함외통신용 UHF 대역 통합통신 안테나를 통합마스트에 탑재 가능한 평면형으로 설계했다. 제안된 통합마스트 탑재용 안테나는 해군의 한국형차기구축함(KDDX)에 적용되는 통합통신용 안테나로 작전능력, 생존성 강화와 운용성과 정비성의 향상 등 ‘복합경사’ 구조를 포함하는 최적화된 형태의 통합통신용 안테나이다. 기존 회전식 레이더와 다수의 모노폴 형태의 통신용 안테나를 마스트 외관에 불규칙한 형태로 부착된 형태에서 평판형 통합통신용 안테나를 포함하는 통합 마스트 형상으로 변경하여 레이더 반사 면적 지수(RCS)를 크게 낮추며 해외제품 대비 고이득 광대역 안테나를 개발목표로 한다. This paper, UHF band integrated communication antenna for ship communication is designed as a flat type that can be mounted on the integrated mast among integrated communication antennas such as integrated communication, ship communication, broadcasting, and telephone of the ship. The unified mast mounted antenna is an integrated communication antenna applied to the Navy’s KDDX, which is an optimized type of integrated communication antenna including a ‘composite slope’ structure including operational capability, survivability, and improved operability and maintainability. The existing rotary radar and a plurality of monopole-type communication antennas were changed from an irregularly attached shape to the mast exterior to an integrated mast shape including a flat-type integrated communication antenna. the radar reflection area index (RCS) is significantly lowered and compared to overseas products. The goal is to develop a gain broadband antenna.

        전후방비가 개선된 Cavity-Backed 마이크로스트립 다이폴 배열 안테나 설계

        본 논문에서는 TRS(Trunked Radio System: 806~866 ㎒) 대역의 전후방비 특성이 우수한 이동통신 기지국용 배열 안테나를 제안하였다. 제안된 배열 안테나는 양호한 전후방비 특성을 갖도록 후면에 캐비티를 둔 마이크로스트립 다이폴 안테나를 복사 소자로 하고, 이를 5×3 배열한 안테나이다. 제안된 안테나의 타당성을 보이기 위하여 5×3 배열 안테나를 설계 제작하고 복사 특성을 측정하였다. 복사 특성 측정 결과, 제안된 배열 안테나는 사용 주파수 범위에서 이득 13.3 ㏈i 이상, 전후방비 40 ㏈ 이상을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이로서 본 논문에서 제안된 배열 안테나는 후방 로브 특성이 우수한 기지국 안테나로 널리 이용될 수 있음이 확인되었다. In this paper, a TRS band(Trunked Radio System: 806~866 ㎒) array antenna has a good front-to-back ratio characteristics for the mobile communication base station is proposed. The proposed array antenna is composed of the 5×3 radiated elements which are the microstrip dipole antennas with the cavity-backed reflector. For the validity of the proposed antenna, the 5×3 array antenna is designed, fabricated, and its radiation characteristics are measured. As a result of measurements, the antenna gain is over 13.3 ㏈i and the front-to-back ratio is over 40 ㏈ at the useable frequency band. We confirm that the designed antenna can be used as the mobile communication base station antenna with the excellent back lobe characteristics.

        선박 배관 설계를 위한 Enterprise BOM의 설계와 구현

        Both enterprise information systems and CAD utilizes the BOM (Bill of Material) as the means of collaborative integration during the product design and production since the BOM has been commonly used for design, production planning, procurement, and production works. Therefore, BOM can be the referential data when it expresses not only the part lists but also product information required by product development process. Outfitting design is one of major design works in marine vessel design since marine vessels have various outfitting systems and huge number of parts. Also, the outfitting BOM has the evolutional forms that change from the initial design to the production design. In order to express the product information and part list in the enterprise BOM and the evolutional BOMs in each lifecycle, enterprise BOM of outfitting that consists of structure BOM and display BOM is suggested. Thereafter, we have developed the prototype of enterprise BOM in which some features of the outfitting BOM are implemented.

        Recently, not only the integration of product data during design and production but also effective management of information during full lifecycles has been attracted by both shipyards and ship owners due to the recycling regulation and efficient operation. Generally, PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) supports the collaborative environment during BOL (Begin of Life) stage, while PALM(Product & Asset Lifecycle Management) of EALM(Enterprise Asset Lifecycle Management) system provides all the information required to maintain, overhaul, and discard/recycle all the part of the vessel during the MOL(Middle of Life) and EOL(End of Life) stage. The main goal of this paper is to suggest the fundamental configuration of PALM system and technique that can be used to utilize marine vessel’s lifecycle information during the MOL emphasizing the PEID (Product Embedded Information Device). Authors also have suggested a configuration of PALM system in which lifecycle information can be collected by PEID integrated by micro computer, sensors, and network communication. Through the prototype system of PALM, suggested features of PALM system are implemented.

        선박 의장 BOM의 진화를 반영하기 위한 고유 식별자 구현

        Recently, not only marine PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system but also an effective outfitting BOM (Bill of Material) management has been attracted by many shipyards. In particular, efficient outfitting design is being one of major issues in shipyards since most of currently designed marine vessels have more complex outfitting system than ever. Furthermore, each outfitting system has huge number of parts that should be arranged based upon the procurement and installation plan. Outfitting BOMs evolve into different forms according to the product development phases during basic design; detail design; and production design. Therefore, it is very difficult to maintain a consistent BOM data during the design phases. In order to express the evolution of product structures and the information of outfitting along the ship design, we suggested UID (Unique ID) code system. The UID (Unique ID) is used in order to create the relationship within evolutional BOMs of each design stage. It utilizes as the procedure of weight calculation for procurement BOM during each design stage. Thereafter, in order to demonstrate suggested outfitting BOM management technique, we suggested a prototype. In the prototype system, suggested features of outfitting BOM are implemented.
