삼나무의 엽형분류 및 생장특성에 관한 연구 - 제주도를 중심으로 -

        진현오,전상근 ( Hyun O Jin,Sang Keun Chon ) 한국산림과학회 1987 한국산림과학회지 Vol.76 No.4

Needle type and growth characteristics of Cryptomeria japonica planted in Cheju, Korea, were investigated and compared with those of the same species distributed in Japan. Needle types were classified into nine lines, and the stands were composed of more than six lines. The trees of the same needle type as Ura-Sugi (Cryptomeria japonica) in Japan showed the best growth in height.

        全尙根,陳鉉五 慶熙大學校 1995 論文集 Vol.24 No.-

Twenty Korean white pine(Pinus koraiensis) families were tested in Youngdong site. Family, Block, and Family×Block interaction were significant sources of variance for height and diameter growth of progenies. The average height and diameter were 315.79m, 63.3mm, respectively. Heritability estimates of height growth were higher than those of diameter growth. Estimates of individual and family heritability were 0.30, 0.59 in height growth, and 0.23, 0.56 in diameter one, respectively. Correlatioship between height and diameter growth was significantly high(r=0.799). When the top 10% of individuals or families were selected, the expected genetic gains for tree height and diameter growth were higher in the combined selection and the mass selection than in another selection methods.

      • 삼나무 産地間의 生長形質 및 營養特性에 關한 硏究

        陳鉉五,全尙根 慶熙大學校 1994 論文集 Vol.23 No.-

The growth performance, stem characteristics, and nutrient status of trees were investigated in the forest established for Japanese cedar (Cryptomeria japonica) provenance test in Cheju island. Height, diameter, and volume growth of trees from Jeon-buk, Mutsu, Wakinozawa, Tsuruoka, Muikamachi, and Yuri provenance were showed low productivity. When the trees of provenance showing better growth Mutsu, and Wakinozawa provenance were early growing type but those of other provenances were late growing type in incipient growth stage. The amounts of exchangeable Ca, Mg, and Na of this forest soil were in the ratios 5:2:1 so that this forest showed low productivity. When the trees of provenance showing better growth were selected, increment of about 4 to 5 in height could be expected. The concentrations of N, P, K, Ca, and Mg of the needles from trees showing different growth by provenances did not have any influence on informations for understanding the relationship between growth and nutrient status. According to the principal component analysis, branch thickness, clear length ratio, tapering grade, eccentric grade, and basic density were major variable traits for the stem over all provenances, but, only one provenance, Nishitsugaru was good on all these characteristics. The provenance Jeon-buk showed the best growth and moderate stem characteristics. The best Nishitsugaru provenance for stem characteristics showed low concentrations of Mg, Ca, P in the needles but those of the Tsuruoka provenance did not show the same trends. the concentration of Mg and P of Jeon-buk provenance was high, while that of Ca showed the trend to be low.
