대학생의 자기주도 운동참여와 운동효과 분석을 통한 교양체육패러다임 모델

This goal of this study is to analyze the effects of body composition and health related physical fitness on 76 college students (43 males, 33 females) who participated in long-term (over 18 months) self-directed exercise for suggesting a model for a general physical education paradigm. As a result, the following conclusions were obtained. First, in the 1st and 2nd t-test of the study subjects’ body composition, both men and women didn’t have any significant results in all factors (weight, BMI, and body fat); in the 2nd and 3rd t-test, both men and women had significant results in body fat(%). Second, in the 1st and 2nd t-test of the study subjects’ health-related physical fitness, both men and women had improvements in muscular strength, muscular endurance, explosive muscular strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance, and men had significant results in muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. In the 2nd and 3rd t-test, both men and women had improvements in muscular strength, muscular endurance, explosive muscular strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance, and both men and women had significant results in cardiovascular endurance. To sum it up, although both men and women didn’t have any significance in their health-related physical fitness factors except for cardiovascular endurance, their physical strength continued to be improved by the long-term exercise participation. Therefore, for the effect of self-directed exercise, health related physical fitness can be improved when an environment for self-direction is created in college life, which is an extracurricular program of general physical education. Also, it suggests that when the general physical education integrates and applies curriculum and extracurriculum, it can fulfill the functional role as a model of the new general physical education paradigm as well as meeting the educational goal of general physical education through the practice of the self-directed exercise of college students.
초분광 반사 영상과 부분최소제곱회귀 모델을 이용한 우유 분말에 혼합된 미량 멜라민의 함량 예측

Melamine has been reported to be responsible for kidney stones and renal failure among infants and children. Conventional detection methods, High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Gas Chromatography (GC), are sensitive enough to detect trace amounts of the contaminant, but they are time consuming, expensive, and laborintensive. Hyperspectral imaging methods, which combine spectroscopy and imaging, can provide rapid and nondestructive means to assess the quality and safety of agricultural products. In this study, near-infrared hyperspectral reflectance imaging combined with partial least square regression analysis was used to predict melamine particle concentration in dry milk powder. Melamine particles, with concentration levels ranging from 0.02% to 1% by weight ratio (g/g), were mixed with dry milk powder and used for the experiment. Hyperspectral reflectance images in the wavelength range from 992.0 nm to 1682.1 nm were acquired for the mixtures. Then PLSR models were developed with several preprocessing methods. Optimal wavelength bands were selected from 1454.5 nm to 1555.6 nm using beta-coefficients from the PLSR model. The best PLSR result for predicting melamine concentration in milk powder was obtained using a 1st order derivative pretreatment with Rv2=0.974, SEP=±0.055%, and F=6.
8주 복합운동 후 신체구성, 건강체력요인과 정리운동 적용방법에 따른 혈중 피로물질 변화에 관한 연구

This study is designed to analyze the difference in blood fatigue substance changes depending on body composition, health fitness factor and finishing exercise method after the participation in 8 week combined exercise. The research targets for this goal include 28 students (14 male, 14 female), and the combined exercises include health care, body balance, healing walking. The combined exercises was conducted for 8 weeks (3 sessions a week, 100 minutes) and following results are obtained through this. First, in relation to body composition after combined exercise, weight, BMI, body fat ratio decreased for both men and women, and fat free mass increased. Second, in relation to health fitness factor after combined exercise, both men and women showed significant results in muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, quickness, and cardiorespiratory endurance. Third, after combined exercise, male students showed significant differences in all factors of group-to-group, time interval, and interaction effects. Female students showed no significant differences in group-to-group and interaction effects, but significant results in time interval. Fourth, the changes of fatigue substance depending on the finishing exercise method after combined exercise showed significant difference in both male and female students in dynamic finishing exercise group. On the contrary, male students in static finishing exercise group showed no significant differences but female students showed significant difference.

The objective of this research was to classify intact soybeans and foreign objects using near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy. Intact soybeans and foreign objects were scanned using a NIR spectrometer equipped with scanning monochromator. NIR spectra of intact soybeans and foreign objects in the wavelength range from 900 to 1800 nm were collected. The classification of intact soybeans and foreign objects were conducted by using partial least-square discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) and soft independent modelling of class analogy (SIMCA) multivariate methods. Various types of data pretreatments were tested to develop the classification models. Intact soybeans and foreign objects were successfully classified by the PLS-DA prediction model with mean normalization pretreatment. These results showed the potential of NIR spectroscopy combined with multivariate analysis as a method for classifying intact soybeans and foreign objects.
12주 홈트레이닝 발가락 운동이 노인의 신체구성과 하지균형능력 및 웰니스에 미치는 영향

This study analyzed changes in body composition, lower extremity balance ability, and wellness among seniors aged 65 to 85 who participated in 12-week home training toe workout. The findings are as follows. First, the examination of changes in body composition showed significant results in Skeletal Muscle Mass in both men and women. We also examined changes in muscle mass of different parts. Significant results were found in right arm muscle mass, left arm muscle mass, right leg muscle mass, and left leg muscle mass for both men and women. Second, the examination of changes in lower extremity balance ability and lower extremity muscle function showed significant results in Timed UP and Go and Five Times Sit-to-Stand for elderly men. For elderly women, significant results were found in all factors of One leg standing with, Timed UP and Go, and Five Times Sit-to-Stand. Third, the result of examining changes in toe strength was significant in Toe Grip Right and Toe Grip Left for both male and female. In addition, the examination of changes in lower extremity strength showed significant results for both men and women in the factors: Knee Extension Right, Knee Flexion Right, Knee Extension Left, Knee Flexion Left, Ankle Dorsi Flexion Right, Ankle Plantar flexion Right, Ankle Dorsi Flexion Left, Ankle Plantar flexion Left. Fourth, when changes in wellness were examined, significant results were found in all physical, social, mental, intellectual, emotional, and wellness indices.
누에 생육 환경 모니터링 및 행동 특성 분석을 위한 ICT 기반의 사육 시스템 개발

국내 양잠 산업은 비단을 얻는 의류산업 중심에서 부가가치를 높일 수 있는 다양한 기능성 제품 및 약용 소재개발 산업으로 패러다임이 변화하고 있다. 그러나 양잠 산업의 가치를 높이려는 이러한 노력에도 불구하고 인력 부족 및 고령화 현상으로 누에 사육 농가는 매년 감소하고 있다. 최근, 생산비 및 노동력 절감, 품질 향상을 위해 정보통신기술이 다양한 농업 분야에 접목, 확대되고 있다. 그중에서도, 작물과 가축의 생육 환경을 제어하고 모니터링하는 스마트팜은 농업 생산성 감소를 해결할 수 있는 대안으로 떠오르고 있다. 본 논문에서는 정보통신기술 기반의 누에 사육 컨테이너를 제작하였으며 내부에 장착된 환경 센서를 이용하여 온·습도, CO₂ 농도를 실시간 측정하였으며 IP 카메라를 장착하여 실시간으로 누에 영상을 수집하였다. 누에 사육 환경 정보와 영상 정보는 유무선 네트워크를 통해 웹이나 스마트폰으로 원격 관리할 수 있으며 냉난방기, 가습기, 제습기, 환풍기 등과 같은 공조 시스템을 구축해 사육 환경 조건을 제어하였다. 개발된 누에 사육시스템으로 ‘한생잠’ 품종의 누에 100마리를 4령 2일에서 5령 5일까지 사육하였다. 개체 별 길이, 폭, 무게 등의 생육 지표와 뽕잎 섭취량을 일자별로 측정하였으며 IP 카메라로 누에 영상을 실시간 확보하였다. 획득한 누에 영상을 이용하여 누에 행동 특성을 실시간 모니터링할 수 있었으며 이진화 영상으로 실시간 뽕잎 잔여율 산출이 가능함을 확인하였다. The paradigm of the sericulture industry is shifting towards improving added value by developing various functional products and medicinal materials. Despite these efforts to re-evaluate the value of the sericulture industry, the manpower of silkworm farms continues to shrink every year. Recently, Information and Communications Technology (ICT) has been used in various agricultural fields to reduce production costs and labor and improve quality. A smart farm, which can control and monitor the growing environment of crops and livestock, is emerging as an alternative to alleviate the reduction in agricultural productivity. In this paper, a silkworm breeding container was customized with an ICT-based environmental sensor and IP camera. Temperature, humidity, CO₂ concentration, and images were collected in real-time using the sensor and IP camera mounted inside the container. An air conditioning system was applied to control the optimal breeding environment. The breeding environment and image information were remotely managed on the web or a smartphone. Moreover, various growth indicators such as length, width, weight, and mulberry leaf intake were measured daily, and the silkworm images were captured in real-time. The behavioral characteristics of silkworms were analyzed through their breeding images, and the mulberry leaf distribution rate was calculated through image binarization.
