        아파트 단지 외부 커뮤니티 공간의 유니버설 디자인 적용성에 관한 연구

        Nowadays, the average population in our society is getting older. Also, the residents have high expectation and desire of their outdoor community spaces within their apartment complexes. However, community spaces in current apartment complexes are planned uniformly without consideration of the resident's needs. With higher expectations, the community spaces of apartment complexes need to be designed and they must consider all age groups and physical appeal. Executing Universal Design will be able to increase satisfaction and can provide a unique and comfortable environment for all residents. The purpose of this study intends to evaluate the applicability of Universal design on outdoor community spaces. Research was done examining 15 different apartment complexes in Seoul, which were all built after the year 2005. Through site visits to these complexes, the application of Universal design principles were evaluated and measured by passage areas, play and exercise areas, rest areas, and entry ways. As a result, the study found that the use of application of Universal design principles in the outdoor community spaces of these apartment complexes was relatively low. Also, the community spaces only met the minimum legal regulations and codes for the complexes, and did not consider all demographic groups, such as the disabled, or the blind. Finally, Universal design regulations and design guidelines need to be updated to provide a change in new environments to satisfy all users. Applying Universal design will improve usage of the community spaces' and better designs can increase the quality of resident's lives.

        도시 저층주거지역의 육아친화 보행환경 조성 연구

        Urban low-rise residential area's ‘pedestrian environment’ requires various and active improvements to supportchildcare, such as safe movement, various activities, and efficient connection to facilities for children and parents. The purposeof this study is to propose a plan to create and improve a 'childcare-friendly pedestrian environment' that positively affectschildren and parents in physical and social aspects to support childcare at urban low-rise residential area. The main researchmethods of this study are a review of previous studies and a survey of 233 parents. The conclusions of this study are asfollows. First, it is necessary to improve the environment of safety-based walking paths to facilitate ‘activity support’ in order tocreate a ‘childcare-friendly pedestrian environment’ for urban low-rise residential areas. Second, it is necessary to improve‘space connection’ functions such as ‘connecting children and childcare facilities’ and ‘connecting natural environments’ in orderto create ‘childcare-friendly pedestrian environment’. Third, in order to create a ‘childcare-friendly pedestrian environment’, it isnecessary to support ‘accident prevention’ on the walking path from a social perspective through ‘maintenance and improvementof operation methods’. Fourth, in order to create a 'childcare-friendly pedestrian environment', it is necessary to support'accident prevention' of pedestrian paths through 'improvement of pedestrian facilities' and 'designation and indication of safetyzones'. Fifth, in order to create a 'childcare-friendly pedestrian environment', 'child facility crime prevention' and 'integratedinstallation of crime prevention' should be considered for the purpose of 'crime prevention'. On the other hand, considering thecurrent status of the region, it is possible to propose the type of 'walk safety-based spatial connection' and the type of 'activitysupport-based theme specialization' to improve the childcare-friendly environment.

        문화도시 공간계획요소의 특성 및 중요도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to implement the advance research, analysis thereof and evaluation of importance for building up the culture city with consideration of domestic historic and cultural environment in a way of formulating the main spatial plan categories, the factors thereof as well as the design of spatial plan. This study would draw the following conclusions. First, the strategies of the spatial plan for the domestic culture city are ‘the acquisition of publicity in city', ‘the establishing of design in city' and ‘the preservation of culture in city'. Second, the spatial plan categories for the domestic culture city may be classified largely into ‘expansion of environment-friendly public space’, ‘expansion of diverse culture facilities’ and others. Third, in order to build up the culture city, there is a need of securing the ‘culture-based environment-friendly urban public space’. Fourth, there is a need of urban spatial plan that places importance of pedestria‘ecentered cultural experiment to build the culture city. Fifth, it would require to conserve and reproduce various historic and cultural resources for securing the historic and cultural identity and build up the experimental environment through the diverse culture themes with the foregoing efforts.

        A Brief Review of Electron Kinetics in Radio-Frequency Plasmas

        Electron kinetics, which shows two distant discharge regimes (nonlocal and local), has attracted major interest in both plasmas physics and industrial applications. In this paper, the nonlocal and local electron kinetics in radio frequency plasmas are briefly reviewed.

        전후 4반세기 70년대 국제정치는 일대전환기에 직면하고 있다. 미소양극지배체제의 후퇴와 다극화하는 국제정세는 풍족하며 복잡다양한 구.미대중회사 종교 지연적 갈등의 중동분규 인종 부족분쟁의 아프리카 빈한한 아시아의 경제개발등등 심각한 파문과 과중에 휩싸여 60년대의 정세발전을 통해 냉전의 세계질서를 구조적으로 침식하고 대파하여 70년 신시대의 질서로 개진하고 있다. 이에 한국의 안보는 다른 어느 시대보다 더욱더 중요시 되고 있으며 경제적인성장과 동시에 정치적인 성장도 요청되고 있다. 60년대 한국의 경제수준은 놀랄만큼 성장되고 있지만 확고한 안보와 보다 건전한 정치적인 배려가 없다면, 복지사회를 이루어 소비가 미덕으로 생활할 수 있으리라는 기대는 하기 어려울 것이다. 이에 우리나라의 안보와 정치에 관한 제문제를 잠시 고찰해 보고자 한다.

        아파트 단지의 외부공간 조명디자인에 관한 연구

        Apartment complexes, being the most common housing option in Korea, are constantly changing following customer needs and differentiation strategies of construction companies. With increasing desire to live a better life in an environment-friendly manner, residents are starting to have interests in the outdoor space of the apartment complex and this leads to changes in the outdoor space both quantitatively and qualitatively. The purpose of this study is to provide lighting design data reflecting unique characteristics of various categories in outdoor space of branded apartment complexes based on the analysis of current lighting plans implemented. Outdoor space of branded apartment complexes in Seoul and Daegu, built after the year 2000, were researched. The outdoor space was segmented to entry area, passage area and community area. Through site visits, illumination level and lighting plans were studied by each category. With the results, illumination level of each area and KS illumination standard were compared and current lighting plans were analyzed. In most cases, illumination level of apartment complexes researched was lower than KS illumination standard in all categories. Lighting plans were not done in consideration of specific purposes of each category, either. By implementing the direction of lighting design suggested in this study, residents and visitors will be more satisfied with outdoor space and more lively atmosphere could be created.

        유도 결합 플라즈마에서 플라즈마 변수와 전자 에너지 분포에 대한 극판 전력 인가의 영향

        진공을 기초로 한 극판 전력이 인가된 유도 결합 플라즈마 소스에 관한 대부분의 연구는 자기 바이어스 효과에만 한정되어 있으며, 다양한 반도체 및 디스플레이 식각 공정에서 공정 결과와 소자 품질에 결정적인 역할을 하는 플라즈마 변수들(전자 온도, 플라즈마 밀도)과 극판 전력의 상관관계에 대한 연구는 거의 없는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 극판 전력이 플라즈마 변수에 미치는 영향에 관한 내용을 다루고 있으며, 최근의 연구 결과에 대한 리뷰를 포함하고 있다. 플라즈마 밀도는 극판 전력 인가에 의하여 감소 또는 증가하였으며, Fluid global model에 의한 결과와 잘 일치하는 경향을 보였다. 전자 온도는 RF 바이어스에 의하여 증가하였으며, 전자 에너지 분포 측정을 통하여 전자 가열 메커니즘을 관찰하였다. 또한, 플라즈마 밀도의 공간 분포는 극판 전력에 의하여 더욱 균일해짐을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 극판 전력과 플라즈마 변수들의 상관관계와 전자 가열 메커니즘에 대한 연구는 방전 특성의 물리적 이해뿐만 아니라, 반도체 식각 공정에서 소자 품질 및 공정 개선을 위한 최적의 방전조건 도출과 외부 변수 제어에 큰 도움을 주리라 예상된다. RF biased inductively coupled plasma (ICP) is widely used in semiconductor and display etch processes which are based on vacuum science. Up to now, researches on how rf-bias power affects have been focused on the controls of dc self-bias voltages. But, effect of RF bias on plasma parameters which give a crucial role in the processing result and device performance has been little studied. In this work, we studied the correlation between the RF bias and plasma parameters and the recent published results were included in this paper. Plasma density was changed with the RF bias power and this variation can be explained by simple global model. As the RF bias was applied to the ICP, increase in the electron temperature from the electron energy distribution was measured indicating electron heating. Plasma density uniformity was enhanced with the RF bias power. This study can be helpful for the control of the optimum discharge condition, as well as the basic understanding for correlation between the RF bias and plasma parameters.
