IEEE Std 80에 따른 배전용 접지동봉의 안전성 검토

다중 접지 배선계통에서 발생하는 이상전압으로부터 전력설비의 안정적인 운영과 인체안전을 위해 주로 봉상 접지전극을 이용하여 대지 방전경로를 구성하고 있다. 그리고 접지종류별로 접지 저항값을 규정하고 이를 시공에 적용하고 있다. 지락고장이 발생하면 접지전극으로 유입되는 고장전류에 비례하여 대지선위가 상승하기 때문에 이에 대한 인제 안전성 측정 및 검토가 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 IEEE Std 80에서 제시하는 안전성 기준에 기초하여 다중 접지 배전계통에서 접지전극으로 널리 사용되는 봉상 접지전극을 대상으로 상용주파전류를 인가하여 대지전위상승에 따른 접촉전압을 측정하였으며 CDEGS 프로그램을 이용하여 보폭전압을 모의하였다. 또한 이 값을 IEEE Std 80에서 제시하는 최대 허용 보폭전압과 접촉전압과 비교하여 인체 안전성을 검토하였다.

This study proposes the antenna circuit design for the transmitting wireless power, the development of the RF non-contact type Dosimeter. That is, the study designed the optimization and numerical analysis of the antenna circuit for the antenna design of 13.56㎒ over the frequency bands for transmitting wireless power. We studied the needed items in the existing RF type Dosimeter with battery to implement the wireless power non-contact Dosimeter within the battery. We compared to the real measurement value as calculating the value of the inductance and capacitance through the numerical analysis for the antenna LC resonance using the theory of the electromagnetic induction method. This method to drive low power is designed to simplify the circuit and to improve the efficiency of the rectifier. We convince our research contributes not only to understand the simplified circuit and miniaturization, but also to help the design and application technology of the wireless power transmit system which is received power supply with wireless.
석탄화력발전소 보일러 노내압력 제어알고리즘과 분산제어시스템의 개발

This paper is written for the development and application of boiler furnace pressure control algorithm and distributed control system of coal-fired power plant by the steps of design, coding, simulation test, site installation and site commissioning test. The control algorithms were designed in the shape of cascade control for two parts of furnace pressure control and induced draft fan pitch blade by standard function blocks. This control algorithms were coded to the control programs of distributed control systems. The simulator for coal-fired power plant was used in the test step and automatic control, sequence control and emergency stop tests were performed successfully like the tests of the actual power plant. The reliability was obtained enough to be installed at the actual power plant and all of distributed control systems had been installed at power plant and all signals were connected mutually. Tests for reliability and safety of plant operation were completed successfully and power plant is being operated commercially. It is expected that the project result will contribute to the safe operation of domestic new and retrofit power plants, the self-reliance of coal-fired power plant control technique and overseas business for power plant.

For the high frequency induction heating, motor-generator set has been still used. But this apparatus has some problems such as low frequency, poor maintenance, and large installation space, etc. In this paper, the SITs (Static Induction Transistors), whose characteristics are very good in the switching time, were used in the design of the high-frequency inverter. Through the experiments, the characteristics of the SIT inverters were observed and it has been shown that it can operated properly in the frequencies such as 50kHz, 100kHz, and 150kHz.
