본 논문은 자동차 현가장치의 기구적 특성에 대한 설계 최적화에 관한 것이다. 현가장치의 기구적 특성은 토우 및 캠버와 같은 바퀴의 자세를 결정하며 이것은 주행 중 타이어의 마모에 관련될 뿐만 아니라 차량의 운동성능인 조종안정성에 큰 영향을 미친다. 따라서 설계 초기단계에서 현가장치 기구의 특성을 결정하는 것은 매우 중요한 일이다. 본 논문에서는 맥퍼슨 스트러트식 현가장치에 대한 현가장치의 기구적 특성을 파악하기 위하여 변위해석을 수행하였다. 이를 위해 현가장치 기구를 구성하는 조인트에 대한 구속방정식을 세우고 이를 풀 수 있는 프로그램을 작성하였다. 또한 원하고자 하는 현가장치의 기구적 특성을 얻기 위하여 설계 최적화 프로그램인 ADS를 이용하였다. 최적화를 위한 설계변수로서 현가장치의 차체 부착점인 하드 포인트의 좌표로 설정하였으며 목표함수로서 바퀴의 상하운동에 대한 토우-인의 합으로 정의하였다. 구속함수로서 설계 시 제한조건인 최대 캠버각과 최저 롤 중심고를 고려하였다. 본 연구의 결과로서 두 가지 구속함수를 만족하고 토우-인의 변화를 최소로 하는 하드 포인트의 최적위치를 결정할 수 있었다. This paper deals with the design optimization of the kinematic characteristics of an automotive suspension system. The kinematic characteristics of the suspension determine the attitude of the wheels, such as the toe and camber, which not only relates to tire wear during driving, but also greatly affects the control of the vehicle and its stability, which corresponds to the motion performance of the vehicle. Therefore, it is very important to determine the characteristics of the suspension mechanism at the initial stage of the design. In this study, a displacement analysis is performed to determine the kinematic properties of the suspension for the McPherson strut suspension. For this purpose, a set of constraint equations for the joints constituting the suspension mechanism was established and a program was developed to solve them. We also used ADS, a design optimization program, to obtain the desired kinematic characteristics of the suspension. As the design variables for optimization, we used the coordinates of the hard points, which are the points of attachment of the suspension to the vehicle body, and are defined as the summation of the toe-in for the up and down movement of the wheel as the objective function. As the constraint functions, the maximum camber angle and minimum roll center height, which are design requirements, are considered. As a result of this study, it was possible to determine the optimal locations of the hard points that satisfy both constraint functions and minimize the change of the toe-in.
등가 코너링강성을 사용한 차량의 조종안정성에 대한 민감도 해석

차량은 여러 가지 설계변수가 결합된 동적계이다. 차량의 운동특성은 이러한 설계변수의 변화에 따라 변하 게 된다. 설계변수의 조종안정성에 대한 영향을 파악하기 위하여 현가장치나 조향장치 특성이 포함된 등가코너링강성 을 고려한 차량의 조종안정성 모델에 대하여 수치해법에 의한 민감도 해석을 수행하였다. 민감도 해석결과로부터 차 량설계변수인 무게중심위치, 타이어 코너링특성, 현가장치 및 조향장치의 특성의 변화에 대한 정상상태이득, 스테빌리 티 팩타, 주파수응답 등 차량 조종안정성의 변화율을 파악할 수 있었다. 또한 민감도 해석은 정성적이고 정량적인 결 과를 제공하므로 설계단계는 물론 차량개발단계에서도 차량의 성능향상을 위한 설계변수들의 최적화에 사용될 수 있다. Vehicle is a dynamic system combined with various parameters. Dynamic characteristics of a vehicle can vary with the change of these parameters. To investigate the effect of the design parameter on vehicle handling performance the sensitivity analysis is carried out by the numerical method. The vehicle model is described by equivalent cornering stiffness that considers parameters of suspension and steering system. As the analysis results show the effect on the static and dynamic characteristics of the vehicle system, the sensitivity analysis can be used for synthesis of the design parameters to improve the vehicle handling characteristics at the design stage as well as during the vehicle test under development.

The particular class seeks to improve the professional problem-solving competence regarding the project by grounding the systematic steps of the Interior Design Process and conducting the project (1), (2), (3), (4) major classes to basic, intensified, and comprehensive phases with actual constructions as subjects. the class syllabus includes starting with one specified project during the four semesters (progressed after composing the business plan using the existing four-story building with each floor area approximating 250㎡) as the beginning stage starting in the second semester of sophomore year to completing the project during the first semester of senior year. The class is conducted in systematic steps to advance the performance of the practicum project. As a result, the following expected effects were obtained. First, when entering the industry after completing the major courses, it is evaluated that comprehensive analytical skills, enough to participate in the practicum project, are obtained. Second, significant learning effects regarding the project were seen through conducting the practicum, such as understanding the management aspects and adapting to the practicum designs and construction sites. Third, it is considered that the broad understanding and inspired-confidence regarding the majoring field is the result of an extremely valuable lesson.
국내 실내디자인분야 관련법의 현황과 제도개선에 관한 연구

As the result of investigating domestic interior design (interior architecture) field-related laws, it was found that interior design (interior architecture) is not recognized as in independent area due to weak classification standards by Korean standard industrial classification and job classification. Korean standard industrial classification is applied as a standard setting limits to applicable targets and industrial fields for laws related to general administration and industrial policy other than various statistic purposes. Also, the standard industrial classifications regarding the industry field determines the laws or applicable tax rates, government support and such according to the classification, and thus is very important. Moreover, interior architecture field is largely different from general architecture due to specialization and distinct characteristics, but due to the comprehensive concept of architecture industry regulations, it is considered the proper assessment for the professionalism is not conducted. Also, interior architecture field has irrational contradictions that is not independent with a clear definition and industry field classification not only in legal system and trade customs. Therefore, The following is proposed as the plan to strengthen the domestic/international competitiveness and system improvements for interior architecture. (1)interior design (interior architecture) must be amended as an industrial classification that can coexist with architecture. (2)interior design (interior architecture) must be amended as a job classification that can coexist with architecture. (3)Among the design tasks of an architect, approval for the design task field of interior architecture field must be legislated. -In architect design standard contract (the existing architecture design task scope and quality standard table) of a structure, among the tasks by request of the owner, ①interior design tasks shall be legislated. It should be legislated so that interior design (interior architecture) majors can be included as well. (4)The task field of interior design that coexists with design must be amended. (5)National contract law - among contract method by negotiation, specialty item must be vitalized.
