축제 참여동기 모형개발과 적용에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is proposing a feasible plan to attract more foreign tourists by investigating participants` motivation. There are four specified purposes in this study. First, this study will establish a frame of participants` motivation through previous research by domestic/foreign researchers. Then, a researcher will select items of scale from previous research and see if it will fit in Jindo Yeoungdeng festival. Second, this study will verify that participants` motivation of participants in Jindo Yeoungdeng festival is consist of 6 factors (family togetherness, excitement, socialization, escape, novelty, cultural exploration). Third, this study will verify that there are different perception of participants` motivation exist among participants in Jindo Yeongdeong festival related to participants` statistics/behaviour. Last, this study will propose a plan of target marketing by investigating more specified participants` statistics/tour behaviour.

전라남도 관광객의 프로파일 및 여행특성에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to present a proposal point for the establishment of organization of hotel management culture by a desirable leadership pattern through the analysis of organizational commitment centered on transformational leadership of the hotel management for the employees to exert their best ability in the present situation on the theoretical basis of transformational leadership developed by Burns and Bass that has been recognized as a newly innovative leadership since the late of 1970's. As for the actual study, the employees working for the 17 hotels of the above stated super deluxe/deluxe hotels in Seoul were randomly chosen for the verification of the study model and hypotheses established for this study and the questionnaire investigation was made through self-administered questionnaire survey method by random sampling method. Study results by the actual analysis are mutual relationship between the transformational leadership factors and the organizational commitment factors that the employees recognize, the influence degree that transformational leadership makes on the organizational commitment factors shows directly positive (+) influence according to the result of AMOS examination. According to the result of this study, this study aims to present a desirable direction of the hotel business through the consideration of the relation between the transformational leadership of the hotel enterprise and organizational commitment so that a desirable hotel management can secure more competitive level than any other hotels through the improvement of the effective hotel management. It is commonly recognized that hotel management in Korea should be changed and innovated so that hotels can be promoted up to better ones through effective leadership applicable for the strong competition in the near future.

진도 영등축제 프로그램 차별화 방안

Generally, many local festival organizations offer similar programs to different groups of participants. Offering similar programs will not differentiate certain festivals from others. This will have an effect on local government economically since it does not make participants interested. There were three purposes in this study. First, this study inferred factors of festival image and participating motivation of Jindo YeongDeung Festival. Second, the study invested correlation between festival participating motivation and participants’ statistics/behavior using a factor analysis. Third, the study investigated the relationship between factors of image and specified participating motivation of local festivals. Thus, this study tried to present a discriminating program that corresponded to certain participants to make local festival more competitive.

수학문제해결력 증진을 위한 프로젝트 활용의 역사와 그 적용의 분석

Problem sovling skill is one of the core skills in mathematics education. To improve students' problem solving skill, the project approach or project based learning has been developed and applied. A teaching and learning strategy utilizing 'project' encourages students to understand the problem embedded in the project, find and reflect the solution, which might be effective in improving students' problem solving skill. The present study systematically reviews literature regarding project based learning and analyzes the characteristics of project. The findings from the systematic review illuminate an appropriate approach to apply project based learning in mathematics classrooms.

This studying shows a lot of influences on cultural tourism after we adopt the new system that we work only five day, in a week through Gwang-ju and Chunnam area. The government is trying to adopt a five day work week system in order to improve the quality of our lives and to create for those who are unemployed. But we can’t figure out clearly when our government adopt the system, because the government, employees and employers an agreement has not been reached. I except the new system will result in many advantages to our culture tourism. Therefore, first of all, I had formed some basic conceptions of that system. And I also analyzed some countries to figure out when they began to practice that system and the purpose of practice. I showed some plans of government for that system at the same time. Second, I examined some meanings and forms of cultural tourism, projects of the government that have proceeded to increase some areas already practicing the five day work week in order to make plans best suited for business. Third, we took a survey of people who reside in the Gwang-ju Chunnam area to know about how they would use their extra free time after they adopt that system. Last of all I studied the new system to find out the social, economical effects on cultural tourism.

文化觀光政策에 대한 觀光 消費者評價 分析

Travel policy is more developed chance for economy and culture in one country’s region. Nevertheless, country carried out this travel policy’s object affirmative check, study method by consumer’s conduct to perform and achieve with effect, the actual is better than futurist policy plan improvement. Without business policy plan presentation within theoretical range, basis search cost consume and inconsistency travel model don’t mix freely direct or indirect out of consumer’s concern. According to this study, general region people recognized travel policy’s recognition degree and each pattern about expectation mind degree before the culture tourism attraction, improve and analysis the greater part of policies not to recognized region people in present, we present inclusive recognition degree about the culture travel policy. Also, if visitor recognize travel policy, expectation mind appears highly in various aspects. However, travel policy of Kwang-ju and Chun-nam region is not satisfied with expectation mind because of there is plan and development of consumer focus instead of consumer-focus travel. This primary study, travel consumer’s action property is not general inconvenience matter but examined fact by comprehensive travel policy, and especially travel consumer’s expectation mind cause some effect, so we analysis it. Besides to this study, we make a chance, culture travel policy of publicity device to enlarge and to develope.

지역축제 참여동기에 따른 만족과 재방문에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to comprehensively re-evaluate of festival participating motivation factor determinants. This study employs a survey questionnaire to evaluate the performance of an local festival both theoretically and statistically. A 29-item survey concerning the local festival’s performance was administered to 250 visitors during the festival. The research data are analyzed using three major statistical methods(reliability analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis). Findings from this study indicate that significant factors affecting festival participating motivation factor are visitors’ satisfaction and revisiting regarding ①marvelous ② deviation ③ sociality ④ friendship ⑤ local.

The present research analyzes the background of introducing system of five-day-a-week working and its effect and influence and, through a theoretical study, summarizes change of industrial configuration caused by reduction of working hours. Especially, the present research is designed to elucidate how industry of cultural tourism has been recognized by consumers since implementation of the system of five-day-a-week working. In addition, first, the present research exemplifies the configuration of cultural tourism and plans to develop areas of cultural tourism and analyzes cases concerned with trends of academic studies on suitable agenda in vitalizing those areas. Second, it examines whether or not there is close relationship between the system of five-day-a-week working and cultural tourism as setting up factors causing expectation psychology which originates from the system of five-day-a-week working related with quality of human life and surveying residents of Kwang-ju city and Chen-nam province Third, it is a research on cognition of the system of five-day-a-week working and comprehensive cognition of cultural tourism and is also one to expedite vitalization of fields of cultural tourism appropriate to classes of people after finding out economic situation which the system of five-day-a-week working causes to household economy and what classes of people make the most use of leisure of cultural tourism.
