Ce travail a pour but de de´montrer en quoi Pauvre et douce Core´e publie´ en 1904 par Georges Ducrocq demeure toujours dans le courant orientaliste malgre´ ses originalite´s dues a `une approche anthropologiste et poe´tique sur la Core´e. Pour cela, cette e´tude se compose de deux images principales que l`auteur a utilise´es pour de´crire la Core´e. L`une est celle d`une paysanne, l`autre est celle d`un enfant. D`abord, en ce qui concerne l`image de la paysanne. Ducrocq compare souvent la Core´e a` des femmes de la terre efface´es et modestes. Mais en tant qu`anthropologiste, il s`attache a` la vie quotidienne des Core´ens. C`est un regard diffe´rent de celui des missionnaires catholiques ou des diplomates a` cette e´poque. A la premie`re vue, elles sont humbles, cache´es et reserve´es. Mais elles ne sont nullement mise´rables, me^me pluto^t heureuses dans leur propre foyer au cours d`une histoire mille´naire. Il s`e´tonne d`une sensibilite´ libre des femmes, et admire leur apparence exotique impre´gne´e de la fatigue. Il sent une certaine tristesse dans le visage des danseuses face a` leur destin. Et il ressent la me^me chose dans le destin de l`impe´ratrice assassine´e par les Japonais. Ces images de femmes repre´sentent la Core´e avant la colonisation japonaise. Ensuite, en tant que poe`te, il symbolise les Core´ens par l`image d`enfants purs, simples. Ils sont pauvres mais ne sont pas tristes. Ils ne sont pas me´chants mais amusants. Ils sont le´gers en habits blancs, couleur qui convient le mieux a` ce peuple enfant. Ils ont le regard re^veur, des gens qui veulent e^tre paisible ≪au pays du matin calme≫. Gra^ce a` sesfigurations symboliques, il rend a` la Core´e sa vivacite´. Mais enfin ces images d`un pays-enfant assimilent les Core´ens a` des e´le`ves infe´rieurs par rapport a´ l`Occident. En conclusion, Ducrocq n`a pas renvoye´ une image cliche´, c`est-a`-dire celle de la mise´re, celle de la Barbarie. En re´ve´lant des aspects secrets, il modifie les images pre´ce´dentes de ce pays en Extre^me-Orient. Sa vision sur la Core´e et les Core´ens semble plus sympathique, plus ouverte. Malgre´ tout, ce re´cit de voyage a toujours une tendance orientaliste a` cause de son choix dans les figures de la femme et de l`enfant qui sont de´ja` typiques. D`autre part, ces deux images sont encore lie´es a` l`orientalisme avec cette repre´sentation de l`Orient triste qui ne peut pas s`exprimer lui-me^me, mais qui est toujours de´pendant de l`Occident. Pourtant ce re´cit de voyage offre aux lecteurs Francais des aspects positifs sur la Core´e. Pour nous Core´ens aussi, il nous conduit a` une certaine nostalgie de notre identite´ perdue que nous devons continuer a` rede´ouvrir gra^ce au miroir d`un autre. Ainsi, nous avons eu le plaisir a` lire ce texte qui apporte un regard profond et e´claire´ sur la Core´e.

N/A Objectives : We had experiment with Aurantii Fructus Immaturus and Persicae Semen in order to find cure effects for an obesity. Methods : We fed control group rats high fat diet and administered normal saline for 8 weeks. And we fed experimental group rats high fat diet and administered extract of Aurantii Fructus Immaturus and Persicae Semen for 8weeks. Results : The changes of the body weights in Aurantii Fructiis Immaturus group showed a significant decrease at 5, 7 and 8 weeks in comparison with control group. Hut in Persicae Semen group didn`t show a significant decrease in comparison with control group. The serum total cholesterol, free fatty acid, lipid, phospholipid level in Aurantii Fructus Immaturus group showed a significant decrease in comparison with control group. The serum level in Persicae Semen group didn`t show significant change in comparison with control group. The average size of the epididymal fat cells of the rats in Aurantii Fructus Immaturus group showtd a significant decrease in comparison with control group. but in Persicae Semen group didn`t show a significant decrease in comparison with control group. The area `.4 of the fat drops in hepatic lobule of rats in Aurantii Fructus Immaturus and Persicae Semen grou:~ showed a decrease in comparison with control group. but these results were not significant. Conclusion : Results of our research in this paper show that Aurantii Fructus Immaturus might have cure an obesity.

N/A Objectives : The Artemisiae Iwayomogi Herba have effects of inducing diuresis to alleviate edema. We had experiment with Artemisiae Iwayomogi Herba in order to find cure effects for an obesty. Methods : We fed control group rats high fat diet and administered normal saline for 8 weeks. And we fed experimental group rats high fat diet and administered extract of Artemisiae Iwayornogi Herba for 8weeks. Results : The changes of the body weights in Artemisiae Iwayornogi Herba group showed a significant decrease in comparison with control group. The serum total cholesterol. triylyceride, free fatty acid and LDL -.cholesterol level in Artemisiae Iwayomogi Herba group showed a significant decrease in comparison with control group. The average size of the epididyrnal fat cells of the rats in Artemisiae Iwayomogi Herba group showed a significant decrease in comparison with control group. The area % of the fat drops in hepatic lobule of rats in Arternisiae Iwayornogi Herba group showed a significant decrease in comparison with control group. Conclusions : According to above these results, Artemisiae Iwayomogi Herba has shown to be capable of cure and prevent for an obesty.

N/A Objectives : The present study has been undertaken to investigate the effects of and Ginseng Radix Palva on osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats. Methods : In this expaiment, the rats were ovariectomihed. Rats were administered by 2 kinds of medicine, Estradiol and Ginseng Radix Palva. The levels of bone mineral density, osteocalcin, ALP, phosphorus, calcium in serum, deoxypyridinoline in urine, calcium, phosphorus, ash weight of bone, body weight and uterus weight were measured. results : The levels of bone mineral density were not significantly increased in comparison with OVX group in Ginseng Radix Palva group. The levels of serum didn`t show significant change in comparison with OVX group in Ginseng Radix Palva group. The levels of urine deoxypyridinoline didn`t show significant decrease in comparison with OVX group in Ginseng Radix group. The levels of femoral and fibula-tibial ash weight didn`t show significant increase in comparison with OVX group in Ginseng Radix Palva group. The levels of femoral and fibula-tibial calcium showed significant increase in comparison with OVX group in Ginseng Radix Palva group. The levels of femoral and fibula-tibial phosphorus showed significant increase in comparison with OVX group in Ginseng Radix Palva group. The levels of body weight didn`t show significant changes in comparison with OVX group in Ginseng Radix Palva group. The levels of uterus weight didn`t show significant changes in comparison with OVX group in Ginseng Radix Palva group. Conclusions : Reviewing these experimental results, it appears that Ginseng Radix Palva have efficacy on osteoporosis. And further study should be conducted to illustrate in depth the curing osteoporosis.
