The subsystems of HSR train control system in each country has developed and operated till early 2000 however 2001/16/EC ERTMS is issued for inter-operability among European train control systems in 2001. So it is trend that ERTMS/ETCS has been applied to not only low-speed train system but high-speed train system over 300km/h in many countries of Europe. According to the government policies of the Honam HSR metropolitan HSR and test lines incoming on-board signal control system has been required caused by speed limit to 160km/h on the ground signal system. As ETCS-Level 1 system has applied in our railways from 2003 so our train control system has depended on foreign technologies. In this paper we analyzed to localize train control system for being ready to protect foreign policies and obtaining core technologies of HSR train control system for instance ETCS-Level2.

In this paper we investigated a variety of candidate trains in KORAIL and Seoul Metro Corp. for an experimental driving which would be in the prosecution of making functional and performance experimentation for the specified manual by this project. We examined many preliminary out-of-service trains and some kinds of spare trains to secure two composition of test-trains for CBTC evaluation and studied a remaking scheme to convert control vehicles of these trains to CBTC-functioned ones to choose a most suitable ones of them, so we will be make traveling tests on the test railroad with them.

국내의 열차제어시스템은 설비간 인터페이스를 위해 RS-485 등 시리얼통신을 주로 이용하고 있지만, 국외 신호시스템의 경우 실시간 데이터 통신을 활용한 네트워크를 구축하여 운영 중에 있다. 본 논문에서는 유럽형 열차제어시스템 표준사양인 ERTMS/ETCS Level 2 시스템의 지상설비 상호간 인터페이스의 효율화를 위해 데이터를 분산처리하는 미들웨어의 적용을 검토하고, 이에 대한 지상설비 상호간 인터페이스 구성 방안에 대해 기술한다. Though the train control system facilities communicate using the serial communication interface terminals of RS-485 etc in domestic train control systems, the foreign train manufacturers such as Europe operate train control systems by wireless communication network based on real time data communication. In this paper, we investigated middle wear that be decentralizing data was applied for efficient interface between trackside facilities based on ERTMS/ETCS Level-2 which be train control system standard in Europe and described structure scheme of communication interface between trackside facilities.

전차선로 설비인 드로퍼에 대한 단선현황 및 진동을 터널, 교량, 평지 시설에 대하여 측정 분석하였고, 또한 설비 별로 분류하여 장애자료를 작성하였다. 특히 드로퍼에 파단면을 분석하여 시료를 통한 분석 및 경도시험, 피로시험, 각종 시험분석으로 기계적 피로도인지 아니면 외부적인 환경에 의하여 단선현상이 발생되는지에 대한 연구하였으며, KTX 팬터그래프 압상력에 의한 전차선의 영향을 고찰하였고, 드로퍼의 탄성도 측정 또는 전기적인 순환전류 분석 및 사고사례를 적용하여 드로퍼 설치위치에 대한 연구 및 가선특성에 대하여 언급하여 이에 대한 방안으로 전차선로 드로퍼 개선을 통하여 KTX 속도를 결정하는 전차선로 드로퍼 설치방향을 제안하여 앞으로 우리나라 고속 전기철도 발전방향에 대하여 논하였다. As the government set the direction for Green Growth recently so local government struggles to obtain carbon emissions trading. In the center of this global environment atmosphere the quantitative targets would be suggested by some developed countries. In case of a international green movement like this it would have been being induced from by crystallizing of economic and environmental regulations and legal policies that not only a meter-rate system of carbon emissions but also application for regenerate energy. In this paper we researched cultivating of energy storage system(ESS) to conjugate regenerative energy of train an energy efficiency and cultivating cost etc. In conclusion we would acknowledge a difficulty in cultivating ESS only for cost reduction of energy consumption so governmental policies for green growth should be thoughtfully examined.
