본 연구는 국토교육 강화를 위해 두 가지 정책을 제안한다. 하나는 국토관련 학교교육의 내실화다. 여러 선진국의 에에서처럼 우리나라도 선진국을 지향하려면 지리과목을 핵심과목으로 독립시켜 지리교과를 통해 국토교육을 수행해야만 강대국에 도달할 수 있다. 다른 하나는 국토관련 시민교육의 확충이다. 시민교육의 확충은 시민들에게 학교교육에서 미진한 부분을 교육하고 나아가 학교를 졸업한 이후에 새롭게 대두되는 국토에 관한 내용을 확대하여 교육하려는 것을 의미한다. 시민교육을 통한 국토교육은 3가지 측면으로 제안한다. 첫째는 국토시민대학의 창설이다. 둘째는 국토교육 이벤트사업의 조정 관리다. 국토해양부 후원 하에 국토교육 협의회가 중심이 되어 현재 진행되고 있는 여러 국토교육이벤트 사업이 중복되지 않도록 조정할 필요가 있다. 셋째는 국토교육 관련서적의 출판과 포털사이트 운영이다. This study suggests two kinds of policies to strengthen the national land education in Korea. One is the substantiality of school education on the national land. Korea should take the national land education by the way of teaching the national and worldwide geography in schools, so that Korea can get to the place of advanced countries like Germany, France, England, and the USA. The other is the strengtheness of citizens education on the national land. We can have the thorough knowledge of the natinal land by the three methods, including the establishment of the Citizens University of the National Land, the arrangement of various national land events, and the book publication and portal site management of the national land.

A Note on the n-Dimensional SE-Connection

본 논문의 목적은 SE-접속의 또 다른 형태의 표현방법을 찾고 그것이 존재할 필요충분조건을 증명하는 데 있다. 특히 본 논문에서는, 이 조건하에서 일반적인 아인슈타인 접속과 SE-접속사이의 관계를 얻는다. The purpose of the present paper is to find another surveyable tensorial representation of the SE-connection and to prove a necessary and sufficient condition for the SE-connection to exist uniquely. Finally, under certain condition we shall exhibit a general type of an Einstein's connection in terms of SE-connection.
