명리학에서 십성(十星)의 성립과 개념 확장에 관한 연구

이 논문의 목적은 명리학(命理學)에서 사용되는 육친(六親) 혹은 육신이라 불리는 십성(十星)의 근원과 주요고전에서의 십성의 의미를 확인하고, 현대 명리학에서 사용되는 십성의 개념을 분석하는 한편, 단순한 육친관계에 그치지 않고 보다 발전적인 형태의 십성의 개념을 심도 있게 연구하는 것이었다. 실제로 명리학에서 육친의 관념을 정하고 육친이라는 용어를 처음 사용한 것은『연해자평』이다. 『연해자평』, 『삼명통회』, 『자평진전』등 주요 고전 명리학에서 설명하는 십성의 내용은 대부분 순수 육친이라는 설정에 그쳤다. 이후 1963년에 발간된 『사주정설』에서는 육친의 설정에 그친 그간의 한계를 벗어나 십성의 작용을 설명하기 시작하였는데, 특히 김기승의 『과학명리』는 십성의 개념을 단순히 육친관계와 작용을 설명하는데 그치지 않고 인간의 심리와 선천적성을 확인할 수 있는 새로운 장을 열었다는 것에 주목할 만하다. 이 연구에서는 주요 고전에서의 십성의 개념과 현대 명리학에서 김기승의 『과학명리』에서 설명하는 십성의 개념과 성향을 알아보고 그 개념이 어떻게 변화되었는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이 연구가 십성에 대한 인식 및 활용면에서 향후 명리학(命理學)의 연구에 발전적인 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this paper was to confirm the source of Shipsong called Yookchen or Yooksheen used in Myeongleehak and the meaning of Shipsong in major classics. It is to investigate the concept of Shipsong used in modern Myeongri, and to study in-depth the concept of Shipsong in a more advanced form, not just in family relationships. In reality, the concept of Yookchen was defined and the term Yookchen was first used in Yeonhaejapyeong. Most of the contents of the major classics, such as Yeonhaejapyeong, Sammyeontonghwe, and Japyeonjinjeong, were limited to setting only family concepts. Then, in 1963, Sajoojeongsul was published, which explained both family relations and the action of Shipsong. In particular, it is noteworthy that the scientific reputation written by Ki-seung Kim did not only explain the concept of Shipsong but also opened a new chapter to confirm human psychology and aptitude. In this study, I tried to find out the concept and tendency of Shipsong described in Kim Ki-seung's Science Myeongri in the major classics and how the concept changed. I hope this study will be of some help to the study of Myeongleehak in the future in terms of understanding and utilization of Shipsong.

본 연구는 기업의 ESG 경영활동이 혁신성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구이다. ESG 경영활동이 평판과 이미지, 혁신성과에 미치는 영향을 분석한 후, 평판 및 이미지의 매개효과와 신뢰의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 대. 중소기업에 근무하는 일반소비자를 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하여 323부의 유효 설문지를 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0으로 통계분석 하였다. 실증분석 결과 첫째, ESG 경영활동은 기업에 대한 평판, 이미지, 혁신성과에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 평판은 혁신성과에 영향을 미치지 않았으나 이미지는 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 평판과 이미지는 ESG 경영활동과 혁신성과 사이에서 매개역할을 하였으며, 신뢰는 평판과 혁신성과, 그리고 이미지와 혁신성과 사이에서 조절역할을 하였다. ESG 관련 선행연구에서 신뢰변수의 매개효과 분석이 대부분이나 본 연구는 신뢰 변수를 이용하여 조절효과를 분석한 점에 선행연구와 차별성을 갖는다. 기업의 혁신성과에 미치는 영향요소는 ESG 활동, 평판, 이미지이므로 이들 변수에 대한 관리가 중요하다는 이론적 근거를 제시한 학문적 시사점과 ESG 경영실천이 거스를 수 없는 글로벌 트렌드이므로 전사적인 차원에서 수행하여 지속가능경영을 추구해야 한다는 실무적 시사점을 제시한다. This study is a study on the impact of a company's ESG management activities on innovation performance. After analyzing the impact of ESG management activities on reputation, image, and innovation performance, the mediating effects of reputation and image and the moderating effect of trust were verified. big. An online survey was conducted targeting general consumers working in small and medium-sized businesses, and 323 valid questionnaires were statistically analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0. As a result of the empirical analysis, first, ESG management activities had a significant impact on the company's reputation, image, and innovation performance. Reputation did not affect innovation performance, but image did. In addition, reputation and image played a mediating role between ESG management activities and innovation performance, and trust played a moderating role between reputation and innovation performance, and between image and innovation performance. Most ESG-related previous studies have analyzed the mediating effect of trust variables, but this study is different from previous studies in that it analyzed the moderating effect using trust variables. The factors that influence a company's innovation performance are ESG activities, reputation, and image, so the academic implications provide a theoretical basis for the importance of managing these variables, and since ESG management practice is an unstoppable global trend, it can be carried out at the company level to ensure sustainability. It presents practical implications for pursuing management.

에어로졸 데포지션으로 제조된 4H-SiC 위 Al₂O₃ 게이트 산화막의 후열처리 공정에 따른 전기적 특성

에어로졸 데포지션 (aerosol deposition)공정을 통해 Al₂O₃막을 4H-SiC 상에 50 ㎚ 두께로 제조하였고, 후열처리 공정에 따른 전기적 특성을 분석하였다. 그 결과 N2분위기 열처리 시 Al₂O₃와 SiC 계면의 고정전하량이 감소하였으나 산소공공 생성에 의한 누설전류의 증가를 확인하였다. 본 결과로부터 계면특성 향상과 누설전류의 감소를 위해서는 적절한 N₂와 O₂가스의 혼합이 중요함을 확인하였다. Al₂O₃ films with the thickness of 50 ㎚ were fabricated on 4H-SiC by aerosol deposition, and their electrical properties were characterized with different post annealing conditions. As a result, the Al₂O₃ film annealed in N₂ atmosphere showed decreased fixed charge density at the interface area between the Al₂O₃ and SiC, and increased leakage currents due to the generation of oxygen vacancies. From this result, it was confirmed that proper N₂ and O₂ ratio for the post annealing process is important.
