      • 소형발사체 에비오닉스 시스템 설계

        국내에서는 나로호, 누리호 등 중형발사체의 개발이 이루어졌으나, 소형발사체는 개발이 시작되는 단계이다. 소형발사체에 적용되는 에비오닉스 시스템의 기능 요구사항은 중형발사체 시스템과 동일하나, 소형발사체의 특성에 따라 중량 절감 및 저비용화 개발이 필수적인 요소이다. 이러한 소형발사체 에비오닉스 시스템의 요구사항을 충족하기 위해 공통 플랫폼 기반 모듈화 설계 및 조합을 통해 장비를 구성함에 따라 소형, 경량화가 가능하며, 다양한 발사체 환경에 적용하기 위해 네트워크 기반의 시스템 설계를 적용하여 유연성을 확보하도록 설계하였다. 또한 발사체의 안전을 담당하는 비행 안전 시스템은 자율 비행 안전 시스템을 적용하여 지상시스템 간소화 및 운영인원의 감축을 통해 운영비용을 절감할 수 있도록 설계함으로서, 소형발사체의 경제적 발사 서비스가 가능한 에비오닉스 시스템을 설계하였다. In Korea, the development of medium-lift launch vehicle was carried out the development of Naro and Nuri, But the development of small launch vehicle is now in the beginning stage. The avionics system of small launch vehicle is not much different from the functions required by medium-lift launch vehicle, but the economical launch service of small launch vehicle requires development by significantly reducing the cost and weight of avionics system compared to medium-lift launch vehicle. To apply the requirement of the avionics system of small launch vehicle, the hardware is designed to develop equipment through a combination of small and lightweight functional modules and to provide flexibility through network-based system design for application to multiple projectiles. The flight safety system, which is responsible for the safety of launch vehicle, is designed to reduce operating costs by reducing ground system and operating personnel by applying an autonomous flight safety system, and thus designed and avionics system capable of economic launch of small launch vehicle.

      • 『神誌秘詞』에 기록된 古朝鮮 3韓組織의 構造와 機能(Ⅱ)

        In the study of ancient ChoSun, the study of 3Han organization is very important not only in the history of organization, the history of organization thought and historical organics but also our national history and anthropic history. But untill now this field was not studied in the respect of modern organization theory. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the structure and function of 3Han organization of ancient ChoSun registered in『ShinJiBiSa』 to modern organization theory. For this, I discovered and studied historical books guoting from or registering 『ShinJiBiSa』. In conclusion, this follows. 『ShinJiBiSa』was written by ShinJi, BalLi in ancient ChoSun, it was revised in Chinese characters in middle age of GoGuLye, its preface and footnotes were added by SoMum Dae, YoungHong. 『ShinJiBiSa』 contains 3Han-3Kyong organization which is shown POC process, three-management functions of modern organization theory. In detail, 3 Hans are organized ChinHan-Tael-BuSoDo-O, MaHan-Cheunl-BaekA-Gang-P, BeunHan-Ji1-5DeukJi-C, and their functions contain also military mission. As it were, since 3Han-3Kyong organization of ancient ChoSun is verified in the dual respect of theory and practice, it means that the organizational designers of ancient ChoSun built the elaborate structure and function of ancient organization.

        ABSTRACTThongIlGuen was Built in KyounJu city in 1977 in order to memorize Silla's unification about one thousand and three hundreds years ago and pray reunification of our country. But, after twenty years, at present it has much problems like reduction of worshiper and deficit operation.Therefore the purpose of this paper is to build Cultural Marketing Strategies for TongIlGuen in order to solve these problems.And so, I develop fifty practical strategies for practitioners of TongIlGeun, which bases upon4P of marketing. Of course, although these strategies have some problems, I think these problems can be overcome enough.I believe that these strategies are useful practically. And I hope, hereafter, empirical study will be done.         KyongJu Hyanggyo was founded at KyongJu in the Chosun era, but the beginning as national university originated in GukHak of the ShinLa era. Therefore, KyongJu HyangGyo continued 1,317 years in the same place. And so it has many appeal points as UyGyo and education cultural product. But at present, it has much problems like reduction of spectators and deficit operation. And so I brought light on these points at issue. Therefore the purpose of this paper is to build cultural marketing strategies for Kyongju HyangGyo in order to solve these problems. And through literature and field survey I conclude that orgin of KyoungJu HyangGyo is GukHak construting in the YoSeukGung place of the ShinLa era. And so I develop much practical strategies for marking practitioners of KyounJu HyangGyo. Of course, although these strategies have some problems, I think these problems can be overcome enough.
