대학생의 창의역량이 창업강사의 역량을 통해 창업의지에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 대학생들의 창업에 대한 의지를 높이기 위한 방안을 모색하기 위해, 창업강좌를 수강한 193명의 대학생들을 대상으로 창의역량이 창업의지에 미치는 영향과 창의역량과 창업의지 간의 관계에서 창업강사의 역량의 매개효과를 알아보기 위한 연구이다. SPSS 26과 LISREL 8.52를 이용하여 자료분석을 실시하였으며, 붓트래핑 분석을 통해 매개효과를 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 대학생의 창의역량은 창업의지에 정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 창업강사의 역량들 중 인성 및 태도 그리고 교육내용이 대학생들의 창의역량과 창업의지 간의 관계에서 매개효과가 있었다. 결국 대학생들의 창의역량이 높을수록 창업의지도 높아지며, 대학생들의 창의역량이 창업의지에 영향을 주기 위해서는 창업강사의 인성 및 태도와 교육내용이 중요하다는 것을 알 수 있다. 추후 연구에서는 창업의지에 미치는 다양한 변인들을 고려하고 보다 광범위한 설문을 바탕으로 연구결과에 대한 일반화 노력이 필요하다. This study was designed for finding out ways to increase university students’ willingness to start a business and to examine the mediation effects of start-up instructors’ competence in the relationship between the creative competence and the start-up intention. With a sample of 193, SPSS 26 and Lisrel 8.52 were used and bootstrapping analysis was also performed for the analyses of the mediation effects. As results, students’ creative competence had a positive effect on their start-up intention and the character/attitude and educational contents of the start-up instructors’ competencies had mediating effects on the relationship between the creative competence and start-up intention. Thus, it shows that the higher the creative competence of students has, the higher the intention for the start-up arises and the character/attitude and educational contents of the start-up instructors also play important roles to give positive impacts on the start-up intention. Additional studies considering various variables affecting the start-up intention with larger samples are required for the generalization of these findings.

대학생 창업의 심리적 특성이 창업교육만족도를 통해 창업의도에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 대학생 창업의 심리적 특성이 창업교육만족도를 통해 창업의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 인과관계를 실증적으로 검증하고자 한다. 본 연구를 실증적으로 검증하기 위해 대학생을 선택하여 설문조사를 실행하였다. 설문조사를 통해 250명의 표본을 수집하였으며, 불성실한 표본을 제거한 후 240명의 표본을 대상으로 요인들 간의 관계를 분석하기 위해 경로를 분석하였다. 경로분석결과 성취욕구와 위험감수성은 창업교육만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났고, 통제위치와 모호성인내력은 창업교육만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 창업교육만족도는 창업의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결국 대학 내에서 창업에 대한 다양한 정보교환과 새로운 기회를 발견하고 도전할 수 있는 차별화된 대학의 창업문화 조성이 필요하다. 추후 연구에서는 창업의지에 미치는 다양한 계층의 표본을 확보하여 연구를 진행하고 자기결정성 심리욕구동기가 창업의지에 미치는 요인에 관한 연구가 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to empirically verify the causal relationship that the psychological characteristics of university students’ entrepreneurship affect entrepreneurial intention through entrepreneurship education satisfaction. To empirically verify this study, a survey was conducted with college students. A sample of 250 people was collected through a survey, and the path was analyzed to analyze the relationship between factors in a sample of 240 people after removing the unfaithful sample. As a result of path analysis, it was found that achievement desire and risk tolerance did not have a significant effect on entrepreneurship education satisfaction, and control position and ambiguity tolerance showed significant influence on entrepreneurship education satisfaction. In addition, it was found that the satisfaction of entrepreneurship education had a significant effect on the intention to start a business. In the end, it is necessary to create a differentiated university entrepreneurship culture that can exchange various information about entrepreneurship and discover and challenge new opportunities within the university. In future research, it is necessary to secure a sample of various classes that affect entrepreneurial intentions and conduct research on the factors that self-determination psychological drive motives have on entrepreneurial intentions.
