          In our nation most of joint- stocks corporations are composed of close corporation. Current commercial code admits oneman company only in joint - stocks corportion. By the way all commercial companies are corporation. So one many company is caused to be problem of the nature of the corporation. Therefore this treatise makes mention of the following : 1) Through how to interpret the nature of the corporation in the companies it investigates a theory on affirmation-denial and the legal nature of oneman company. 2) It investigates the legal nature of one man company.

          Nowadays, a new word called SBS(sick building syndrome) has been come into existence. At the point of time when an interest about indoor air pollution and, according to this, countermeasure plan are internationally. Moreover institutional countermeasure should be attended at national level since indoor air quality in public places where many people gather is directly connected with national health. Especially indoor pollution of indoor stadia where all sorts of sports are held can give rise to every kinds of respiratory ailments to players as well as audiences. So it is presented as a main factor that indoor space of stadia is crowded with players and audiences compared with other kinds of indoor space. Therefore, in this research to analyze pollution degree of indoor circumstance for gymnasium and exercising room of folk wrestling. basketball, judo, wrestling, hapkido, swordsmanship and boxing making indoor gymnasium and exercising room an object, when 7 items were measures such as thermocircumstance(temperature, relative humidity, air current, intensity of illumination), dust, carbon monoxide, and carbon dioxide being based on the indoor environmental standard of the first clause of Article 45 of public utilization service which is showed at public hygiene of the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs, it was showed that indoor temperature, relative humidity, air current and intensity of illumination were over standard amount at the most of folk wrestling gymnasium and exercising room. Indoor density of carbon monoxide was preserved to the extent of standard amount (10ppm) at all gymnasiums but carbon dioxide was not in excess of standard amount(1,000 ppm) at most of gymnasiums. Indoor density of dust induced from respiration exceeded the standard amount (150㎍/㎥) at all gymnasiums of the folk wrestling. Since the folk wrestling players and participants feel physical subjective symptom seriously, in other words the degree of indoor air pollution at gymnasiums and exercising rooms of the folk wrestling is very high, fundamental solution and countermeasure plan should be presented.

        • 2PB-10 : Synthesis and Properties of Poly(L-Lactide)/Poly(trimethylene carbonate) Block Copolymer as Biodegradable Thermoplastic Elastomer

          Biodegradable polymers have much potential for various applications such as implantable surgical materials and carriers for drug delivery systems as well as eco-friendly commodity plastics. Especially polylactides have been applied for these purposes based on their good biodegradability, biocompatibility, and good mechanical properties. Furthermore, a variation of degradation characteristics, thermal and mechanical properties of polylactides has been achieved by making copolymers with other lactones, carbonates, ethers, etc. In this study ABA triblock copolymers of L-lactide and trimethylene carbonate with different composition were prepared by sequential ring-opening polymerization method in the presence of small amount of diol compound, and the resulting polymers were characterized. Also a chain extension reaction was employed to obtain multi-block copolymers with improved molecular weight and tough, film-forming ability. Their basic tensile properties and the phase-segregated morphology of the block copolymer were elucidated to observe the toughening effect and also to identify this material as a novel, totally biodegradable thermoplastic elastomer.

          N-스크린 서비스 이용지속의도 결정요인에 대한 연구

          본 연구는 N-스크린 서비스 이용지속의도를 결정하는 요인들을 살펴보기 위하여 기존 문헌들을 바탕으로 N-스크린 서비스 이 용동기, 지각된 사용 용이성과 지각된 유용성, N-스크린 서비스에 대 한 태도를 적용하여 N-스크린 서비스 이용지속의도로 이어지는 경로 설정 및 그에 따른 효과를 규명하였다. 주요 결과를 간략하게 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, N-스크린 서비스 이용동기 중 관계추구동기와 정보추구동기가 높을수록 N-스크린 서비스 이용태도도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘 째, N-스크린 서비스 이용동기 중 오락추구동기가 이용지속의도에 긍 정적인 영향을 미쳐 오락추구동기가 높을수록 이용지속의도도 높아지 는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, N-스크린 서비스 이용태도가 긍정적일수록 이용지속의도도 높아지는 것으로 나타났으며, 넷째, N-스크린 서비스 이용동기 중 관계추구동기, 편의성추구동기, 정보추구동기가 높을수록 지각된 사용 용이성을 높게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, N-스 크린 서비스 이용동기 중 관계추구동기, 정보추구동기가 높을수록 지각 된 유용성을 높게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 N-스크린 서비스 에 대한 지각된 사용 용이성, 지각된 유용성, 사용 용이성은 N-스크린 서비스 이용태도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못한 것으로 나타났으나, N-스크린 서비스에 대한 지각된 유용성은 이용지속의도에 유의한 영 향을 미쳐 지각된 유용성을 높게 인식할수록 이용지속의도도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. This study was to examine the determinants of N-screen service's intention to continuously use. The findings of this study were as follows. First, social relationship and information among N-screen service's user motivation influenced positively on attitude toward N-screen service. Second, entertainment among N-screen service's user motivation influenced positively on intention to continuously use. Third, attitude toward N-screen service influenced positively on intention to continuously use. Fourth, social relationship, ease and information among N-screen service's user motivation influenced positively on perceived ease of use. Fifth, social relationship and information among N-screen service's user motivation influenced positively on perceived usefulness. Sixth, perceived ease of use on N-screen service influenced significantly not on attitude toward N-screen service. Seventh, perceived usefulness on N-screen service influenced significantly not on attitude toward N-screen service. Eighth, perceived ease of use on N-screen service influenced significantly not on intention to continuously use. Ninth, perceived usefulness on N-screen service influenced positively on intention to continuously use.

          N-스크린 서비스 이용지속의도 결정요인에 관한 연구

          This study was to examine the determinants of N-screen service's intention to continuously use. The findings of this study were as follows. First, social relationship and information among N-screen service's user motivation influenced positively on attitude toward N-screen service. Second, entertainment among N-screen service's user motivation influenced positively on intention to continuously use. Third, attitude toward N-screen service influenced positively on intention to continuously use. Fourth, social relationship, ease and information among N-screen service's user motivation influenced positively on perceived ease of use. Fifth, social relationship and information among N-screen service's user motivation influenced positively on perceived usefulness. Sixth, perceived ease of use on N-screen service influenced significantly not on attitude toward N-screen service. Seventh, perceived usefulness on N-screen service influenced significantly not on attitude toward N-screen service. Eighth, perceived ease of use on N-screen service influenced significantly not on intention to continuously use.         • 2PB-11 : Preparation and Properties of Biodegradable Hydrogels based on Poly(2-hydroxyethyl aspartamide)

          Biodegradable polymers and hydrogels have been increasingly applied in a variety of biomeaical fields and cosmetics. α,β-Poly(N-2-hydroxyethyl-DL-aspartamide), PHEA, is one of poly(amino acid)s with hydroxyethyl pendants, which is known as biodegradable and biocompatible polymer, and can be derivatized for useful biomedical applications via molecular modification. In this work hydrogel based on PHEA was prepared by two-step process; the crosslinking reaction with diamines of high molecular weight polysuccinimide, the precursor polymer obtained by thermal polycondensation of L-aspartic acid, and the subsequent reaction with nucleophilic ethanolamine under controlled reaction condition. The preparation of gels and their swelling behavior, depending on the different medium and temperature, are investigated. Also the hydrolytic degradation was evaluated by measuring the swelling degree and weight loss as a function of time. This PHEA-based hydrogel is expected to be used as a useful substrate for drug delivery system as well as a polymeric scafford for current tissue engineering.
