「만 5세 누리과정」에 대한 통합어린이집 유아교사와 장애전담교사의 평가와 지원요구

질 높은 유아교육 프로그램은 장애유아를 위한 통합보육의 기초가 된다. 이 기초 위에 장애유아를 위한 개별화교육계획이 실행되는데, 2012년부터 유치원과 어린이집의 공통교육과정인 「만 5세 누리 과정」이 새로이 시행되고 있다. 본 연구는 통합어린이집의 유아교사와 장애전담교사가 보는 『만 5세 누리과정』 시행이 통합보육 관련평가와 지원요구는 무엇이고, 관련 교사교육에 대한 평가와 지원요구는 무엇인지 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구는 서울, 경기지역의 통합어린이집을 중심으로 『만 5세 누리과정』을 운영하고 있는 유아교사 10명과 장애전담교사 10명 총 20명을 대상으로 반 구조화된 면담을 실시하였다. 면담 내용의 전사본을 부호화한 후, 부호들 간의 연속적인 비교를 통해 범주와 주제를 도출하였다. 유아교사는 3개의 범주에서 6개의 주제와 26개의 하휘주제가, 전담교사는 3개의 범주에서 6개의 주제와 31개의 하위주제가 도출되었다. 주제 분석을 통한 연구의 결과, 첫째, 『만 5세 누리과정』 유아교사와 장애전담교사는 공통적으로 다양한 자료 제공 등의 장점이 있는 반면에, 빠른 시행에 따른 이원화 등 준비 부족과 이전 프로그램의 차별성 결여 등의 단점도 지적하였다. 자료 등의 개선과 같은 프로그램의 내용보다는 반일반 운영, 보조인력 필요 등의 학급 운영과 관련 지원요구가 많았다. 둘째, 『만 5세 누리 과정』은 장애유아의 학급 참여와 가정연계 등을 시행하는데 도움이 되었으나, 교사 역할 등에서 이전과 달라진 것이 없거나 주제 등이 장애유아 수준에 너무 어렵다는 평가도 있었다. 유아교사와 장애전담교사의 협력적 역할 수행에 대한 지원요구가 높았다. 셋째, 교사교육 시행 관련 의견이 많았는데 교육 시기와 유치원과 어린이집의 이분화 등의 문제와 통합에 대한 연계 내용이 없었다는 아쉬움이 제시되었다. 누리과정의 주요 개념인 인성, 창의성, 초등연계 교육이 어린이집에도 필요하고, 통합 관련 및 사례 관련 교육의 필요성을 제기하였다. 『만 5세 누리과정』은 추후 연구를 통해 누리과정 관련 내용과 절차의 지속적인 수정·보완이 이루어져야 할 것이다. Inclusive child care and education is based on the early childhood education program. So to implement the qualitative inclusive program included with the individualized education program (IEP), inclusive program needs the early childhood education program with high quality, and the developmentally appropriate instructional environment. 『5 Years Old Nun Curriculum』 has been conducted at kindergartens and child care and education centers simultaneously since 2012, for improving the early childhood education program. This study was intended to investigate the implementation status of 『5 Years Old Nun Curriculum』 and its effects on inclusive child care and education, and to suggest the guidelines for managing the successful inclusive child care and education program with the high quality. This study interviewed 20 teachers(10 early childhood education teachers and 10 early childhood special education teachers) who has conducted the 『5 Years Old Nun Curriculum』 at inclusive child care and education center in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province area. The contents of semi-structured interviews were transcribed, and analyzed with constant comparative method. 3 categories, 10 themes, 26 sub-themes were derived from interviews of early childhood education teachers and 3 categories, 10 themes, 31 sub-themes were derived from interviews of early childhood special education teachers. With the results of the study, goodness, difficulties of 『5 Years Old Nun Curniculum』 wene suggested on the management contents, procedure and in-service training course. And effects of 『5 Years Old Nun Curriculum』 were told on indusive child care and education, and the improvement direction. Through following studies, contents and procedures of Nun should be changed and improved further.
