In this paper, we present a novel approach for accurate normal vector estimation in point clouds using normalized relative coordinates. Existing point cloud normal estimation methods suffer from inaccuracies caused by non-uniform point distributions, noise, and varying densities. Point cloud normal Estimation is important for 3D reconstruction and 3D data understanding. The proposed method utilizes scaling and aggregation techniques to solve the problem of weighted surface approximation in non-uniform areas. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms existing methods in areas without noise or with dissimilar densities.
