        대학부설 평생교육원의 활성화 방안 연구

        본 연구는 대학부설 평생교육원의 프로그램 개발과 운영의 활성화를 추구하는 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 연구방법으로는 크게 문헌 연구와 질문지조사법을 사용하였으며 질문지를 통해 대학부설 평생교육원에 대한 수요자의 실태와 요구를 성별, 연령별, 학력별, 종교별, 직업별로 분석하였다. 집단간 차이를 알아보기 χ 2검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 토대로 제시된 평생교육원 활성화 방안은 시대변화와 지역실정에 맞는 다양한 평생교육프로그램 개발과 홍보 강화, 폐강좌의 비율을 낮추는 방안모색, 교ㆍ강사의 처우개선과 전문 교수진의 데이터베이스화, 교육환경의 시설과 교육기자재의 현대화, 평생교육원의 수요자에 대한 행ㆍ재정 서비스 강화, 평생교육원 강좌에 대한 원격교육 활성화, 학점은행제와 시간제학생 등록제 도입ㆍ확대 등이다. The purpose of this study is to provide fundamental data to pursue active operation and program development of lifelong education institute. The contents of study designed to accomplish this purpose: 1. to analyze the actual condition of learners of lifelong education institute. 2. to analyze the needs of learners of lifelong education institute. 3. to provide the improvement to activate operation of lifelong education institute. Both literature review and questionnaire survey are used as the methods of this study to accomplish those purposes above. The needs and actual state of students were analyzed in terms of sex, age , religion, occupation through the questionnaire. χ2 was used to discern the difference among groups. The respondents consisted of randomly sampled populations of 700 learners who are currently enrolled 5 lifelong education institutes. The response rate was 74.1%. Those were used as an object of analyzing. The findings from the study were summarized as follows: First, it is needed to develop various life long programs which satisfy with change of the times and needs of local circumstances and to activate publicity about lifelong education institute to general public. Secondly, it is needed to consider methods to decrease the proportion of canceled lectures. Thirdly, it is needed to improve treatment of teacher and lecturer and database the penal of specialized professors. Fourthly, it is needed to promote the modernization of education circumstance and materials. Fifthly, it is needed to intensify service of administration and finance for students. Sixthly, it is needed to activate a distance education system of lifelong education programs. Seventhly, it is needed to introduce and extend the credit bank system and part-time student enrollment system

        Mediating Effects of Anger Level on the Relationship between Smartphone Addiction and School Adjustment of Middle School Students

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the mediating effects of anger level on the effects of middle school students" school adjustment on smartphone addiction. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, the following research problems were set up. First, what is the relationship between Chinese smartphone addiction, anger level, and school adjustment of Chinese middle school students? Second, what is the effect of smartphone addiction on middle school students" anger level and school adjustment? Third, what is the mediating effect of the level of anger in the process of affecting the school adjustment to smartphone addiction by Chinese middle school students? The subjects of this study were five city schools and seven municipal schools in J-do, among which 450 students were enrolled from April 23 to May 18, 2018. A total of 439 copies were used for the analysis, except for 11 unexplained questionnaires or unfairly responded to the collected questionnaires. The conclusions based on the results of this study are as follows. First, there are negative correlations between the sub-factors of smartphone addiction and the sub-factors of school adjustment. Among them, tolerance is only positively correlated with the peer relationship. The sub-factors of smartphone addiction have negatively correlated with anger expression, anger control, and anger suppression. Second, the effect of sub-factors of smartphone addiction on the level of anger was 3.6%, and the effect on school adjustment was 4.2%. Third, The anger level of the middle school students affected the school adjustment by the smartphone addiction has a partial mediating effect of 0.8%.

        교장의 변혁적 리더십이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에서 학교조직문화와 교사헌신의 매개효과

        본 연구의 목적은 교장의 변혁적 리더십이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에서 학교조직문화와 직무만족의 매개효과를 분석하는데 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 설정한 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 변혁적 리더십, 학교조직문화, 교사헌신, 교사 직무만족의 구조적 관계를 고찰한다. 둘째, 교장의 변혁적 리더십이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에서 학교조직문화와 교사 헌신의 매개효과를 분석한다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 J 광역자치도의 3개 시, 6개 시·군 근무하고 있는 교사 520명을 대상으로 2020년 9월부터 10월까지 실시하였다. 수집된 설문지는 SPSS(Statistical Package for the Social Science) 25.0 프로그램과 AMOS(Analysis of Moment Structures) WIN 25.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 연구 결과와 논의를 통해 도출한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중등학교 교사가 인식한 교장의 변혁적 리더십은 교사의 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 또한 변혁적 리더십은 학교조직문화와 교사헌신에도 유의한 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 중등학교 교사들이 인식한 교장의 변혁적 리더십이 교사의 직무만족에 미치는 영향에서 학교조직문화와 교사헌신은 부분매개효과가 있다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the mediating effects of school organizational culture and job satisfaction in the effects of transformational leadership of principals on job satisfaction. The research questions to achieve the purpose of this study are as follows. First, the structural relationship among transformational leadership, school organizational culture, teacher commitment, and teacher job satisfaction is examined. Second, the mediating effect of school organizational culture and job satisfaction is analyzed in the effect of principal's transformational leadership on job satisfaction. For the distribution of the questionnaire, 520 teachers working in 3 cities and 6 cities/guns of the J province were selected as research subjects. The survey was conducted from September to October 2020. To explore the research problem, SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) 25.0 program and AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structures) WIN 25.0 program were used. The conclusions drawn from the study results and discussion are as follows. First, the transformational leadership of the principal recognized by secondary school teachers has a significant effect on job satisfaction. In addition, transformational leadership has a significant effect on school organizational culture and teacher commitment. Second, in the relationship between the transformational leadership of the principal and the job satisfaction, school organizational culture and teacher commitment have a partial mediating effect.

        초등 교원 승진규정의 문제점과 개선방안 탐색

        본 연구는 초등학교 교원의 승진규정이 가지고 있는 문제점을 분석하고, 그 개선방안을 제시하여 합리적인 인사규정을 마련하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 승진규정에 대한 구성요소별 변천내용을 살펴보고, 그 구성요소별로 문제점과 개선방안을 제시하였다. 우수한 인재를 교직에 유인하고 그들이 사명감을 가지고 교직생활을 지속할 수 있도록 하기 위해서는 종전의 승진규정이나 제도로는 여러 가지 문제가 내포되어 있는 만큼 전통적인 관례나 온정주의에서 과감히 벗어나 합리적이고 객관적인 인사규정을 마련하여 변화하는 시대에 제대로 부응하기 위한 교육계의 노력이 요구된다 하겠다. The promotion regulation of teachers in korea was first established in 1964 and have been revised several times until now. Even though it shows the continuous efforts of our government, it has still many problems. Therefore, the promotion regulation of elementary teachers should be reformed and improved with the new resonable promotion regulation which the opinion of teachers are reflected on. Thus, the purpose of this study lies in surveying the problems of the promotion regulation in elementary teachers and presenting new system for its improvement through investigating about problems. To accomplish this goal, statue books, official gazettes, concerning books were used and this study could reach the following results: 1. Investing the problems of promotion regulation. Firstly, the present regulation adjusted the carrier evaluation period 30 to 25 years but this rule is not only couldn t find out the young and able executive officials but also couldn t help following the many years of service as well. This is the main factor that forces the motivation of the young able teachers to be reduced. Secondly, the standard of evaluation on service record is not reasonable and have a function to promote or transfer, and then this standard is firming to relative evaluation without having its fairness and trust. Thirdly, the contents of research study marks are structured formally and conservatively. So most teachers are not motivated under this atmosphere. Fourthly, the article of additional marks is not working for increasing teacher s strong motif and ability. 2. The new developing system to improve the problems of promotion regulation in elementary teachers is suggested as following. Firstly, to engage person of ability and build up the personnel management which is based on ability, the carrier evaluation rate have to be reduced extremely instead of 42percent. And also, the carrier evaluation period have to be cut down 15~20 years from 25years in order to break perfectly with the present promotion system which is oriented to the many years of service. Secondly, the periods of evaluation on service record have to be curtailed to 1 year and the standard also must recover its fairness and objective. Therefore, new alternative standard should be introduced into the evaluation system. Thirdly, the scoring rate of qualification training and functional training should be reduced and scoring rate of master s or doctor s degree should be raised. Fourthly, the additional scoring rate for the chief of teacher who have great contribution and is devoted into the educational activities of school teachers who taught at a research school and a rural community need to be increased.

        자율장학 활성화 방안에 대한 인식도 분석 연구

        본 연구는 교내 자율장학의 전반적인 사항, 운영 실태와 문제점, 그리고 활성화 방안에 대한 교원들의 인식이 변인별(성별, 규모별, 지역별, 직위별, 그리고 학교별)로 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 분석하여 교내 자율장학의 활성화 방안의 자료를 제시하는 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 전라북도의 교사 400명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 그 중 373명에 대해 자료분석을 하였다. 자료분석을 통해 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교내 자율장학에 대해 그 개념을 교사들이 전반적으로 잘 이해하고 있고, 그 중점적 기능은 교수․학습의 개선으로 주체는 교사이다. 둘째, 장학 담당자들은 교내 자율장학에 대하여 많은 관심을 보이지만, 자율장학에 임하는 교사의 자세는 다소 소극적이다. 교내 자율장학의 주된 저해요인은 과중한 업무 부담으로 인한 연구 시간 부족, 그리고 장학에 대한 부정적 의식이다. 셋째, 중등 교원의 전문성 신장을 위한 교재 연구시간은 평균 1일 1시간 정도이고, 1년 간 수업연구 횟수나 다른 교사의 수업을 참관하는 횟수는 년1-2회 정도이다. 넷째, 장학 담당자는 교과에 대한 전문지식과 수업 지도 능력을 갖춰야 하며, 원만한 인간관계를 바탕으로 리더십을 발휘해야 한다. 또한 교내 자율장학 개선을 위해서는 자기 장학과 각종 연수를 강화하고, 교수․학습 여건 개선이 되어야 한다. 그리고 수업의 질 개선을 위해 도움을 얻고 싶은 대상은 동 교과 또는 동 학년 동료 교사이다. 다섯째, 중등 교원에게 자기 성장의 가장 효율적인 방법은 교과 교육 연구 활동, 직무나 자격 연수 참여이고, 자율장학은 그에 비해 자기 성장 면에 효율적이지 못하다. 그리고 교내 자율장학의 유형 중 유익한 형태는 자기 장학과 동료장학이며, 장학 담당자가 실시하는 약식장학은 가장 유익하지 못한 형태이다. 여섯째, 교내 자율장학이 활성화를 위해 교내 자율장학의 담당자인 교장․교감은 건강한 학교 풍토 조성과 장학자로서의 전문성을 증대하고 각종 지원방안을 마련해야 한다. A purpose of the study is showing the improvement of the point at issue, Which is being by researching and analyzing about the recognition, the actual condition and the problem of self-supervision in secondary teacher. In order to achieve the study purpose, its contents were set up as follow: First, analyzing the difference of teachers recognition and a backing key figure of self-supervision such as sex, scale, region, position, school. Second, analyzing the current state and problem of self-supervision in background characteristic. Third, showing the improvement plan of self-supervision. As practicing the questionnaire, this study put in operation, the subject of a questionnaire were 400 secondary teachers in the Cheollabuk-do. 373 of the Questionnaires were taken statistics. The questionnaire used this study was made out revising by asking advice of a tutor and finding items related it in the theory, a bibliography and a preceding study on the logical base. The substance of questionnaire was made three fields such as general recognition of self-supervision in school, the current state and problem, the improvement plan. Statistics of the collected questionnaire materials were compiled and analyzed with SPSS/PC+10.0 for the purpose of the objectives of the study. Then performed x2-test(chi-square) to find any significant difference among each group, with a significance lever of p<.05, p<.01, p<.001. The several significant findings are as follows: Firstly, most if secondary teachers are found to recognize that self-supervision in the school is necessary and helpful for improving teaching skills. Secondly, although responsible teachers for learning promotion have much interest promotions of learning in the school, they participate in self-supervision with preparation in the negative. Key figures of hamper are shortage of study through too heavy work, negative recognition for learning promotion. Thirdly, studying time in average for professional extension is about an hour a day and the number of time that teachers have teaching research or visit a class is about once or twice an year. Fourthly, responsible teachers for learning promotion have to get a professional knowledge of a subject and guidance ability. It is considered good human relationships and leaderships. Self-supervision in the school need to be reformed toward the development of teachers teaching skills and methods and the improvement of teaching․learning settings. Also it need to enhance self-promotion and in-service training through visiting other classes. Teachers should try to teach with excellent teaching skills and read professional texts in order to improve quality of a class. Fifthly, research activities for subject, official and qualifying training is the best ways to secondary teacher. It is real that voluntary learning promotions focus on the improvement of teaching guidance, instruction-based and coworker-oriented learning promotions are mainly performed. Sixthly, The man in charge of self-supervision, principal and vice-schoolmaster must create for sound school natural features and augment the specificity. It needs the diffusion of diverse educational information and data related learning promotion in the education institution. It is considered good human relationships and leaderships to prepare the foundation of self-supervision. They also should prosecute their studies for years such as attending graduate school, reflecting on oneself about their own classes. Judging from the results above, Firstly, Study range needs to include a group such as principal, vice-schoolmaster related promotion of learning and professional school inspector and analyze the improvement plan of autonomous supervision having a through grasp of the problem of self-supervision in school.

        학교예산회계제도의 효율적 운영에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 중등학교 학교예산제도 운영(예산확보, 편성, 심의, 집행, 결산)에 대한 학교구성 주체 즉행정직, 부장교사, 그리고 평교사간에 어떠한 인식의 차이를 보이는지 고찰하여 학교예산제도의 합리적인 운영 방안을 모색하고 하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구는 전라북도에 소재하고 있는 공립 중․고등학교 총 28개교의 300명을 대상으로 실시하여 250부를 회수하였으며 설문지 중에서 불성실하거나 내용이 누락된 17부를 제외한 243부에 대해 분석자료로 사용하였다. 학교예산의 분석준거는 예산 확보에 대해 충족성과 자구성, 예산 편성은 계획성가 참여성, 예산 심의는 신뢰성, 예산 집행은 자율성, 효율성, 그리고 적시성, 예산 결산은 공개성과 유용성으로 삼았다. 자료처리는 배경특성별(성별, 구성주체별, 학교규모별)로 문항의 내용을 평균과 표준편차를 이용하여 산출하였으며, 배경특성별(성별, 구성주체별, 학교규모별)로 평균차이검증(t-Test)과 변량분석(one-way ANOVA)을 통하여 유의도를 검증하였다. 이러한 학교예산 회계제도 운영에 관한 구성원의 인식차이를 분석한 연구결과를 토대로 다음과 같이 결론을 내릴 수 있다. 첫째, 단위학교 예산확보의 충족 정도는 보통보다 약간 높고, 예산확보의 자구성은 보통이다. 둘째, 단위학교 예산편성의 계획은 학교교육계획에 따라 잘 이루어지고 있으며, 예산편성 과정에의 참여도 높게 이루어지고 있다. 구성주체에서 부장교사가 평교사보다 참여정도가 높고, 학교규모별에서는 중규모 학교보다 소규모 학교가 더 높다. 셋째, 단위학교 예산심의의 신뢰성은 보통 이상이다. 구성주체에서의 신뢰도는 평교사보다 부장교사가 더 높다. 넷째, 단위학교 예산집행의 자율성, 효율성, 그리고 적시성은 보통이상이다. 자율성에서 여자보다 남자가 더 높다. 효율성에서는 여자보다 남자가, 평교사보다 부장교사가 더 높다. 적시성에서는 여자보다 남자가, 평교사보다 행정직이, 대규모 학교보다 소규모 학교가 더 높다. 다섯째, 단위학교 예산결산의 공개성과 유용성은 보통보다 약간 높다. 공개성과 유용성 모두 평교사보다 행정직이, 대규모 학교보다 중규모학교가 더 높다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the recognition of school staff to the effective management of school budget accounting system in the Jeonbuk Province. To attain the goal of this study, research areas are set as follows. First, analysis on school staff recognition on securing budgeted funds by each school among school staff. Second, analysis on school staff recognition on the compilation of budgets by each school among school staff. Third, analysis on school staff recognition on the deliberation of budgets by each school among school staff Fourth, analysis on school staff recognition on the execution of budgets by each school among school staff. Fifth, analysis on school staff recognition on the settlement of budgets by each school among school staff. For this study, I analyzed and reviewed relevant documents, academic journals, relative laws, preceding studies and a variety of reports to contemplate contents concerning school accounting and school budget compilation; selected nine public middle and high school in the Jeonbuk Province to examine the reality of the budget compilations for the year 2005. Based on analysis on data collected to achieve the goal of this study, conclusions are made as follows; First, most of the school are passive about the self-rescue measures like the support form local independent organizations or raising funds for school development to increase income for each school, and still standard education costs for each school are not sufficient for running normal curriculums. Second, teachers are actively participating in the compilation of budgets linked with education plans and focused on the operation of curriculums in the process of budget management. Director teachers in medium-sized school are most positive compared with female teachers whose in large-scale or small-sized schools are relatively not satisfactory. Third, the deliberation of budgets in each school is highly credible because in most cases, it is performed by a subcommittee on the deliberation of budgets within school. Fourth, as principals discretion for the compilation of budgets is extended with the introduction of the school accounting system, teachers expected a liberal and effective execution of budgets but are not satisfied. However, administrative officials in charge of practical work about budgets most positively think that the distribution of the total amount of budgets enable given budgets to be executed at an appropriate time fitted for the curriculums of each school. Fifth, in the process of operating budgets, settlement documents are open to students, their parents and teachers to have a high level of clarity of the financial management process. In most cases, the budgets of each school are executed as they are arranged.
