Seoul intends to realize zero-energy buildings through the “Green New Deal,” which aims to transform buildings that account for 68.2% of greenhouse gas emissions into green buildings with high energy efficiency. For this purpose, a passive method of high airtightness and high insulation of the building is also important, but this may cause health problems such as chronic respiratory diseases and asthma in occupants in terms of indoor air quality. In addition, according to the World Health Organization (WHO) report, the risk of infection to others has soared to 40% as indoor and outdoor air is not circulated in the corona virus (COVID-19). In contrast, even with ventilation of 0.3 ACH (air change rate), the risk of infection fell to the 1/20th level. Therefore, balancing ventilation, which not only affects indoor temperature but also indoor air quality, is the most important aspect of promoting zero-energy buildings. Therefore, the correlation between the window opening behavior of occupants, the most common source of ventilation, and the external environment was analyzed. The amount of natural ventilation with the window opening behavior was analyzed by the carbon dioxide decay method; further, the ACH value of residential buildings was determined considering the physical condition of each residential building.

The world’s major advanced countries and the Republic of Korea are reinforcing efforts to realize Zero Energy Building (ZEB) by presenting the Green New Deal as a low-carbon leading strategy. In order to realize ZEB, efforts are being made to ensure that the windows and shells of buildings are insulated and air-tight, but no effort has been made regarding the indoor environment. For this reason, the Ministry of Environment continues to strengthen the recommended indoor air quality standards, but most occupants of residential buildings open their windows to improve indoor air quality. However, natural ventilation through the opening of windows may make indoor environments uncomfortable and increase energy consumption through heat loss and heat gain in extreme cold and hot conditions. Therefore, in this study analyzed window-opening behavior, which can increase indoor air quality and affect energy consumption; the amount of natural ventilation was analyzed using the carbon dioxide decay method. Based on the analyzed amount of natural ventilation, heat loss and heat gain were analyzed and compared with energy consumption.
모바일 콘텐츠 배포를 위한 액세스 트래픽 분산 알고리즘

이동 단말에서의 인터넷 서비스 활용이 증가하면서 사용자가 원하는 서비스를 제공하기 위한 콘텐츠 배포 기술이 중요하게 대두되고 있다. 일반적으로 클라이언트로부터 요청되는 콘텐츠의 주기적 업데이트 환경에서는 일단 클라이언트가 동시에 콘텐츠에 다중 액세스한 경우, 다음 액세스 시각에도 클라이언트의 액세스 트래픽이 집중된다. 이로 인해 네트워크 부하가 발생하고 자원 이용에 대한 효율이 저하될 수 있다. 우리는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 콘텐츠에 다중 액세스한 클라이언트에 서로 다른 다음 액세스 시점 정보를 제공함으로써 액세스를 분산시킬 수 있는 트래픽 분산 알고리즘을 제안하고자 한다. With increasing use of internet services on mobile terminals, the importance of contents syndication technology is growing in order to provide services desired by users. In general, once multiple client access to resources, there'll be also multiple accesses at the next access time in client-initiated periodic update environment. In result, it may lower the efficiency of resource use because the network is overloaded by the simultaneous connection of multiple clients. In order to solve this problem, we propose a traffic dispersion algorithm that can disperse multiple accesses by providing each of multiple clients with a different next access time.

인터넷과 통신의 발달로 온라인상의 전자상거래가 활성화되고, 전자문서와 전자거래의 신뢰성 문제를 해결하기 위해 전자서명의 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 최근에는 이러한 전자적으로 생성된 계약서, 청약서, 기타 장기적으로 보관해야 하는 전자문서 등의 보다 효과적인 활용을 위하여 오프라인 문서를 대체하고자 하는 요구가 많아졌다. 이를 위해서는 전자적으로 보관되어 있는 전자문서의 진본성이 확인이 되어야 법적인 유효성을 확보하게 되는데 여기에 사용되는 기술이 바로 전자서명이며 전자문서생성시에 사용된 공인인증서의 유효성을 확인하고 난 후 전자서명 값 확인을 통해 위 변조 사실을 증명하게 된다. 하지만 공인인증서의 유효기간은 1년이기 때문에 전자문서가 2년 혹은 그 이전에 작성된 것이라면 공인인증서의 유효성을 확인할 수 없고 전자문서의 진본성을 확인할 수 없게 된다. 본 논문은 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 SCVP를 통한 전자문서의 진본성 확인 방안을 제시하고자 한다. With development of internet and communication, electronic commerce is revitalized and the importance of digital document and digital signature are growing. Recently days, users hope to replace off line paper with electronic documents to efficient using these contracts, subscription documents and other documents should be stored during long-term which were created by electronic method . For this, we need to check stored documents whether it is the original copy or not through PKI system which proves the integrity of document check certificate validation and compare the value of singing with a genuine writing. There is a problem not to validate the document due to the period of certificate that can be used only 1 year. If the certificate were used for digital signature 3 years ago, we cannot validate certificate because it was already revoked. In order to solve this problem, we propose efficient long-term validation method of digital document even if certificate is expired.

In this paper, we propose the CRM service model for analyzing and managing location based data collected by Wi-Fi and BLE. As mobile devices became personalized, enterprises became interested in individual location, and location based mobile marketing started to stand on spotlight. Location based proximity marketing is developing along with contactless data transmission technology, and payment system that uses NFC, Beacon that utilizes BLE, as well as advertisement via Wi-Fi are being serviced. We suggest the model that mobile devices can be detected and identified by MAC address with the need of being connected to Wi-FI or Bluetooth interface. MAC addresses are not associated with any specific user account or mobile phone number. The idea is to be able to measure the amount of people which are present in a certain point at a specific time, allowing the study of the evolution of data analysis and offers effective information for decision-makings.
서울시 공공건축물 에너지 성능개선 리모델링 의사결정을 위한 에너지 사용량 데이터 분석

The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced a 2050 greenhouse gas reduction strategy through the Green New Deal promotion and proposed a plan to achieve carbon neutrality through the five major areas of green building, green mobility, green forest, green energy, and green cycles. Among them, it is of utmost importance to prepare for the transition of low-carbon zero-energy buildings in the building sector, which accounts for 67% of the total energy consumption and 68.2% of greenhouse gas emissions in Seoul. In particular, 71.4% of the 454,000 buildings in Seoul are aged, and measures to expand to the private sector are needed to overcome the economic crisis caused by COVID-19. Therefore, to prepare a decision-making plan to improve the energy performance of existing buildings, the operation status and energy usage survey were conducted on public buildings with a total floor area of 3,000 ㎡ or more. The uses of the buildings were classified as cultural, educational, medical, office, and training facilities. A regression analysis algorithm was used to analyze the energy usage patterns and conduct a relative evaluation. The study results are intended to be used as a decision-making method for the energy diagnosis and remodeling of existing buildings.
