보강토잡벽에 대한 합리적인 설계 및 시공방법에 관한 경험적인 자료를 제홍하기 위하여 실내 모형실험이 실시되었다. 본 모형실험에서는 각 축조 단계에서의 보강재의 인장력 변화를 보강재상에 부착된 스트레인 게이지에 의하여 계측되었다. 또한 다이알게이지에 의하여 보강토파벽의 수평이동이 측정되었고, 도건의 붕괴형태가 조사되었다. 모형실험에서 측정된 값들은 보강토옹벽에 대한 기존 연구 결과와 비교.논의하였다. 본 모형실험의 중요한 결과는 보강재의 인장력이 벽면가까이에서 최대가 되어 비선형적으로 변화하며, 벽체에 연결된 보강재가 전류에 대한 안정성을 증가시킨다. An experimental study was carried out in the laboratory on a model of a reinforced earth retaining wall to provide the empirical data for the rational design and the construction methods on a reinforced earth retaining wall. Observed measurements included the variation of tension in the aluminium foil reinforcing strips was monitored by electrical resistance strain gauges pasted on its at different stages of construction. In addition, the lateral movement of the wall was measured by dial gauges and the mode of collapse of the wall was investigated. The measured values are discussed in comparison with the results of the existing studies of the reinforced earth retaining wall. A significant result of the experiments is that the variation of tension in reinforcing strips is non-linear with the maximum tension occuring close to wall face. Attachment of reinforcement to wall increases the stability against overturning.
광귤나무(Citrus aurantium) 열매에서 분리된 쿠마린의 iNOS 억제효과

Citrus fruits have been used as an edible fruit, and also as a traditional medicine, since ancient times. A crude methanol extract of Citrus aurantium was shown to suppress inducible proinflammatory cytokines, but its constituents were not known. In this study, we isolated four furanocoumarins, bergapten (1), imperatorin (2), isoimperatorin(3), and phellopterin (4), and one 7-geranyloxycoumarin, auraptene (5), from a methanol extract of dried Citrus aurantium fruit. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by extensive application of spectroscopic techniques, including 2D NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. All of the isolated compounds were evaluated for their ability to inhibit the production of proinflammatory cytokine inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) in lipopolysaccharide-activated RAW264.7 cells. Compounds 2−5 significantly suppressed iNOS production but compound 1 had no iNOS inhibitory effects. These results indicate that at least three furanocoumarins and one 7-geranyloxycoumarin are involved in the suppressive effects of citrus fruits against the production of inducible inflammatory cytokines.
디젤엔진용 분절형 스틸 단조 피스톤의 주행성능 특성에 관한 실험적 연구

To meet the world's ever stringent environment regulation, the focus of current research on diesel engines are to reduce the size and to enhance the power of engine at the same time. Such requirement inherently increases the pressure of the combustion chamber. Under this high pressure, the operational pressure range of the current aluminum piston reaches about to the limit requiring a piston with higher operational pressure limit. The steel forged piston is under development as a potential replacement of the aluminum piston. In this study, in order to analyze the change of fuel consumption rate and exhaust gas characteristics due to weights and heat transfer characteristics difference between aluminum piston and steel forged piston, fuel consumption rate and exhaust gas characteristics are analyzed using chassis dynamometer. The characteristics of exhaust gas was analyzed through CVS75 mode experiment. Results indicate that the characteristics of exhaust gas of the articulated steel forged piston is similar to that of aluminum alloy piston.
픽스호크 기반의 실외 자율주행용 소형 무인지상차량 설계

최근 시스템의 자동화가 많은 관심을 받고 있으며 여러 서비스와의 접목이 진행되고 있으며 특히 자율주행 기술 개발은 조건부 자동화 시스템에서 완전 자동화 시스템으로 발전하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 비행 제어 모듈인 Pixhawk를 지상 로봇인 Rover에 적용시켜 제어 프로그램인 QGroundControl과 프로토콜 언어인 Mavlink를 사용한 자율주행의 원리와 구조를 이해하고 시뮬레이션 및 실증 테스트를 통해 이를 활용한 적용 방식 및 개발 방향을 제시하고자 한다. In recent years, full automation of systems has attracted a lot of attention and integration with various services, especially the development of autonomous driving technology has evolved from conditional automation to full automation. In this paper, Pixhawk, a flight control module, is applied to a ground robot, and an autonomous driving structure using QGroundControl and Mavlink, is proposed.
