식이를 통한 농약섭취량에 관한 연구 : 채소류 및 그 가공제품 중의 잔류농약 Pesticide residues in vegetables and their products

본 연구는 식품 (가공품 포찹)을 수세, 탈피, 조리 등 먹기 직전의 살태에서 전처리하여 분석함으로써 쟌룬농약의 실제 섭취량을 조사,평가하는것으로 95년이후 5개년 계횔의 실험이 진챙중에 있으며 97년에는 채소류 및 그 가공제품에 대한 실험을 행하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 채소류를 통한 우리국민의 평균 농약섭취량을 구하고 그 수준이 안전한 수퍼마켓, 짹화점 둥에서 직접 구입하여 실험하였다. 분석 대상 농약은 유기인제 7종 (chlorpyrifos, chlorpyrifos-methyl, dimethoate, etrimfos, fenitrothion, isofenphos, malathion), 유기염소제 5종 (aldrin, BHC, DDT, dieldrin, endosulfan), 및 기타 3종 (dichlofluanid, metribuzin, pendimethalin)으로 시료의 전처리는 고상주출법을 사용하였다. 먼저 수듯물을 이용하석 충분히 닦고 시료를 분쇄한 추 acetonitile로 추출하였다. Florisil 카트릿지 컬림을적용한 vacuurnrnanifold를 사용하여 정제함으로써 다수의 씨료를 신속하게 처리할 수 있었으며 전처리된 시료들은 n-hexane에 녹인 루 eC-ECD, GC-MSD 및 GC-PDD (Pulsed Discharge Detector)로 분석하였다. 모두 6건의 Al료에서 chlorpyrifos와 endosulfan-sulfate가 발견되어 3%의 검출빈도를 나타내었으며 일인당 하루 평균섭취량은 0.3 (chlorpyrifos)과 2.Sfg (endosulfan)으로서 각 농약의 일일섭취허용량과 비교한 결과 각각 0.06 그리고 0.75%의 낮은 비을을 나타내어 상기와 채소류만을 섭취할 경우 분석대상 농약으로 인한 안전성에는 문제가 없는 것으로 평가되었다. In order to Ifstirnate the intake of pesticides through food for Korean, the table-ready vegetables were analyzed in 1997. This is a part of the five-year plan for total diet study of pesticides in Korsa. Fifteen kinds of vegetables (carrot, wild sesame leaf, garlic, burdock, lettuce, cabbage, Korean lettuce, spinach, onion, cucumber, scallion, pepper, bell pepper, leek and tomato) and five kinds of vegetable products(red pepper powder, pickled redish, kimchi, tomato juice and carrot juice) were collected in ten large cities in Korea(Seoul, Busan, Inchon, Daegu, Daejon, Jeonju, Kwangju, Suwon. Masan and Chuncheon). The samples were collected in local grocery store, supermarket or department stores, and washed with tap water thoroughly. Spinach was boiled for a few seconds after washing step. Fifteen pesticides like 5 organochlorines (aldrin, BHC, DDT, dieldrin, endosulfan), 7 organophosphates (chlorpyrifos, chlorpyrifos-methyl, dimethoate, etrimfos, fenitrothion, isofenphos, malathion), and 3 others (dichlofluanid, metribuzin, pendimethalin) were selected for this study. The sample preparation step included acetonitrite oxtraction, Florisil cartridge solid phase· extraction (SPE) using vacuum manifold. The final sample solution in hexane was analyzed by capillary gas chromatography with electron capture detector, pulsed discharge detector and mass selective detector. In this study, chlorpyrifos and endosulfan-sulfate were detected in the six ready-to-eat vegetable samples with the estimated daily intake (EDI) values 0.3 and 2.5㎍/day/person, respectively. These values were corresponded to 0.06 and 0.75% of the respective acceptable daily intake (ADI) value.
