소형 선박용 복합재료 축 설계를 위한 음력해석에 관한 연구

It is known that the composite material shafts using on small boats have various advantages comparing to forged steel shafts, fur examples, specific strength, fatigue strength, corrosion, etc. The analysis of the stresses and strains in the composite material shafts made by filament winding method is presented in this paper. The classical laminated plate theory is applied on the patch cut from the composite material hollow shafts. It is verified that the composite material hollow shafts of diameter 40 mm is the most optimum when the ratio of the inner diameter to the outer is 0.4 and winding angle is 45$^{\circ}$. It is also proven that the shear strain does not change seriously between 30$^{\circ}$and 60$^{\circ}$of winding angles. It is dangerous when the winding angle is over 75$^{\circ}$because the values of shear strain and stress produced on the shaft are too high so it must be avoided to wind the filament by the angle over 75$^{\circ}$.

Kind 1 propeller shaft in ships is the shaft which is provided with effective measures against corrosion by sea water, or the shaft which is made of approved corrosion resistance materials. The propeller shaft other than specified above is Kind 2.<br/> Thus, this study is mainly concerned with the resistance to fatigue damage in sea water against stress concentrations due to the notches. The results obtained can be summarized as follows;<br/> (1) The stress increases with curing time, however, when the curing time reaches at 96 hours the stress becomes a constant value. The elongation decreases with curing time, however, when the curing time reaches at 48 hours the elongation becomes a constant value. Thus, in case of FRP coating on propeller shaft, it is necessary to cure for 48 hours at least.<br/> (2) The relation of σn-Kt is to be classified into two parts, which is a part where fracture nominal stress, σn, decreases with increasing Kt, and a part where σn is nearly constant independent of Kt.<br/> (3) According to a linear notch mechanics, the measure of severity controlling the fracture in notched FRP body is the notch root radius, ρ. The notched static strength of an arbitrary specimen will be estimated from σmax -1/ρ curve.<br/> (4) Through the observation of cross section after fatigue test, the part of interface was kept good condition irrespective of loading conditions.

인간의 생애에서 수면이 차지하는 비중은 약 1/3 정도로 매우 크며 충분하지 않은 수면은 주의집중력 및 업무수행도를 저하시켜 일상생활에 지장을 줄 수 있다. 수면자세 또한 우리 몸의 건강 상태를 나타내는 중요 지표라고 할 수 있으며 수면 장애 및 무호흡증과 같은 각종 질환과도 관련되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 키넥트 카메라로부터 얻을 수 있는 여러 변수들을 이용하여 인간이 취하는 대표적인 6가지 수면 자세를 인식하는 시스템을 구현해 보았다.

As we entered the aging society, personal health has become more important and various technologies for easier use of electrocardiograms (ECG) have been developed. According to the national statistics, heart disease is a major cause of death in Korea. Considering the risk factors and characteristics of heart diseases, constant monitoring of hear conditions is essential for the patients with cardiovascular diseases. This study designed and implemented a portable ECG measurement device (PEMD) that can monitor heart health in everyday life by wearing the device on a fingertip. To evaluate the performance of this portable heart health monitoring system, two different commercial sensors that measure heart rate and blood pressure were selected for correlation analysis. For the feasibility study experiment, 5 healthy volunteers in their 20s were recruited. To induce changes in the subjects’ heart rate (HR) and R-R interval time, 5 experimental conditions (at rest (C), right after running (E1), right after drinking a shot of espresso (E2), 10 minutes after espresso (E3), 20 minutes after espresso (E4)) were randomly selected for each subject. To evaluate PEMD’s detection performance of the R peak and R-R intervals in ECG signals, Bland-Altman plots and ANOVA were used to analyze the differences in the 5 conditions of 5 subjects. Results showed a very high consistency (95%) between the values measured by the three sensor devices, suggesting that PEMD and its monitoring system tested in this study are able to detect meaningful changes in HR, R peak, and R-R interval times after running on a treadmill and taking caffeine. Further study considering personal lifestyle and amount of daily coffee intake on more number of people together with higher level of signal processing and noise filtering functions of the sensor are needed.
