자기효능감이 외상 후 성장에 미치는 영향: 긍정적 자비의 매개효과

이 연구는 자기효능감과 외상 후 성장 간의 관계를 확인하고, 또한 그 과정에서 자기효능감이 어떤 매개 변인을 통해 외상 후 성장을 일으키는지 그 작용 기제를 밝혀 외상 후 성장에 대한 전체적인 이해와 더욱 체계적인 치료방법을 밝히는 데 목적이 있다. 이 연구에서는 기존의 선행연구를 바탕으로 자기효능감이 긍정적 자기자비를 매개로 외상 후 성장에 영향을 미칠 것이라 가정하고 이를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 광역시 소재 4년제 대학교 대학생 271명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하고 결과를 분석하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기효능감은 외상 후 성장, 긍정적 자기자비와 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 자기효능감은 긍정적 자기자비를 부분 매개하여 외상 후 성장에 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 자기효능감은 외상 후 성장에 직접 영향을 미치기도 하였다. 마지막으로 이러한 연구결과에 대해 논의하였다. The aim of this study was to investigate mediation effects of self-compassion(SC) between Self-Efficacy(SE) and posttraumatic growth(PTG). For this purpose, 271 college students (105 males and 166 females) were asked to completed the questionnaires which used the SE tool, Korean PTG Inventory (K-PTGI), Korean version of SC Scale(K-SCS). Correlation analysis and the structural equation model analysis were performed on the collected data. The results of this study were as follows. First, Self Efficacy was statistically correlated with PTG and positive SC. PTG was statistically correlated with only Positve SC. Second, partial mediation effect of positive SC were observed in the relationship between SE and PTG. Third, SE affected PTG directly. This suggests effectiveness of intervention conducted for Self efficacy and Positive self-compassion while counseling adults that have a traumatic experience. Finally, the implications and limitations of this study and future research directions were described.
