In this study, modern life in society is exposed to stress and intense conflict and competition caused by rapid growth and change. This has prompted modern people suffering from mental and physical stress to focus on "healing" for mental and physical recovery, not just on general disease treatment. In this rapid change, people are emphasizing the importance of spa saunas to maintain quality of life. However, Korean saunas are aimed at presenting a new form of Korean traditional saunas and presenting a direction applicable to spatial design planning by examining the concept and components of locality and combining them programmatically and constructively interpreting them and combining them with the expressive characteristics of regional characteristics.

Tuberculosis of the esophagus without evidence of pulmonary involvement is rare. We experienced one patient with pseudotumoral tuberculosis of the esophagus. The clinical presentation and barium swallow study was suggestive of carcinoma of the esophagus. This was excluded on biopsy obtained at endoscopy. The patient had a good response to antituberculous therapy with c omplete resolution of the esophageal lesion without any residual complication. The pseudotumoral tuberculosis of the esophagus probably resulting from tuberculous lymphadenitis in periesophageal region.
