        Korea has designated 28 trade ports and 22 coastal ports under the Ports Act. If fishery ports and small inlets are counted, the number amounts to hundreds of ports. However, untimely and inefficient maintenance and repair works face Korean ports with functional loss, decreasing efficiency, and even catastrophe. Thus, further examinations on the maintenance or redevelopment of ports in Korea are urgent.<br/> Since the Korean War and the higher economic growth period in the 1970s, Busan Port has developed in a variety of ways, according to the necessity of social conditions at any given time, without any development philosophy or systematic long-term master plan. As a result, ports and coastal industrial facilities have rushed to gather around the present North Busan Port, which has taken on mixed functions between ports and cities, adversely affecting several of their interactions. To resolve these circumstances, several redevelopment schemes were suggested for centering the old zone in the Busan Port interim. However, comprehensive evaluation and redevelopment schemes combining functions of both ports and cities, and effectively utilizing coastal zones have never been presented.<br/> In this respect, this study sets the priority order of the extracted unit project. This study analyzes the existing functions and facilities of Busan Port, extracting facility zones through redevelopment which is certain to fail or to decrease in efficiency. Furthermore, this study presents status and development directions of specified redevelopment unit projects of higher priority order, and pursues the integrated plan of efficiency for Busan Port.

        패널회귀분석을 이용한 연안여객선 취항계획 특성분석에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 패널회귀분석을 활용하여 연안여객선 취항계획 특성분석을 수행하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 분석결과 GLS와 고정효과 분석결과 결항일수와 여객수송실적은 취항계획에 정의 영향을 끼치며 화물수송실적과 운임수입은 모형별로 상이한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 LSDV 및 OLS분석을 통해 지방청별로 군집을 이루는 경향을 확인하였다. 이는 지방청마다 여객선업체 및 선박의 잦은 변동이 존재하며 무조건적인 선박의 증편보다는 다양한 측면에서 심도있는 계획이 필요함을 나타낸다. 후속 연구에서는 항로별, 선종별로 나누고 세부적인 요인을 추가적으로 분석하여 보다 세밀하고 실무적인 결과를 도출해야할 필요성이 있다. The aim of this study is to analyse a characteristic analysis of coastal passenger vessels’ voyage scheduling using the Panel Regression Analysis. The GLS and Fixed Effect Analysis show that the number of canceled flights and passenger transport performance have a positive impact on the voyage scheduling, and that the freight transport performance and freight income vary from model to model. Also, through the LSDV and OLS analysis, the trend of cluster formation by regional office was confirmed. This indicates that there are frequent changes in passenger ship companies and ships, and in-depth plans are needed in various respects rather than the expansion of unconditional ships. Subsequent studies need to generate more detailed and practical results by further analysis of detailed factors, dividing them by route and vessel type.

        항만물류 구성요소의 평가에 관한 연구

        우리나라 항만물류의 경우 중국의 급격한 성장으로 인해 몰동량 처리실적에서 순위를 내주면서 항만물류 경쟁력 자체에 심각한 우려를 받고 있어 경쟁에서 우위를 차지하기 위해 다양한 대책마련이 요구받고 있다. 이러한 측면에서 항만물류의 내부 및 외부 요구 항목들을 파악하고 이들 항목의 중요도 가중치 및 순위를 파악하여 개선의 노력을 집중하는 것이 우리나라의 항만물류를 좀 더 효율적으로 향상시키는 지름길이 될 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 항만물류를 구성하는 내·외부 요구항목들의 중요도 가중치를 산정하기 위해 AHP 분석을 실시하였다. 먼저 내부 구성요소들 중에서는 보관 및 하역시스템(0.288)의 중요도 가중치가 가장 높게 나타났으며, 다음으로 항만물류정보시스템(0.210), 내륙연계시스템(0.189), 선박 입출항 시스템(0.184), 선박 접이안 시스템(0.129) 순으로 나타났다. 그리고 외부 요구 항목들 중에서는 물류관련비용(0.366)의 중요도 가중치가 가장 높게 나타났으며, 다음으로 서비스여건(0.128), 지역적 연계성(0.118) 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 추가적으로 2007년과 2011년에 항만 이용자들이 생각하는 가중치의 변화를 살펴보기 위해 연도별 가중치를 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과 내부 구성요소의 경우 2007년에는 항만물류정보시스템이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 외부 요구항목의 경우 물류관련비용이 가장 높게 나타났고 그 다음은 지역적 중심성이 뒤를 이었다. 이러한 결과는 2007년과 2011년에 항만물류의 환경이 변화됨에 따른 결과라 판단된다. Recently, the rankings of Korean container ports in terms of container handling cargo volume were plunged down due to the emerging Chinese ports. The efficient container ports strategies which increase container port competitiveness were requested. In this respect, it is urgently required to draw out constituent factors for Port Logistics, weigh these factors, and finally focus on improving the suggested factors. The aim of this paper is to evaluate weight and priority values for ‘inner consisted factors’ and ‘outer requested factors’ of port logistics by using the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. As for the analysis regarding the inner consisted factors, the results were shown as follows: a storage and handling system (0.288) as the first rank; an information system of port logistics (0.210) as the second rank: an inland intermodal system (0.189) as the third rank: a ship’s entering and departuring system (0.184) as the fourth rank, and a ship’s berthing system (0.129) as the fifth rank. In terms of analysis regarding outer requested factors. the results came out as follows: a logistics cost (0.360) as the first rank; a port service (0.128) as the second rank; a connectivity (0.118) as the third rank: a hinterland condition (O,116) as the fourth rank; an convenience (0. 106) as the fifth rank: a regional center (0.095) as the sixth rank, and an availability (0,077) as the seventh rank. For analyzing the priorities changes in constituent factors, the comparison of results between the year 2007 and the year 2011 was done. As the results,. among inner consisted factors. ‘information system of port logistics’ was ranked first in the year 2007 while ‘a storage and handling system’ became the most important factor in the year 2011. Among the inner consisted factors. however, the logistics cost was the important factor in 2007 and 2011, respectively.

        중국효과에 따른 새만금항만의 전략적 발전가능성 모색

        대외적으로 중국의 경제 성장과 항만의 급속한 발전은 환황해경제블록(Pan Vellow Sea Economic Bloc)의 규모와 역내 교역을 크게 증대시켜 우리나라 서해안권의 발전을 유도하고 있다. 국내적으로는 중국이 제1의 교역 대상국으로 바뀌면서 국가경제의 성장 축이 경부축에서 서해안축으로 중심이동을 하고 있다. 이러한 현상을 반영하듯 국내의 각종 통계지표와 컨테이너 및 비 컨테이너부문의 물동량예측에서 서해안에 위치한 항만들은 높은 성장세를 지속하고 있다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구에서는 서해안시대를 주도할 새로운 중심지로서 잠재력이 높은 새만금지역을 대상으로 하여 발전가능성을 모색하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 하였다. 연구의 결과, 새만금항만은 한중간의 공급사슬의 확대 및 항만간 네트워크 증대측면에서 향후 발전가능성이 확인되었다. 또한 환황해권의 교류증가, 중국항만 시설부족에 따른 환적화물 처리 등의 여러 가지 변수에 의하여 성장잠재력이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 하항의 근본적인 한계에 직면해 있는 군산항의 보완적인 측면에서 새만금 방조제를 통하여 인접지역(새만금 지역)을 연계하여 개발하는 것은 시대변화에 부응하는 바람직한 방향으로 분석되었다. China's rapid growth of economy and developing logistics facilities such as sea and air ports can give the good effects to increase the trade and logistics cargo volumes within Pan Yellow Sea Economic Bloc which consists of Korea, China, Japan and Russia. These phenomenon also stimulate the development of the West Coastal Integrated Belt in South Korea. In the past 20th century, South Korea's advanced and developed areas were located on the Kyeong-Bu Axis, the straight line of Seoul and Busan. However, due to the china's effect, this axis is moving into the West Coast area between Incheon (Seoul) and Mokpo, which is closely located to China. In this aspect, sea ports located in West Coast of Korea have shown the steep increase in container and non-container cargo volumes. With regard to the changing environments in sea ports, this paper's aim is to investigate the developing potential of Gunsan (Saemangum) area located on mid of West Coast. As results, targeted area have shown the potential in terms of port network, supply chain management and transferring location for container cargoes. Moreover, for implementing the suitable roles, construction of New Saemangun port, closely located in Gunsan port, is needed to overcome the limitations of Gunsan port.

      • 인천항만의 물류수준 평가 및 개선방안 도출에 관한 연구

        The aim of this paper is to establish the evaluation system of improving port logistics using the QFD(Quality Function Deployment) model which can facilitate to grasp the improving degree of realizing the system conforming to the relationship of all process and the process improvement. The research methodology is consisted of four phases. The first step is to investigate the important factors consisting the port logistics of Incheon and then calculate the weighting of factors by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The second step is to draw out the degree of inter-relation among factors by Fuzzy Subordination Relations (FSR). At the third step, the established system through the QFD method using results of the first and second steps will be used to evaluate and diagnosis the level of port logistics in Incheon. Finally, the sensitivity analysis is to be performed and the degree of improving port logistics will be presented according to the rising degree of the relevant factors. As a result, overall system level of Port of Incheon will be 54.33% for year 2007, 68.99% for year 2015, and 77.35% for year 2020. The critical factors increasing the system level largely from requested factors are port service, logistics cost and convenience while port logistics information system, storage and cargo handling system, and hinterland connecting system from consisted factors.

        중소형항만의 화주유인증대를 위한 모형개발에 관한 연구 -군산항을 중심으로-

        Although the small and medium ports are actually competing with various strategies, the definition and structural understanding of small and medium ports are not known very much. Therefore this study has launched from this fact, and has the objective of obtaining the structural model for increasing shippers' attraction of small and medium ports. The process began by abstracting the components that composed the success factors through recent research, and grouping it by FA(Factor Analysis) method. Also, by using the FSM(Fuzzy Structural Modeling) method to understand the structure of the grouped components, and the structural model for increasing shippers' attraction of small and medium ports was able to obtain as the result. When analyzing the obtained structural model, easiness of shipment, connection to hubport and efficiency of hinterland network came out to be the most important component groups.

        AHP법을 이용한 한중간 물류네트워크 구축에 따른 우선과제 평가에 관한 연구

        It is an urgent problem that Korea logistics enteprises' expansion of advance into China market and the logistics network establishment between Korea and China to back up the former are to be solved. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to deduce the subjects to establish the logistics network between Korea and China, and to evaluate the priority order. The results of this research are as follows: <br/> First, we conducted face-to-face interviews on the advisery group in China and Korean enterprises which advanced into China, and drew out 6 promoting subjects to build the logistics network between the two.<br/> Second, the AHP model was adopted, which is a multi-criteria?multi-hierarchical decision making method, to draw out the weight and priority order of the deduced 6 promoting items.<br/> Third, the resultant priority order of the promoting subjects is as follows: No.1 - to establish the distribution & logistics support center by region(0.3900); No.2 - to support various taxes in investing the logistics business abroad(0.1980) ; No.3 - to improve the management of CIQ(0.1958); No.4 - to back up the joint-venture of logistics firms(0.1169); No.5 - to enhance trade and foreign policies to deregulate the entry into logistics markets(0.0536); No.6 - to construct the logistics information system of China(Northest Ssia)(0.0458). <br/> This paper resulted in finding out Korea logistics enterprises that have not secured their own inland-transport network in China and the actual difficulties of Korean enterprises with using the inferior network that advanced into China. These problems were developed into the analysis adopting the AHP method, and the significancy of this paper is to present the priority order of promoting problems using a sophisticated technique.

        전라북도 지역발전을 위한 물류진단시스템구축 및 개선방안 제시에 관한 연구

        The aim of this paper is to establish the evaluation system of improving urban logistics using the QFD(Quality Function Deployment) model which can facilitate to grasp the improving degree of realizing the system conforming to the relationship of all process and the process improvement. At the first stage, the established system through the QFD method will be used to evaluate and diagnosis the level of urban logistics in Cheonbuk District. The second stage is to investigate the important components that can make prompt improvement of urban logistics. Then, the sensitivity analysis is to be performed and the degree of improving urban logistics will be presented according to the rising degree of the relevant components.
