극저온 냉각장치를 이용한 이중 실리콘 결정 단색화 장치 제작과 성능 평가

A double-crystal monochromator with an indirect cryogenic cooling system is designed to improve the stability of parallelism by minimizing the thermal deformation of the first crystal, and the performance of the monochromator is evaluated. This device shows significant improvements in thermal stability, which result in an excellent energy reproducibility. Also, it shows a high stability of parallelism between the two crystals, especially during energy scans, due to the cooling system’s having a lower vibration. To reduce the vibration, we designed our system so that nitrogen vapor was discharged from the circulating LN2, and we adapted it to avoid using LN2 to cool the second crystal. And improved long-term energy stability with a lower standard deviation was acquired. 본 연구에서는 주실리콘 결정의 열적표면변형 최소화를 통한 두 실리콘 결정 간의 평행 안정도 향상을 위하여 극저온 장치를 채용한 이중 실리콘 결정 단색화 장치를 제작하였다. 이 장치는 결정표면의 열적 변형을 최소화시켜 높은 열안정도를 보였고, 이로 인하여 매우 높은 에너지 재현성을 얻을 수 있었다. 냉각장치의 진동을 극소화하여 두 실리콘 결정간의 높은 평행 안정도를 유지함으로써 단색광의 품질 안정도를 높일 수 있었다. 특히 에너지 주사 시의 두 결정 간의 평행도 오차를 보면, 수직 이동각 오차가 0.007˚, 회전각 이동오차가 0.002˚ 로 매우 안정된 결과를 보여준다.

우울증 중년여성의 우울, 불안 및 양육스트레스 감소를 위한 미술치료 사례연구

본 연구는 미술치료가 우울증 중년여성의 우울, 불안 및 양육스트레스에 대한 영향을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 A시에 거주하는 50세, 중년여성으로 우울증 진단을 받고 약을 복용하던 중이었지만, 현재는 자의로 복용을 중단한 상태였다. 프로그램은 2019년 7월부터 8월까지 주 2∼3회 60분씩 총 17회기를 진행하였다. 연구도구는 우울척 도, 불안척도, 양육스트레스척도를 사용하였으며, 투사검사로 DAS검사, K-HTP검사, PITR검사를 사전․사후로 실시하여 비교분석하였다. 또한, 대상자의 우울, 불안, 양육스 트레스의 변화과정을 회기와 단계별로 질적 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중년여성의 우울에 긍정적인 변화를 우울척도와 DAS검사를 통해 확인하였다. 둘째, 중 년여성의 불안에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것을 불안척도와 K-HTP검사를 통해 확인하였 다. 셋째, 중년여성의 양육스트레스에 긍정적인 변화를 양육스트레스척도와 PITR검사를 통해 확인하였다. 넷째, 회기 및 단계별 질적 분석에서 남편을 긍정적으로 인식하고 남편 의 현재 모습을 수용하였으며, 자녀를 지나치게 보호하는 자신의 양육태도를 확인하였 다. 따라서, 미술치료가 우울증 중년여성의 우울, 불안 및 양육스트레스 감소에 효과적이 며, 우울증 중년여성의 미술치료 프로그램을 개발하는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study was stress in a middle-aged woman with depression. The subject was a 50-year-old, middle-aged woman living in A city who was diagnosed with depression but now she voluntarily has stopped taking medicine. The program was conducted twice or three times a week for 60 minutes in each in total of 17 times from July to August, 2019. The research tools were depression scale, anxiety scale and parenting stress scale and there was a comparative analysis for pre- and post- changes of DAS test, K-HTP test and PITR test as a projective test. In addition, there was a qualitative analysis for transition process of subject's depression, anxiety, parenting stress in each phases and sessions. The results are the following. First of all, a positive change on the middle-aged woman's depression was observed in the depression scale and DAS test. Secondly, it was verified that it provides a positive effect on the anxiety scale and K-HTP test. Thirdly, a positive change on parenting stress was observed through the parenting stress scale and PITR test. Fourth, in qualitative analysis for each phase and session, she perceived her husband positively and accepted him and confirmed her parenting attitude was overprotecting her children. Therefore, it was verified that art therapy is effective on reduction of a middle aged woman's depression, anxiety and parenting stress and it would be helpful for developing art therapy programs for middle-aged women with depression.
