We consider the vehicle relocation problem for one-way car sharing system. For the relocation operation, the rent car company can use the internal operator or external operator. The internal operators can move to vehicle base to relocate the car by internal car or external car. The mixed integer linear programming model is formulated to minimize the total operational cost. Real data is extracted from virtual bases in Seoul area to perform the computation simulation. The simulation results show that the operational cost is increased by using the external vehicle and infeasible case is decreased by using the external operator.

Food waste collection company should decide weekly visiting scheduling and daily vehicle routing for pick up points during a week. A mathematical model to minimize travelling distance was introduced. The mathematical model shows that the characteristics of problem was similar to the travelling sales man and the scheduling problem. Four evolutionary algorithm with penalty cost function to handle constraints were developed to solve our problem. A feasibility search operation was used to increase the feasibility on the solution set. Experimental results show that the average objective value dropped by 9% by using the feasibility search operation, but the calculation time increased by 12%.

The green logistics is the one of hot issues in industry and academy. The Korean literature on the green logistics is classified on the basis of the earlier review research that are the importance, green design, green manufacturing, reverse logistics and waste management. It is also classified on the basis of used methodology including mathematical programming, meta heuristics, simulation and survey. And then the interpretation and comparison with international review papers are suggested. At last, we found that the green operations and waste management are needed to research more.
항만의 비선형 지체 비용을 고려한 선박의 우회 경로 결정 문제에 관한 연구

When a port is closed emergently, ships which were assigned to closed port should be assigned to another open port. The ship detour routing problem is to reduce the sum of transportation cost, port loading and unloading cost and delay cost. Heuristic algorithms are designed to solve the ship detour routing problem. For the initial solution, the dumpy port strategy(D) and the minimum adding cost strategy(C) are used. For the local search, the port change strategy(P) and the ship change strategy(S) are used. Six heuristic algorithms which are AlgC, AlgCP, AlgCPS, AlgCS, AlgDP and AlgDPS are programmed. Twenty test problem are generated by random number and tested by computer program. Experimental results show that AlgCPS and AlgCS have good performance for the objective value and the calculation time of AlgDP is the best.

The purpose of this research was to analyze importance of key word on the journal of the Korean institute of plant engineering (JKIPE). We collected 857 key words in each paperson JKIPE from 2009 to 2013. Social network analysis is one of good method to analyze the importance of key words. To find the most important key word, we used the degree centrality, the betweenness centrality, the closeness centrality and the proximity prestige centrality on key word.
