        An automatic transmission of a car is computerized for fuel efficiency improvement with safety and the convenience, and is applied, and is the tendency which expands. The best in new technical development by a domestic and abroad professional part producer to an automatic transmission and system development for gear control. But it’s lack of the quality standard and the reliability by the country and is the standard which evades development and depends on overseas forward part traders for technical development. The automatic transmission attachment rate increases direct hydraulic control system for gear control of an automatic transmission by Customer Request as well as global market competitive power securement and market preceding acquisition through the import substitution effect by development this, so technical development to this field and technological growth are requested by a completed car and a close consortium. In this paper cutting down time being needed for an optimization design and trial product development through an electromagnetic field interpretation and a computational fluid dynamics interpretation in development of the hydraulic control solenoid valve applied to an automatic transmission, and contributing to development expense reduction effect by efficiency-development tends to grasp an hydraulic control solenoid valve and valve body matching.

        Recently, CO₂ regulation tightening continues to correspond to a global warming phenomenon. In this study, control core system of Continuously Variable Valve Lift(CVVL) was developed. The system is consists of operating motor, mechanical linkage, position sensor and control unit. The continuous variable valve which can control a valve lift successively at the whole driving territory of an engine when applying a lift (CVVL, continuously variable valve lift) system, it's possible to improve the performance of the engine further and make fuel consumption decrease. Continuous variable valve a lift The aerial control inhaled by the speed of engine revolution is possible by a system, so control to air intake of a throttle valve isn't necessary. This study has developed a driving motor, mechanical link structure, position sensor and cotrol unit. Continuously variable valve lift system is loaded on RIG equipment, the control special quality and operation, the grade and the reliability assessment were put into effect.

        The high crude oil prices age is maintained like the whole world recently, and output is higher, and consumers wish for the car for which the mileage is a little necessary and are requesting high efficiency of a car of the most popular transportation means in the time in which they grow interested further to air pollution. The engine and the vehicle which can make the exhaust gas permission regulation which is being strengthened increasingly meet, though development ties the performance and the relation close to a ride sense and a discharge to the sudden vehicle mileage, improvement of the mileage can affect this at a side of the performance and a discharge. Efficient design conception and procedure were established for the most suitable design for hydraulic pressure linear composition of variable valve operative mechanism without notice and durability increase of a variable control valve, high efficiency of a variable valve system and quality assurance by this research and a sampler had been developed and a performance testing was put into effect to make the operation special quality meet. A period will reduce development time necessary for efficient design conception in sampler development in particular and grope after the casting plan which can contribute to the development cost cut effect, and improves one for matching of a target vehicle technologically.

      • 고효율 엔진용 전자식 EGR 밸브 개발

        Global demands related to vehicle emission from environmental protection organizations and governments have been increasing, resulting in the introduction of more severe emission regulation. In order to analyze the characteristics of Electric EGR(Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve, the EGR simulator was designed to control the flow rate, pressure difference and temperature of EGR route and flow rate of heat exchanger. In this paper shows the research of engine performance during EGR for the application of Electric EGR to high efficiency Engines. It was installed a theta-2 super-charger Gasoline engine with an electric EGR valve. In this study the characteristics of E-EGR valve developed by UNICK were analyzed and the feasibility of application to vehicles were evaluated. EGR is an effective strategy to control nitrogen oxides emissions(contained CO₂) from target engine.

        Recent improvements in the fuel efficiency of a car, etc. greening policies and emissions reduction, and improved reliability, and improved recycling, particularly in improving fuel economy because it affects most of the world"s automotive technology automotive powertrain (engine + transmission) is a technology for this this development has been actively promoted. Current technologies can be divided into the intelligent car green vehicle technology development direction of the automotive industry. In particular, and for increasingly stricter environmental regulations, laws and regulations to improve fuel economy and reduce emissions CO to respond to global warming, and actively promote the development of eco-friendly cars with this set to achieve emission reduction targets specific fuel consumption of the gas station and around the world pursuing an aggressive technology development and research and development. We believe this will be a burden on infrastructure led to the near future because the market when compared to other greens, such as hybrid cars and electric vehicles, fuel cell vehicles are dual-clutch transmission. Further development is necessary because it is high can be transferred to the transmission for a hybrid vehicle is high and in addition the transmission efficiency of the motor is a dual clutch transmission. Since in the vehicle to improve the overall system in order to improve fuel efficiency and exhaust gas emissions to meet state-of-the-art in the driving system and transmission system, 8% of the width is emphasized the need for improved technological development of high-efficiency transmission is to improve fuel efficiency. In this study, we developed a dual-clutch transmission for low friction for improved fuel efficiency, low leakage, high-efficiency hydraulic control system design, analysis, fabrication, control and evaluation techniques.
