In this paper, I used microprocessor and sensor and designed to improve the efficiency of the photovoltaic system the photovoltaic position tracker device, and compared the normal photovoltaic system of fixed form with the photovoltaic system of solar position tracked form. Moreover, compared the catalogue of solar cell module and the simulation through a mathematics modelling with the solar cell's characteristic interpreting and, composed an power conversion system with boost converter and voltage source inverter. Used the constant voltage control method for maximum power point tracking in boost converter control and, used the SPWM(Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation) control method in inverter control.

This paper presents a detailed study of the extended Kalman filter for estimating the rotor speed of an 1M drive The general structure of the Kalman filter IS reviewed and the various system vectors and matrices are defined By including the rotor speed as a state variable, the EKF equations are established from a discrete two axis model of the three-phase induction motor using the software MA TLAB/Simulink, simulation of the EKF speed estimation algorithm is earned out for an induction motor drive with direct self control The investigations show that the EKF is capable of tracking the actual rotor speed provided that the elements of the covariance matrices are properly selected.<br/>

In This paper, to apply piezoelectric transformer for PDA backlight inverter, piezoelectric transformer using the composition which Nb₂O_5 added into PNW-PMN-PZT ceramics was fabricated as Rosen-type one with the size of 1165mm³. And their electrical characteristics were investigated with the variations of load resistance and driving frequency And then, the driving circuit for PDA CCFL(O.6W) which composed of the two MOSFETs connecting in series was manufactured using piezoelectric transformer, VCO and one-chip microprocessor. After driving for 25 min using the proposed circuit for PDA CCFL(O.6W), driving frequency of 214.4kHz, input voltage of 31.78 V and input current of 21.1mA were shown. And then, output voltage of 293.2 V and output current of 22mA were shown At the same time, efficiency of 96.2% and temperature rise of 3.6℃ were appeared at the piezoelectric transformer

Currently the settlement system which is used at credit card settlement from the member store of the off-line credit card is composed of the credit card settlement terminal, the VAN company which does a settlement relay service and the credit card company. When the obstacle occurs from the credit card company, the VAN company which does a settlement relay service conducts an approval vicarious execution, but when the obstacle occurs from the VAN company, the credit card settlement service is not accomplished smoothly. The dissertation proposes the credit card settlement system which receives a settlement relay service that credit card settlement terminal uses a telegram conversion Agent from other VAN company when the VAN company obstacle occurs.

In this paper, In order to solve the problem is proposed using a new type of electronic ballast that the traditional magnetic ballasts operated at 50-60Hz have been suffered from noticeable flicker, high loss, large crest factor and heavy weight which is composed of rectifier, active power corrector, series resonant half bridge Inverter, micro-controller and piezoelectric transformer for driving for driving T5 fluorescent lamp were manufactured The proposed electronic ballast operated at high frequency (about 75kHz) shows a input power factor of more than 0.995, total harmonic distortion of less than 12% and lamp current crest factor of less than 1 5, respectively. Output power and efficiency showed 28w and 85%, respectively. Accordingly, It is considered that the ballast using piezoelectric transformer can replace the typical electronic ballast

기계적 제동방식이 사용되는 전동차는 공기제동과 전기제동을 혼합한 방식으로 최근 녹색성장을 지향하면서 효율개선 및 환경문제 해결을 위한 많은 방법들이 제시되고 있다. 기계적인 제동은 분진, 소음 등의 환경문제와 함께 브레이크 슈와 라이닝 등의 소모품을 교체해야하는 경제적 문제를 가지고 있다. 이러한 단점을 보완하기 위하여 고속 영역에서 정지에 이르는 광범위한 영역에서의 전기제동을 필요로 하게 되었다. 본 연구는 구배에 의한 부하토크를 추정하여 전동차를 정지시키는 방법에 되해 연구되어졌으며 낙차에 따른 토크를 추정하여 제동하는 방법의 특성을 확인하였다.

In this study, in order to solve these problems, a new type of electronic ballast, which is composed of rectifier, active power factor corrector, series resonant half bridge inverter and piezoelectric transformer, was proposed for driving T5 fluorescent lamp. Driving of piezoelectric transformer was carried out with input region for the ring electrode and output region for the dot electrode. A 35W (T5) fluorescent lamp was successfully driven by the fabricated ballast with piezoelectric transformer.
