When engine exhaust gas is used to the absorption chiller-heater, energy efficiency can be increased up to 75~90% and the coefficient of absorption chiller-heater performance can be improved significantly. To investigate performance of the high-temperature generator using exhaust gas in the absorption chiller-heater, Lab. scale high-temperature generator using exhaust gas was designed and test setup was installed. The performance of the high-temperature generator using exhaust gas in the absorption chiller-heater with operating conditions was investigated with inlet condition of absorption liquid. At absorption liquid mass flow rate ratio of 100%, as the mass flow rate ratio of absorption liquid was increased from 80% to 120%, heat capacity of high-temperature generator for inlet concentration of 56%, 55%, 54%, 53% increased by 3.6%, 4.47%, 5.6%, 5.7%, respectively.

The performance of various type plate exchangers with different chevron angle, dimple size and arrangement was analysed by using Ansys v13.0. Heat transfer performance, pressure drop and flow patten of plate heat exchanger were investigated according to mass flow ratio investigated and compared. As a result, the 60°-chevron type plate heat exchanger showed the highest heat transfer performance but pressure drop was relatively high. The efficiency of 45°-chevron type plate heat exchanger showed the best performance in considering of heat transfer performance and pressure drop simultaneously. Among dimple type plate heat exchangers, the highest heat transfer performance was shown in a dim_zigzag type plate heat exchanger but pressure drop was very high. Besides, the dim_upsize plate heat exchanger showed very low pressure drop.

The purpose of this paper is to study for the electric car using manufacturing technique. It made the single-seater personal vehicle running on road by applying the electric car system. The first, it seek to minimize the deflection using profile method that was fixed with jig instrument. The second, it improved the electric car power composed the regenerative braking system by applying the generator using in wind-generation. The third, resulting test the controller, it could certify the stability driving and manufacture side of car. The fourth the gear ratio of power-train of sprocket knew that was very good at 4.5:1 by driving test. The fifth, the driver could confirmed the durability and driving stability after installing the steering, suspension, brake and tire and wheel system.
