        구강 유산균에 대한 전대환교정장치의 효과에 관한 연구

        A study of the effects of multibanded orthodontic appliances on the oral lactobacilli was conducted on 41 multibanded group and 41 caries free group. The following conclusions were obtained. 1. In multibanded group, the average count of lactobacilli per milli-liter of saliva showed about 219,300 in male and 254,100 in female. In caries free group, the mean count of lactobacilli per milli-liter of saliva showed about 66,700 in male and 68,500 in female, Therefore, the average of lactobacilli in multibanded group was much higher than that of the caries free group in both sexes. 2. The average of all the types of lactobacilli colonies (Disk-type, Bell-type, Y-type) in multibanded group was much more than that of caries free group. 3. Multibanded orthodontic appliances were found to sufficiently alter oral environment to significantly affect disk-types and total counts in both sexes and bell-type in female, at 1% level of confidence. But changes in bell-type and y-type, in male, were considered to be significant at 5% level of confidence.

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the characters' expression with clothes and the problem of creative interpretation of a historical play as a historicity and the movie costumes. This was done by comparing the role models and the situational clothes according to characters of Lee Haemyung(actor, Park Haeil) and Cho Nansil(actress, Kim Hyesoo) who were the representatives of modern generation of 1930s. The methods of this study were comparing the characters on the basis of the original novel and using the literatures, proceeding papers, internet data related to the Korean modern history and history of traditional costumes. Analysis of the costumes were divided into the scene analysis and comparing with role models. The scene analysis was done with "Modern Boy" DVD choosing the important scenes and evaluating the costumes and the expression. The comparison with role models was done with poet Baek Seok and dancer Choi Seunghee who were introduced to the official role models by film producer. Lee and Baek wore the formal suit but they have differences in silhouette and hair style. Lee had a modern sense in slim silhouette and emphasize the whimsical character with more waved style. Cho and Choi had something in common, hair style, linear silhouette, accessaries like gloves and hats, but Cho's design was more fashionable and similar as Chanel style images. Though the costumes in "Modern Boy" were made by historical researches, they were reinterpreted by the characters and images with modern feeling to raise the cinematic meanings and effects.

      • 熱傳導度 差를 利用한 실리콘 絶對 濕度 센서

        We research on a silicon micromachined absolute humidity sensor in this paper. The sensing mechanism of this sensor uses the thermal conductivity difference of air itself and the air with the amount of water vapor. The micro-heater made by using Pt/Ta_(x)O_(y) bilayer, which is annealed in air ambient for 1 hour at 650 ℃ temperature, shows an excellent short-term stability. After temperature compensation, the humidity sensor follows one characteristic output voltage curve according to absolute humidity value. The sensitivity of absolute humidity sensor is decreased from 0.534 mV/[g/㎥] to 0.375 mV/[g/㎥] in the temperature range from 25 ℃ to 55 ℃ respectively.

        교정력에 의한 치조골의 cyclic AMP에 관한 연구

        Tooth movement by orthodontic force is based upon alveolar bone resorption at compression site and bone formation at tension site of tooth. The function of cyclic AMP is to participate not only in initial action of bone cells by mechanical forces but also in the continuous cellular response leading to bone remodeling. This experiment was performed to clarify the role of cyclic AMP in bone remodeling by mechanical forces. The orthodontic forces of about 80 gm and 100 gm were applied to the right canines of maxillary and mandibular bone, respectively, in cats, treated for periods of time ranging from one hour to 28 days. Alveolar bones were obtained from compression and tension sites surrounding tipping maxillary and mandibular canines as well as from contralateral control sites. The samples were extracted, boiled and homogenized, and the supernatants were assayed for cyclic AMP by a radiommunoassay mothod. The results were as follows: 1. The orthodontic movement of canines was increased to the end of experimental period and the action of orthodontic forces on tooth movement was more effective in maxillary canine. 2. The cyclic AMP levels of alveolar bones in compression and tension sites initially decreased, then increased and remained elevated to the end of experiment. The differences of the cyclic AMP levels between treated sites and non-treated sites were gradually in creased. 3. The cyclic AMP levels in treated sites of mandibular alveolar bone was higher than that of maxillary alveolar bone.
