현실요법이 간호사의 내적 통제성과 인간관계에 미치는 영향

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of reality therapy group training on the human relations and the internal control of nurses. Method: The subjects of this study were 15 nurses working in G hospitals. 4 sessions(120minute/session) of this program were given to the experimental group for one day. The design of this study was a one-group pretest-posttest design. The effect of the program was measured by the Inter-external control Scale revised in Korean by Cha, Kong and Kim(1973) and Human Relations Test which was adapted by Lee and Moon(1979). Analysis of this study was computerized by using SPSS/PC^(+) Windows(version 10.0), and in order to analyze the experimental data, repeated measure ANOVA was used. Result: The group which received reality therapy group training showed more significant positive difference on Inter-External Control Scale than before, and the effect lasted for two weeks later. The group which received reality therapy group training showed more significant positive difference on Human Relations Test than before, but not lasted. Conclusion: In conclusion, the significance of this study through the above results showed that the reality therapy group training was effective to improve the human relations and the internal control of nurses. Reality therapy group training which makes them better, the human relations and the internal control, shall be used usefully for guidance of nurses.
집단모래놀이치료가 중국 거주 조선족 아동의 또래관계 질과 행동문제에 미치는 효과

This study is to investigate the effectiveness of group sandplay therapy on quality of peer relationship and behavioral problems of Korean-Chinese children in China and to interpret meaning of sandpictures made by them. Utilizing a mixed-method design, twelve participants (mean age=11.50 years, 50% females) were assigned to three experiment groups with four participants in each group and another 12 children (mean age=13.50 years, 50% females) were assigned to the control group. A total of 8 sessions of group sandplay therapy were provided 2~3 times per week for 80 minutes per session. The quantitative results indicated that the group sandplay therapy improved quality of peer relationship and decreased behavioral problems. The qualitative results revealed several common themes such as emptiness, disconnection/separation, concealment, hinderance/obstruction, connection, upbringing, integration/adaptation. Limitations as well as implications for future research are discussed. Keywords : Group Sandplay Therapy, Korean-Chinese adolescents, Quality of Peer Relationship, Behavioral Problems
