Angelicae gigantis Radix (dried root of Angelica gigas) including major bioactives such as decursin and decursinol angelate provides rich flavors and several healthy benefits. Recent studies have shown that ultrafine powders of herbal medicines provide better physical properties and biological activities. Thus, ultrafine Angelica powder was added into the oligosaccharide syrup to provide flavors and healthy benefits in this study. Angelicae gigantis Radix was pulverized into d(0.1) = 3.220, d(0.5) = 7.822, and d(0.9) = 7.817 ?m respectively using an air-flow mill. The ultrafine Angelica powder was added into the oligosaccharide syrup process with different ratios of water to oligosaccharide syrup at 1:5, 1:8, 1:11, and 1:14. The physicochemical properties such as viscosity and bulk density were measured. The Stokes` law was applied to predict the sedimentation velocity of the added Angelica powder in the syrup. The Angelica syrup prepared in this experiment showed good stability since the Angelica particles precipitated down slowly. The ratio of water to oligosaccharide syrup at 1:11 showed the optimal preparation in terms of the stability and the viscosity. The ultrafine-sized herbal powders such as Angelicae gigantis Radix have potentials for various food and pharmaceutical applications.

본 연구는 개인투자자들이 토지에 투자를 결정하고자 할 때 시행착오와 리스크를 최소화시키고 투자의 목적에 맞는 합리적인 투자를 할 수 있도록 우선적으로 고려해야 하는 주요요인을 살펴 보고자 하였다. 따라서 토지의 개발, 이용, 인허가, 관리 등과 관련된 업무를 수행하고 있는 시행· 건설사, 분양·중개사, 관계공무원, 금융기관 여신관계자 등을 전문가그룹으로 선정하여, AHP 방법론을 활용하였다. 전문가들이 인식하는 토지투자 요인의 중요도를 도출한 결과, 비용·수익> 자금측면> 입지측면> 토지특성> 투자환경 순이었으며, 자금이 수월하게 조달되어야 투자가 용이하고 수익률도 높일 수 있다고 여기는 것으로 나타났다. 전문분야별 분석에서는 시행·건설사는 자금 조달이 최우선으로 중요하게 인식하고, 분양·중개사는 투자금액에 따라 투자대상 토지가 결정되는 경우가 일반적으로 총투자금액이 중요요인이었다. 인·허가관련 업무를 담당하는 공무원은 토지에 대한 법적 제한사항을 가장 중요한 요인으로 생각하고 있으며 금융기관 여신관계자가 투자수익과 운용이나 처분 등을 통해 투자금액을 회수할 수 있는 환가용이성을 중요한 요인으로 나타나 전문 분야별 차이를 확인하였다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 개인투자자들이 토지에 대한 투자를 결정할때 고려해야 할 주요요인들의 중요도와 우선순위를 종합적으로 비교분석하여, 실무에 도입하고 적용한다면 투자의사결정에 참고하는 자료로 활용할 수 있으리라 사료된다. This study attempted to present major factors that should be considered first so that individual investors can minimize trial and error and risk and make reasonable investments suitable for the purpos. Implementation and construction companies, sales and brokers, related officials, and financial institution credit officials who are performing tasks related to land development, use, licensing, and management were selected as an expert group, and the importance and priority of factors influencing land purchase decisions were derived using the AHP methodology. In the order of cost and profit >characteristics> capital aspects> location aspects> land characteristics, and investment environment> experts commonly recognized that it is easy to invest and increase returns if funds are easily raised. Based on the results of this study, it is believed that the importance and priority of the main factors to be considered by individual investors when deciding to invest in land can be comprehensively comparatively analyzed, and if they are introduced and applied in practice, it will help to discover and select land that is likely to achieve the purpose of investment, and reduce the risk of future uncertainty about investment.

본 연구는 수도권의 소규모택지에 건설되는 주택(연립주택, 다세대주택, 다가구주택)에 거주하는 주거특성을 조사한 것이다. 이들은 연령대와 성별, 혼인여부 등이 서로 다르기에 인구통계학적 변수에 따라 그 내용이 살펴보는데 의의가 있다. 본 연구는 기존 연구를 검토하고 설문조사를 실시하여 실증적으로 분석하였다. 조사자료는 SPSS 23 통계 패키지 프로그램을사용하여 분석되었다. 분석결과, 인구통계변인별로 주거환경 특성요인에 대한 인식의 정도는 매우 다양한 양태를 보이고 있었다. 20대와 30대 그룹은 경제특성과 주변환경 요인이 주거만족에 주요한 영향력을 미치고 있었다. 40대 그룹은 주변환경의 영향력이 가장 크고 경제특성과 입지특성이 다음으로 영향력을 보이고 있었다. 50대 그룹에서는 입지특성의 영향력이 가장 크게 나타났다. 남녀 성별로는 남성은 주변환경과 입지특성, 경제특성의 순으로 영향력이 있었다. 여성은경제특성, 입지특성, 주변환경의 순으로 영향을 미치고 있었다. 혼인여부별로는 기혼자그룹은아이들을 키우는 문제로 주변환경이 가장 큰 영향력을 보이고 있었고 미혼자그룹은 생활과관련된 비용이 가장 큰 영향력을 보여 생활에 직면한 현실이 나타나는 것으로 여겨진다. This study is to investigate the characteristics of housing living in houses (condominiums, mmultiplex, multi-family houses) constructed in small-scale housing sites in the metropolitan area. This study reviewed existing studies and conducted a survey to empirically analyze them. Survey data were analyzed using the SPSS 23 statistical package program. As a result of the analysis, the degree of perception of residential environment characteristic factors by demographic variable showed a wide variety of aspects. In the group in their 20s and 30s, economic characteristics and environmental factors had a major influence on housing satisfaction. In the group in their 40s, the surrounding environment had the greatest influence, and economic and location characteristics showed the next most influence. In the 50s group, the influence of location characteristics was the greatest. In terms of gender, men had influence in the order of surrounding environment, location characteristics, and economic characteristics. Women were influencing in the order of economic characteristics, location characteristics, and surrounding environment. By marital status, married groups have the greatest influence on the surrounding environment due to the problem of raising children, while unmarried groups have the greatest influence on life-related costs, which is believed to represent the reality of facing life.

This paper presents how to design the configuration of generation system for shipboard power system based on fuel cost analysis. We propose a sophisticated economic analysis method with detailed fuel cost evaluation, which can be obtained from actual specific fuel consumption (SFC) characteristics of the gas-turbine and diesel generators installed in existing ships. Using the proposed method, we analyze economic benefits for optimal configurations of shipboard generation system for both hybrid propulsion ships such as CODLOG (COmbined Diesel-eLectric Or Gas-turbine) and COGLOG (COmbined Gas-turbine eLectric Or Gas-turbine) and full electric propulsion ships. In addition, we analyze the effects of energy storage system (ESS) in shipboard power systems in terms of spinning reserve management and single generator operation mode to meet the reliability and survivability requirement. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through multiple case studies with actual measurement data in ships that are currently in operation.
