        교통사고로 인한 Barr -Li ou Syndrome 환자 1례에 대한 임상적 고찰

        Objectives: There are a few case reports on the treatment of the Barre-Lieou Syndrome by oriental medicine. We got a good effect on one patient with Barre-Lieou Syndrome by oriental medicine. Methods: The patient was hospitalized Dept. of Oriental Rehabilitation Medicine, College of Oriental Medicine, Dae-jeon University from 2nd, Feb. 2004 to 2nd, Mar. 2004, diagnosed as Stagnation of qi and stasis of blood(氣滯血瘀), deficiency of qi and blood(氣血虧虛), and treated with Acupuncture therapy, Herbal medication, Chuna therapy, Bee Venom Acupuncture, Oriental physical therapy. Results & Conclusions: Symptoms of the patient such as neck pain, dizziness, tinnitus, fatigue, etc were improved after above treatments. So, it is suggested that oriental medical treatments are effective in the Barre-Lieou Syndrome.

        국방 IT 아웃소싱 성과지표에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 참여정부의 성과관리 정책에 동참하고자 국방분야의 IT 아웃소싱에 서비스수준협약서 기반을 마련하고자 함을 목적으로 한다. 특히, 서비스수준협약서의 기능 중 가장 효과를 보이는 성과측정을 위한 성과지표를 도출하였으며, 이를 국방 정보화 분야의 비전과 목표, 전략에 비추어 관점 및 핵심성과요인, 성과지표를 조정하였다. 본 연구는 기존의 선행연구들이 공익성을 강조하는 정부나 공공분야에 국한되어 있었던 것을 국방분야로 적용이 가능할 것인지에 대한 검증을 수행하였다. 이를 국방 및 SI 업체를 대상으로 관련자 양측의 의견을 수렴하여 검증하였으며, 최종적으로 서비스수준협약서의 성과측정을 위하여 성과지표를 제시하였다. This study wishes to be ready for service level agreement introduction in IT outsourcing of national defense to participate in the policy of taking a serious view on governmental management result. Especially, service level agreement tries to draw performance index for performance measurement that is shown to be the most effective among functions. This controlled viewpoint, critical success factor and performance index were adapted in accordance with the vision, goal and strategy of national defense information section. This study verifies whether it is possible for formal studies which were limited in government or public area to apply to the national defense field. The opinion of both sides - the national defense and SI company - was collected and verified, and finally the performance index was presented for the performance measurement of the agreement.

        치과의료기관 종사자의 치과의료기관 평가제도에 대한 수용에 관한 연구 -감염관리 부문을 중심으로-

        The Government is going to enforce assessment of dental institutions in addition to assessment of medical institutions so that it can provide good-quality medical service to people having much interest in quality of medical service. But the empirical research on the assessment of dental institutions which is still in a model assessment stage, is insufficient. Accordingly, the present research aims to help dental institutions preparing the main assessment by researching an acceptance level of workers of dental institutions in a process performing assessment of dental institutions, based on the preceding researches that the perceived utility has influence on implementation intention. The present research proved the influence that job relevance, result demonstration, usability and education & training of workers and manager`s leadership of an infection management part affects perceived utility and implementation intention. As a research result, all the job relevance, result demonstration, usability have a positive(+) influence on perceived utility and implementation intention, and the influence of job relevance most affects especially. The leadership and education & training have influence on what workers get to have implementation intention after perception of utility of infection management according to the order. According to the above results, it can be understood that medical institutions preparing for assessment of dental institutions take charge of the assessment part having high relevance with work of workers and need to make a manager ordering performance of its assessment be able to foster a leadership for improving effectiveness of assessment performance.

        제7차(第7次) 한문과(漢文科) 교육과정(敎育課程) 개정 시안(改正 試案)의 문제점(問題點)과 대책(對策) -성격,목표,내용을 중심으로-

        우리나라는 悠久한 傳統文化가 말해주듯, 한때 强盛을 자랑하다가 歷史 속으로 사라져 버린 저 東 · 西洋의 몇몇 나라에 比할 바가 아니다. 漢文科 敎育은 半萬年 文化民族의 底力을 學校現場 敎育에 정립하고 선양하는 敎科가 되어야 한다. 第7次 漢文科 敎育課程의 改正은 漢文 文章을 읽고, 理解하는 次元을 넘어 미래의 삶에 새로운 생명을 부여하는 교과로 거듭나야 한다. 이를 위해 ``한자→ 한자어 → 한문``이라는 기본 강령을 터전으로 선인들의 삶과 지혜를 이해하고 전통문화의 계승과 한자문화권에서의 교류 증진에도 기여하는 교과가 되어야 한다. 漢文科 새 敎育課程의 改正은 多樣한 類型의 漢文 資料를 批判的으로 理解하고 審美的으로 享有할 수 있는 軟弱한 교과로 安住해서는 안 된다. 過去 漢文 全盛期의 傳統文化와 敎育的 價値가 現 學習者의 水準에 맞게 재편성되어 내일이 있는 오늘의 漢文科 敎育이 되어야 하며, 오늘의 교육이 과거로부터 전승된 精神文化의 유산에 基底하여, 새 생명을 誕生시키는 有意味한 敎育의 場으로 발전되어야 한다. 그러나 第7次 漢文科 敎育課程의 改正 試案은 이 같은 시대적 요구를 충분히 반영하지 못하고 있다. 특히 性格 · 目標 · 內容의 改正試案에는 적잖은 問題點을 露出하고 있다. 현장 적합성 측면에서의 문제점과 그 對策을 정리해 보면 다음과 같다. <성격과 교육목표의 문제점> 첫째, 교육용 기초한자 1,800자를 소홀히 다룰 가능이 높다. 둘째, 미래 동북아 시대에 강조되어야 한자어 교육이 축소되었다. 셋째, 한문 중심 교육은 학습자의 흥미를 떨어뜨릴 수 있다. 넷째, 원활한 언어 활용 등 실용적이고 도구교과적 기능이 약화되었다. 다섯째, 학생, 학부모, 일반인 등 각계각층의 의견보다 敎師 便宜 中心으로 구성되었다. 여섯째, 학교 현장에서 다양한 유형의 한문에 대해 비판적 이해와 심미적 향유가 어렵다. <내용 체계와 영역별 문제점> 첫째, 학습내용의 계열화와 구조화가 이루어지지 않았다. 둘째, 학습목표와의 일관성과 체계화가 형성되지 않았다. 셋째, 외국어 교과의 내용 체계와 용어를 모방하였다. 넷째, 한문 중심으로 내용이 구성되어 실제 생활에 도움을 주지 못한다. 다섯째, 敎師 中心의 내용 체제로 학습자의 흥미와 관심을 유도하기 어렵다. 여섯째, 시대적 요구와 사회적 요구가 교육 내용에 반영되지 않아 고답적이다. <性格 · 目標 · 內容의 改正 試案에 대한 對策> 첫째, 한자 · 한자어 교육이 강조되어야 한다. 둘째, 선인들의 삶과 지혜를 널리 선양할 수 있어야 한다. 셋째, 건전한 가치관과 바람직한 인성교육이 강조되어야 한다. 넷째, 文 · 史 · 哲을 두루 포괄하여야 한다. As our permanent traditional culture says, our country can`t be compared with others which disappeared into history, though they had been proud of their power and prosperity before. So the revised edition of 7th curriculum of Sino-Korean subject shall be the subject to inherit and create the spirit of Korea, which is worked by the power of traditional culture. Beyond the level of reading and understanding simple Sino-Korean sentences, the subject shall be reborn as one to understand the past and present based on that, and further to give a new life to the future life. And also, it shall not be a weak subject in which the various kinds of Sino-Korean data are critically understood and esthetically enjoyed. There will be the education of Sino-Korean subject having the future by reediting the value of education of the golden age of Sino-Korean of the past according to the level of ability of the present learners, and today`s education shall be a meaningful one to bear the new life, based on the legacy of spiritual culture. Looking at the revised edition of the 7th curriculum of Sino-Korean subject in terms of suitability in the field, the education of Han-ja and Han-ja characters shall be emphasized, as it is discussed in "the measures of the revised tentative plans of character, objects, contents". And the culture realm which can widely enhance the life and wisdom of antecedents shall be more subdivided. In addition, the subject in which the sound sense of values and desirable humanity education shall be settled is emphasized. To realize that concretely, the revised plans of the 7th curriculum of Sino-Korean subject shall include all the contents of literature, history, and philosophy.

        요추추나치료 후 발생한 등통증 환자 증례보고

        Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the safety, injury mechanism, complication and adverse reactions associated with Chuna manual theraphy(CMT), to report one case of adverse reaction with CMT. Methods: A 39-year-old woman presented with low back pain and left leg pain. The patient undertook a lumbar Chuna manual theraphy. After this maneuver, the patient complained of dorsalgia. The patient's dorsalgia didn't improve. In CT study, T5-6 hard disc bulging was diagnosed. Results and Conclusions : It is supposed that this patient suffered dorsalgia secondarily due to a lumbar Chuna manual theraphy. From this case, we can understand the etiology of dorsalgia to some extent and consider the complication of Chuna manual theraphy. In the future, more study, research and prospective trial for complications of a lumbar Chuna manual theraphy is required.

        한문과(漢文科) 질문형(質問型) 수행평가(遂行評價)의 운영(運營)과 그 성과(成果)

        中等學校 漢文은 `2007 개정 한문 과목 교육과정`에서 중학교는 재량선택 교과에, 고등학교는 교양 선택과목 군에 속해 있다. 새 敎育課程에서 漢文이 선택 교과인 점을 고려하여 漢文科 敎育은 교육 수요자의 관심과 요구를 적극 반영해야 하며, 지식 생성력을 배양하는 교육이 될 수 있도록 교육적 역량을 强化해야 한다. 本 硏究는 `漢文科 質問型 遂行評價의 運營과 그 成果`에 대한 現場 硏究物로써, 제1, 2차 년도의 設問調査 結果를 中心으로 요약·정리해 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 效果的인 授業 活動을 가능케 하였다. 敎授·學習 活動 中 유창성과 융통성, 비지시성, 명확성, 효율적 의사소통 면에서 교육적 성과를 낳았다. 둘째, 學習動機와 興味 誘發에 효과적이었다. 학습내용 면에서는 지식·이해와 문제해결력 등에, 학습태도 면에서는 학습자의 동기와 흥미 유발에 敎育的 效果가 높았다. 셋째, 遂行評價의 役割을 强化하였다. 旣存 漢文科 遂行評價는 대부분 한자쓰기와 수업태도 등에 비중을 두고 운영한 사례가 많았다. 본 연구에서는 질문기술 개발과 다양한 질문유형 등을 활용하여 학습자의 능동적 수업 참여와 흥미도를 높여 수행평가의 역할을 强化하였다. 漢文科 敎育에서 質問 授業은 敎科 敎育의 立地를 더욱 견고히 해 줄 수 있으며, 授業의 質을 한 차원 끌어올릴 수 있는 原動力이 되어 줄 것이다. 특히 漢文科 質問型 遂行評價는 교수·학습 방법과 수행평가에 대한 竝行 硏究로, 第7次 改正 敎育課程期 수요자 중심 교육에 순응하고 학습자의 흥미와 호기심을 자극하여 교수·학습의 효과를 倍加시킬 수 있는 최적의 授業 模型 硏究라는 점에서 그 意義는 매우 크다. The question-answer type of performance evaluation of Sino-Korean subject is the combination of question-answer classes and performance evaluation, and is the synthetic observation and evaluation of the responses and thinking process of learners, such as understanding, problem-solving capability, and creativity of the Sino-Korean classes of learners. It was progressed in the order of the whole rangle of planning and application, and input and operation of the question-answer type of performance evaluation of Sino-Korean subject. Based on the analysis of the questionnaires, this study aimed to find out the effect and problems, and the strength and weakness in terms of the contents, methods, and evaluation of teaching and learning of the question-answer type of performance evaluation. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, as for the contents, they can be classified into the contents of Sino-Korean subject and Hanja phrases besides the subject. the question-answer type of performance evaluation was implemented, focusing on the phrases besides the subject in 1st year, and on the contents of the subject in the 2nd year. In the result of the questionnaires, the question-answer type of performance evaluation focusing on the phrases showed higher validity and reliability than the contents of the subject. This result shows that the contents of questions and the academic level of learners of that year were not the same as those of the previous year, and when the question-answer type of performance evaluation is conducted only focusing on the phrases, it is required to supplement and have measures as the education course of Sino-Korean subject can be carelessly handled. Second, as for the methods, the question-answer type of performance evaluation was more effective in inducing interest and motivation, attention, the communication between teachers and students, and the improvement of problem-solving capability, compared with other performance evaluation methods. In contrast, there was a relatively lower support in the areas of the understanding of the concept and principle of the contents of the subject, and the creativity, arrangement and integration of learners. It seems that the training of question-suggesting techniques of teachers, and the systemic research of teaching and learning method can supply the good clues of solving problems. Third, as for evaluation, the performance evaluation of Sino-Korean subject was mostly made up of the evaluation of writing, attitude, short-query, and portfolio, and the question-answer type of performance evaluation similar to this study was not almost implemented. Seeing the result of the questionnaires of 1st, 2nd year on the question-answer performance evaluation, 92.01% of learners answered that it was more effective, compared with other performance evaluation methods, which means that the question-answer type of performance evaluation of Sino-Korean subject is very successful, and the educational availability of the subject in the performance evaluation of Sino-Korean subject will increase in the future. Considering the results of this study, the question-answer type of performance evaluation made Sino-Korean subject class vital by stimulating the curiosity of learners, and made learners have interest and confidence in Sino-Korean classes by raising the degree of attending classes of the learners. And also, it created the chances to review and integrate the contents of the study that the learners learned before, and made the need and academic level of students diagnosed. Especially, by controlling the students effectively, it provided the conditions for us to hold the class, and in that it is possible for teachers to evaluate their classes, there is a meaning of this study. However, as it is easy to have a class focusing on the excellent students, difficult to have consistency and integration of thinking, and question items are exposed according to the time difference of classes, there is a problem that the reliability of evaluation can be dropped. Also, it is not easy to acquire the question-suggesting techniques for proceeding the question-answer type of performance evaluation, and it is required to take complementary measures as the poor operation of the question-answer type of performance evaluation can lower the quality of the class by making the object of subject study unclear, and the education course of Sino-Korean subject can be carelessly handled. With the knowledge-based society of 21C coming on, to make Sino-Korean Subject as a major one which succeeds to and develops our traditional culture and recreates the life and wisdom of ancestors, the position of subject education should be strengthened. Also, to do that, it is necessary for us to seek the improvement in quality of Sino-Korean education through the deepened research and spread of the various evaluation models, such as this kind of the question-answer type of performance evaluation.
