Purpose : This study is to investigate the protective effects of Sagunjatangac - angchuljiyutang against gastric mucosal lesions. Methods : The test group was injected with indomethacin after the oral administration of Sagunjatanghapchangchuljiyutang, while the control group was injected only with normal-saline and INDO group was injected only with indomethacin. The effects of Sagunjatanghapchangchuljiyutang extract administration on lipid peroxidation, morphology of gastric mucosa, mucous-secreting cell, distribution of PNA and ICAM in mice suffered from indomethacin -induced gastric mucosal lesions. Results are as follows : 1. The degree of lipid peroxidation in Sagunjatanghapchangchuljiyutang group conspicuously decreased as compared with INDO group. 2. The normal morphology of gastric mucosa was maintained in mice subcutaneously injected with Sagunjatanghapchangchuljiyutang. 3. The normal configuration of mucous-secreting cell was maintained in mice intra gastric injected with Sagunjatanghapchangchuljiyutang. 4. The distribution of PNA in Sagunjatanghapchangchuljiyutang group was as same as control group(normal gastric mucosa). 5. The distribution of ICAM in Sagunjatanghapchangchuljiyutang group was appeared a little as same as control group. Conclusion : Sagunjatanghapchangchuljiyutang has protective effects against gastric mucosal lesions and some remedial action would be also considered.

모리악의 자전적 소설 연구 : 지난 시절의 청년 Un Adolescent d'autrefois

Dans cette étude, nous proposons de savoir l’espace autobiographique chez Mauriac, à partir de l’analyse d’Un adolescent d’autrefois. Nous étudions si cette oeuvre est vraiment autobiographie en relevant Le pacte autobiographique de Philippe Lejeune et la théorie de Paul Ricoeur. Un adolescent d'autrefois parachève l'oeuvre d'un écrivain qui se mêle à sa fiction et qui l'épouse au point de mettre en scène un ≪narrateur- ramancier≫. Mauriac dans ce roman accomplit d'une certain façon son ultime dessein, il s'est laissé envahir par un personnage qui devient le créateur de son oeuvre romanesque. L'écriture, qui pouvait apparaître comme un exutoire, une espèce de délicrace intérieur, se referme peu à peu sur elle-même, à l'unisson de celui qui l'a fait naître. L'essence de l'écriture romanesque et l'existence de Mauriac se mêlent une dernière fois pour refléter à la fois l'homme, le roman de la vie, et l'univers qu'ils forment, univers en mouvement et en devenir, hors du temps et dans le temps. Dans un adolescent d'autrefois, roman testamentaire plus que roman autobiographique, les destins d'Alain Gajac et de François Mauriac se frôlent et s'entrecroisent à travers la magie des mots qui s'incarnent magistralement, à la perfection. Stérilité et fécondité s'annihilent puisque Mauriac est le père spirituel de ses personnages, tandis que, dans un même mouvement. Alain s'incarne dans sa narration. Malgré quelques points qui s’accord aux caractéristiques de l’autobiographie, on peut montrer des différences entre l’autobiographie et le roman autobiographique. Ainsi on pourrait appeler cette oeuvre le roman autobiographique.
