학술연구 : 산업 클러스터 입주가 벤처기업의 기술혁신활동과 성과에 미치는 영향: R&D 협력 네트워크와 기업가정신을 중심으로

본 연구는 정부기관 및 지자체가 운영하고 있는 산업 클러스터의 효과성을 개방형 혁신의 주요초점인 네트워크 관점에서 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 클러스터 입주 벤처기업의 협력 네트워크와 기업가정신이 기술혁신활동과 기술혁신성과에 미치는 영향을 다중회귀 모형으로 분석하였다. 우선, 2010 벤처기업 정밀실태조사 데이터와 보고서를 분석하여, 외부 혁신주체와의 R& D 협력 네트워크와 기업가정신을 독립변수로 산정하고, 종속변수인 기술혁신활동을 R&D 집약도, R&D 인력비중, 지적재산권으로, 그리고 기술혁신성과를 기술경쟁력, 기술우수성, 혁신제품 매출비중으로 설정하였다. 또한 실태조사에 응답한 모집단을 대상으로 연구의 합목적 기준에 따라 층화표본방식으로 총 駝470의 표본기업을 추출하였다. 일원 공분산분석결과, 산업 클러스터 입주여부에 따라서 벤처기업의 R&D 집중도, R&D 전문인력 비중, 협력 네트워크는 유의한 차이가 존재, 입주기업이 비입주기업보다 활발한 기술혁신활동을 전개하는 것으로 나타났다, 반연, 기술경쟁력을 제외한 기술 혁신성과 변수인 기술우수성과 혁신제품 매출비중은 입주여부에 따른 차이가 검증되지 않았다. 산업 클러스터 입주여부를 더미변수로 한 다중회귀모형에서는 협력 네트워크가 R&D 전문인력 비중, 지적재산권과 기술우수성에 유의한 정 (+)의 영향을 미치며, 기업가 정신은 기술경쟁력, 기술우수성, 혁신제품 매출비중으로 대변되는 기술혁신성과에 정 (+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 기술혁신활동이 기술혁신성과에 미치는 영향을 추가분석한 결과, 지적재산권은 기술경쟁력에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 종속변수인 혁신 제품 매출비중은 모든 기술혁신활동 변수에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 국가산업정책의 전략적 지원단위인 벤처기업의 기술혁신 제고를 위한 정책적 시사점을 논의하였다. To examine the effects of industrial clusters operated by government agencies and local governments in order to generate open innovation, this study analyzes how the collaborative networking and entrepreneurship fostered of clustering firm affect the technological innovation activity and performance of venture business. At the research design, 624 firms are selected from the population of 2010 Venture Business Investigation by the stratified sampling method. In accordance with the research purpose and previous researches, questions and data on the investigation are categorized systematically into collaborative networking, entrepreneurship, and the technological innovation activity and its performance, As a result of one-way ANCOVA. it is verified that there is significant difference between clustering and non-clustering firms in terms of collaborative network activity, R&D intensity, R&D professional ratio and technological superiority. This result means that industrial clustering, the regional agglomeration of business sectors can have positive effect on the technological innovation activity of ventures, Not only that, the collaborative networking of the clustering firms has positive effect on R&D professional ratio, intellectual property of the technological innovation activity, On the other hand. the technological innovation performance, including sales ratio of innovative product, technological competitiveness and superiority, is affected by clustering firms`` entrepreneurship, Lastly, all factors of technological innovation activity, which are the R&D intensity, R&D professional ratio and intellectual property, has positive effect on the sales ratio of innovative product of clustering firms, Based on the research results. a variety of political issues are discussed on the conclusion in way to improve the technological innovation activity and performance of venture businesses who are the strategic units of governments`` industrial policy.
