프로스포츠 팬의 팀 동일시와 코로나 19에 대한 스트레스 대처행동, 향후 경기관람의도의 영향 관계

본 연구는 코로나 19 팬데믹 상황에서 프로스포츠 팬들의 태도와 행동을 규명하기 위해 진행되었다. 구체적으로는 프로스포츠 팬의 팀 동일시와 코로나 19에 대한 스트레스 대처행동, 그리고 코로나 19가 종식된 이후의 경기관람의도 간의 영향 관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 자료 수집을 위해 퀼트릭스(qualtrics)를 이용한 온라인 설문조사가 진행되었으며, 총 290부의 자료가 최종 분석에 활용되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0 프로그램과 AMOS 26.0 프로그램을 활용해 자료처리 되었으며, 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계 분석, 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 팀 동일시와 코로나 19에 대한 스트레스 대처행동 간의 관계에서 팀 동일시는 적극적 대처행동과 회피적 대처행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 코로나 19에 대한 스트레스 대처행동과 경기관람의도의 관계에서 적극적 대처행동은 경기관람의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 회피적 대처행동은 경기관람의도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 통해 코로나 19 상황에서의 스포츠 팬 관리에 있어 팀 동일시와 스트레스 대처행동의 중요성에 대해 확인하였으며, 이를 토대로 비대면 마케팅 기반의 팀동일시 증진전략과 스트레스 대처전략에 대해 논의함으로써 ‘포스트 코로나’ 시대의 프로구단 운영을 위한 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. This study was conducted to investigate the attitudes and behaviors of professional sports fans during the COVID-19 pandemic. In particular, we focused on the relationships among team identification, stress-coping behaviors to COVID-19, and intention to revisit of sports fans in Korean professional sports leagues. Data were collected from 445 professional sports fans using Qualtrics online survey platform, and 290 samples were used for analysis. Statistical techniques for data analyses included frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling analysis using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0. The results of this study were as follow: First, team identification had positive influences on both active coping behavior and avoidant coping behavior. Second, active coping behavior showed a positive effect on intention to revisit while the effect of avoidant coping behavior on intention to revisit was not significant. Third, team identification had a positive effect on intention to revisit. The empirical findings show the importance of team identification and stress-coping behaviors in managing sports fans amid the COVID-19 outbreak. We provide practical suggestions for the management of professional sports teams in the post-Corona era by discussing the improvement strategies of team identity and stress control strategies with a “non-face-to-face” approach.
요가지도자의 직무착근도와 직무열의, 조직시민행동의 영향관계 분석

This study investigated the relationships among job embeddedness, job engagement, and organizational citizenship behavior of yoga instructors, especially we examined the mediating effect of job engagement. A total of 250 yoga instructors participated in off-line and on-line survey, and 221 samples were used for analysis. The data were analyzed by frequency analysis, correlation analysis, reliability analysis, second-order confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling analysis using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0. The results of this study were as follows: First, job embeddedness had a positive effect on job engagement. Seconds, job engagement had a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Third, job embeddedness had no effect on organizational citizenship behavior, Fourth, the relationship between job embeddedness and organizational citizenship behavior was fully mediated by job engagement.

The feasibility of HWS for agricultural use was analyzed through a crop cultivation test to utilize the hydroponic waste solution (HWS) generated from the nutriculture greenhouse. The fertilizing effect of HWS was assessed on the basis of the inorganic nitrogen (N) mostly existed in HWSs, and nitrogen (urea) fertilizer. Lettuce was selected as the target crop influenced by the soil treatment and also for the crop cultivation test. Thus, the change in growth characteristics of lettuce and that in chemical characteristics of the soil were investigated. In terms of the growth of lettuce, the C control group with 70% nitrogen (urea) fertilizer and 30% HWS and the D control group with 50% nitrogen (urea) fertilizer and 50% HWS were more effective than the practice control group (B) with 100% nitrogen (urea) fertilizer. The results of this study confirmed the combined applicability of the chemical fertilizer and HWS for crop cultivation. Because NO3-N present in HWS has a high possibility of leaching into the soil, its applicability as a fertilizer has been considered to be relatively low in Korea. However, if an appropriate mixing ratio of urea fertilizer and HWS could be applied, the problems associated with leaching of nitrate nitrogen could be reduced with beneficial effects on crop cultivation. Thus, future studies are required on the treatment effect of HWS with repeated cultivation, impact assessment on the surrounding environment, and appropriate fertilization methods using nitrogen (urea) fertilizer and HWS. These studies would facilitate the sustainable recycling of HWS.
