        전립선암 예방 및 사후관리를 위한 운동중재효과분석

        The purpose of this study was to An Analysis of the Effects of Exercise Intervention for the Prevention and Prognosis Management In Prostate Cancer Patients. The valuable impacts of exercise-intervention in prostate cancer patients were rationally well-prescribed, Generally, cancer-related fatigue and pain remains one of the most prevalent problems for cancer populations. Therefore, exercise intervention to diverse type of cancer has become the concerning issue for cancer prevention and Prognosis. we conducted a comprehensive some of KCI journals and PubMed electronic database from January 2007 to August 2020. we analyzed the connections between physical exercise and prostate cancer intervention in the main text. Moderate to vigorous exercise (aerobic and resistance exercise) revealed to decreased level of prostate cancer-related pain, fatigue and cancer-related symptoms, and increased level of activities of daily living, sleep quality, and health- related quality of life etc. In addition to home-based aerobic physical exercise might enhance muscular strength. we believe that it is the related mechanisms of immune cell activation and mobilization which is induced by the activation of sympathetic system during and after physical exercise. Conclusively, we can think that the appropriate physical activities make human body in good condition with maintaining of homeostasis being well controlled.

        푸시업 플러스운동의 견갑골 안정화 효과에 대한 연구

        [목적] 본 연구는 푸시업 플러스운동의 견갑골 안정화 효과를 분석하여, 견관절 재활 프로그램에 유용한 기초자료로 사용할 목적으로 수행하였다. [방법] 본 연구는 ‘견갑골 안정화’, ‘푸시업플러스’, ‘견관절 손상 재활운동’, ‘견갑골 안정화운동’의 검색어로 RISS와 PMC를 이용해, 연구논문을 수집하였고 문헌조사의 기본자료로 활용하였다. 수집된 자료는 견갑골과 견관절의 구조와 움직임, 견갑골의 운동학적 역학관계 및 손상기전, 푸시업플러스의 효과로 분류하였다. [결과] 대표적 안정화 근육인 전거근은 상승모근, 하승모근과 함께 힘쌍을 이루어 견갑골의 움직임을 조절한다. 푸시업 플러스운동은 견갑골 안정화 근육인, 전거근을 선택적으로 강화하는데 효과적인 운동방법이며, 상승모근이 과 긴장되어 잘못된 자세 및 움직임을 교정하는데도 유용한 운동법이다. 또한, 푸시업 플러스운동 시, 적용자세, 팔의위치 및 지면의 불안정성 등 다양한 조건을 제안하였다. [결론] 본 연구의 결과는 견관절손상 및 부상을 입은 환자나, 선수들의 재활에, 푸시업 플러스운동이 견갑골 안정화에 효과적인 프로그램임을 검증하였다. 푸시업 플러스운동은 견관절 손상 재활이 필요한 환자나, 선수에게 유용한 재활운동 프로그램으로 활용될 것으로 판단한다. [Purpose] The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of push-up plus exercise(PUPE) on stabilization of the scapula and to use it as basic data for shoulder rehabilitation program. [Methods] In this study, research papers were collected using Research Information Sharing Service(RISS) and Pub-Med Central.(PMC) as a search term for scapular stabilization, push - up plus, shoulder joint injury rehabilitation and scapular stabilization exercise. Also, it was used as basic data of literature analysis. The collected data were classified into the structure and movement of the scapula and shoulder, kinesiologic relation of the scapula and the mechanism of injury, and the effect of push-up plus [Results] Serratus anterior is a typical stabilizing muscle, and it forms a force couple with the upper and lower trapezius to control the movement of the scapula. The PUPE is an effective exercise method to selectively strengthen serratus anterior, which are the stabilizing muscles of the scapula, and is an exercise method that is also useful for correcting the wrong postures and movements because of hypertonus upper trapezius. In addition, various conditions such as application posture, arm position, and ground instability were suggested during PUPE. [Conclusion] The results of this study confirmed that PUPE is an effective program for scapula stabilization in the rehabilitation of shoulder injuries and injured patients and athletes. The PUPE will be used as a rehabilitation exercise program for patients and athletes who need rehabilitation of the shoulder joint.
