This paper presents the study on the development of evaluation method for part load operation characteristics of Gas heat pump(Gas engine Heat Pump: GHP) with multi-functions. GHP is generally distinguished Electric heat pump(EHP) as using gas for driving compressor. GHP system was mostly used for heating and cooling in residential and commercial buildings. A new multi-function GHP system is developed to equip with additionally refrigeration and freezing functions other than the existing cooling and heating functions. That multi-GHP system is designed to have four functions including of freezing, refrigerating, space-cooling and space-heating. the evaluation method for that multi-GHP system was developed under part load operating characteristics.

Along with the changed power demand system, changes in consumer preferences are further shrinking the thermal energy storage system(TES) market. Moreover, due to the suspension of the subsidy system required for the supply of TES, the related equipment industry is in crisis. On the other hand, variable renewable energy(VRE), i.e., unbalanced power generation by a renewable energy utilization system is gradually increasing, and the need for the development of an energy storage system(ESS) is more urgent due to unbalanced demand. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the domestic and international status of TES and related incentives, and to prepare basic data that can help revitalize the TES industry in the future in line with the national energy supply and demand strategy based on carbon neutral.
시호의 조직배양묘와 배양식물의 종자를 이용한 프러그묘 생산

This study was conducted to establish technologies for plug seedling production using somatic embryos-derived regenerants and their seeds in Bupleurum falcatum L. Among distilled water, GA(0.1㎎/ℓ) and putrescine(0.1㎎/ℓ) treated to regenerants for acclimatization, GA was most effective to develop shoots and roots, 1/2X MS medium and NAA 0.1㎎/ℓ+BA 0.5㎎/ℓ enhanced the growth rates of the regenerants and increased dry weight. Activated charcoal effected to grow markedly leaves and roots of the regenerants at the level of 0.4%. Regenerants increased their plant height, root length and dry weight at 30℃. Plug seedlings originated from seeds of the tissue culture regenerants showed the maxium growth on the mixture of peatmoss soil(2) and mountain sand(1). Root length, leaf area and dry weight of plug seedlings increased significantly when No. 1, 2 and 3 of Wondergrow solution were mixed in the ratio of 1.3-0.9-0.1. Light supplement(4%) and high temperature(30℃) promoted the growth of plug seedlings as well as dry weight. Ninety days seedlings were more vigorous and adaptable for transplanting than other seedlings.

N/A Objective: The objective of this study was to compare perinatal outcomes of pregnancy-induced hypertensive and normotensive women experiencing abruptio placentae, Our hypothesis is that pregnancy-induced hypertensive women have a less favorable perinatal outcome than do normotensive women. Methods: Women with the diagnosis of abruptio placentae delivered between August 1,1989 and December 1,1996, composed the study group (n-92) in this case-control study. The women with abruptio placentae were divided according to their hypertensive (n 37) or normotensive (n 55) status. Maternal and neonatal medical records were reviewed and abstracted for demographic variables, antepartum complications, delivery route, abruptio placentae grade, neonatal gender, birth weight, Apgar score and perinatal mortality. We compared these perinatal outcome variables between the pregnancy-induced hypertensive and normotensive pregnant women. Results: The incidence of abruptio placentae was 0.35%. The two groups of woman wne similar with regard to age and parity. Abruptio placentae grades 2 occurred more often in hypertensive women (P=0.0053). Pregnancy-inducedhypertensive women were similar to normotensive women with regard to antenatal complications. The mean gestational age of delivery, delivery route, neonatal weight and sex were similar between two groups of women. Neonates from pregnancy-induced hypertensive women were no more likely to have low 1 and 5-minute Apgar score or to die than those from normotensive women. Statistical analysis was performed with two-tailed independent t-test and Kruskal-Wallis analysis. Conclusion: Although pregnancy-induced hypertensive women experiencing abruptio placentae are more likely to have grade 2 abruptio placentae with fetal distress, the overall perinatal outcome was not significantly different from that of normotensive women experiencing abruptio placentae.
