        발아 생식을 이용한 비만개선 효과에 관한 연구

        종합병원에 근무하는 여자직원들을 대상으로 건강 한 사람 11명과 체질량지수 25이상인 7명을 선정하여 4 주간의 발아생식을 섭취한 후 인체 계측과 혈당, 혈청 지방질 변화를 보기 위해 triglycerides, total cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol을 측정하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 4주간 발아생식을 섭취한 후 비비만군의 평균체중은 54.2kg에서 51.7kg으로 (p<0.001) 비만군은 평균체중 69.1kg에서 65.6kg으로 (p<0.001) 모두 유의적 감소율을 보였다 . 2. 피하지방 두께 변화는 삼두박근의 경우 비비만군 에서 21.6mm에서 19.95mm로, 비만군에서도 35.4 mm에서 32.1mm로 모두에서 유의적인 감소를 보였다. (P<0.0l, P<0.05) 또한 신체둘레에 있어서 는 허리둘레가 비비만군이 69.7cm에서 66.8 cm로 현저히 감소하였고 (p<0.0001) 비비만군도 84.2cm에서 80cm로 감소하여 유의성을 보여 (P< 0.017), 발아생식은 복부비만자에게 효과가 있다고 생각 된다. 3. 비만군, 비비만군 모두 혈당, triglycerides, total cholesterol의 감소를 가져왔고, HDL-cholesterol은 비비만군에서 3.3%, 비만군에서 5.8%의 상승을 보였다. 이상의 결과에서 4 주간 발아생식을 섭취한 후에 체중과 피하지방 두께의 감소, 혈당 및 혈청지방질 성분 이 개선된 것을 볼 수 있었다. 발아생식 제품은 고른 영양소를 함유하여 일상생활에 무리를 주지 않는 범 위내에서 체중감량과 혈액 조성이 이상적으로 유도되어감을 보여주는 다이어트식이임을 알 수 있었다. 이 는 비만으로 동반될 수 있는 당뇨병이나 동맥경화, 심장병, 고혈압, 통풍 등 혈액질환이나 고지혈증과 같은 만성적인 부작용까지도 극복하고 개선될 수 있는 새로운 비만개선 식이로써 좀더 안전하고 효율적인 다이어트를 위한 식품의 개발에 활용될 것을 기대한다. 특히 발아생식을 실시했을 때 복부 비만자에게서 허리둘레, 엉덩이둘레가 현저히 감소되었다. This study was carried out to investigate the effect of weight loss and the change of serum lipids composition for normal and obese women after sprout raw grains and vegetables diet intake. Diet were given to the subjects which were composed of 11 normal women and 7 obese women for 4 weeks. After diet intake, 4.6% in normal group and 3.5% in obese group were shown weight loss. And the both groups of normal and obese women showed a significant reduction in the thickness of subcutaneous fat and the body girth. Particularly, the waist measure was shown to be remarkably reduced in the normal group (p<0.0001) and to be reduced in the obese group (p<0.017) significantly. After diet intake, the levels of total cholesterol and triglycerides were reduced in both groups significantly. And in the obese women, HDL-cholesterol level increased 5.7%. As those results, it could be seen that weight and the thickness of subcutaneous fat were reduced and the component of blood serum were improved after diet intake for 4 weeks. Specially, abdomen, waist measures and hip girth were reduced remarkably, so it is considered that the diet is more effective in the diet therapy of obese women with upper obese status.

Ginger has in proper sequence as aluminum, manganese, copper, bromine and mercury, and onion has in proper sequence as copper, manganese, aluminum, bromine and mercury. 2. Carrot has considerably large amount of magnesium and has in proper sequnce as copper, manganese, aluminum, bromine and mercury. 3. Ginseng also has large amounts of magnesium and has in proper sequence as manganese, aluminum, copper, bromine and mercury.

      • 녹용 에탄올 분획이 L1210 세포의 Apoptosis에 미치는 영향

        The administration of 70% ethyl alcohol fraction of Cervus Nippon (CN-E) enhanced the proliferation of thymocytes and the population of CD4^(+)CD8^(-) single-positive cells and the production of interferone gamma in thymocytes and splenocytes. CN-E enhanced the phagocytosis in peritoneal macrophages and suppressed hyphal growth in Candida albicans. To determine whether apoptosis of L1210 cells is due to the direct effect of CN-E or due to the indirect effect through induction of certain soluble factors, 1 tested the cell viability of tumor cells and apoptosis of L1210 cells treated with conditioned medium of CN-E.CN-E did not inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells. Conditioned medium (CM) from cultures of macrophages treated with CN-E induced apoptosis of L1210 cells in vitro and in vivo. CN-E did not enhance the production of NO in peritoneal macrophages. These results indicate that apoptosis of L1210 cells is due to the indirect effect through induction of certain soluble factors from cultures of macrophages treated with CN-E.

      • 자궁암세포(HeLa)에 대한 봉출과 항암제의 병용 효과

        The purpose of this research was to investigate effect of ethyl alcohol soluble fraction in water extract of Curcuma zedoaria Roscoe(CZE) on the proliferation of human cervical carcinoma cell, HeLa cells. The effects of CZE on the proliferation of HeLa cells, Balb/c 3T3 cells, mouse spleen cells and human lymphocytes were estimated by MTT colorimetric assay. CZE inhibited the proliferation of HeLa cells and Balb/c 3T3 cells. The cytotoxicity of mitomycin C and cisplatin on HeLa cells were increased by the combination of CZE. CZE did not affect on the proliferation of mouse spleen cells and human lymphocytes. These results suggest that CZE inhibit the growth of HeLa cells without the cytotoxicity on mouse spleen cells and human lymphocytes, and increase the cytotoxicity of mitomycin C and cisplatin by the combination of CZE.

        가공식품의 무기질 함량에 관한 연구

        We analysed 398 kinds of processed foods sold on market - 43 kinds of ramyun, 67 kinds of bread, 104 kinds of cookies, 5 kinds of pizza, 28 kinds of sausage, 31 kinds of steamed fish cake, 4 kinds of tomato ketchup, 30 kinds of canned goods, 82 kinds of beverage and 4 kinds of danmoogi - to know mineral content such as P, Ca, Mg, Na and K. We used atomic absorption spectrophotometry for this study and the results were as follows; 1) P content was 204.24㎎% in sausages, 101.80㎎% in pizza, 67㎎% in canned fish, 44.50㎎% in canned vegetable, 38.62㎎% in ramyun and 32.10㎎% in steamed fish cake. Sausage had the highest P content showing almost 6 times as much as steamed fish cake. There was little difference between ramyun and steamed fish cake. 2) Ca content was 115.00㎎% in pizza, 106.94㎎% in steamed fish cake, 100.59㎎% in sausage, 91.25㎎% in canned vegetable, 79.84㎎% in bread and 78.97㎎% in ramyun. 3) Mg content was 555.16㎎% in steamed fish cake, 476.14㎎% in cookies, 436.75㎎% in ketchup, 394.00㎎% in canned vegetable, 346.95㎎% in ramyun and 341.40㎎% in canned fish. Steamed fish cake was highest in Mg content and there was little difference between ramyun and canned fish. 4) Na content was 730.49㎎% in ramyun, 680.25㎎% in danmoogi, 548.43㎎% sausage, 463.50㎎% in canned vegetable, 449.25㎎% in ketchup, 401.29㎎% in steamed fish cake and 366.00㎎% in pizza. Ramyun had the highest Na content. 5) K content was 302.30㎎% in pizza, 280.25㎎% in ketchup, 219.68㎎% in sausage, 219.2㎎% in canned fish, 183.75㎎% in canned vegetable, 166.49㎎% in ramyun and 122.77㎎% in cookies. Pizza had the highest K content.
