      • 차량 관리 및 실시간 추적 시스템 구현

        본 논문에서는 차량의 네트워크를 통해서 차량의 상태를 확인하고 관리하는 것과 차량에 대한 위치를 실시간으로 추적하는 원격에서 차량을 제어하는 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 차량의 상태는 CAN 네트워크를 통해서 차량의 정보를 획득하였으며, 실시간 추적을 위해서 GPS 기반으로 WCAMA 이용하여 구현하였다. 설계에서 구현한 시스템을 테스트를 하였으며 차량 관리 및 도난 방지 시스템 및 텔레매틱스를 서비스 활용이 가능하다.

        리튬-이온전지 팩을 이용한 자립형 발전 시스템 설계 및 구현

        In this paper, a stand-alone power system with energy storage using both renewable energy sources and lithium-ion battery has been proposed. Photovoltaic array and wind turbine have been used as renewable energy sources, and the battery pack of 500W power has been implemented as connecting the lithium-lion battery cells in series/parallel. As implementing the cell balancing in order to protect battery in the battery pack, safety was tested by measuring temperature, voltage and current of battery pack. DC/DC converter and DC/AC inverter to be used as AC power have been also designed for renewable energy sources as well as battery pack. The capacity of the system suggested in this paper has been proved by comparing the system using AC power and SMPS(switching mode power supply). Experimental results proved that the suggested system reduced electric energy consumption by approximately 20%.

        차량 실시간 추적/관리 시스템 설계 및 구현

        As developing Information Technology, various industries applied IT are appearing. Similarly, it’s developing to apply IT in the motor vehicle industry. In this paper, the Real Time Vehicle Tracking & Management System using GPS, WCDMA module and Bluethooth has been implemented. As this system sends the real-time vehicle location information to web-server via TCP/IP using WCDMA, users can get real time information onto web. Besides, when a vehicle is stolen, user can control his/her stolen vehicle with application service as sending the vehicle control order through web-server. When driving, this system can receive the exact vehicle status information through CAN communication of OBD-II and send the information to user’s smart phone via Bluetooth. Users can get vehicle information for management & information for indicating eco-driving to save fuels through application on smart phone. The Vehicle Location Tracking Service and the Vehicle Antitheft Service have been implemented in this system as web services. The Eco-driving Indicating Function as well as the Vehicle Management Service on smart phone have been also implemented. Hereafter, these technologies can be used as Telematics and Infortainment with smart phone.

        중국어 탄뎀교육 시론

        This paper proposes Tandem education as a new methodology that conforms with the new educational paradigm and maximizes educational effects while exploring the current status of Tandem education in Chinese language and its improvement. Since Tandem education in Chinese language is still in its infancy, its effectiveness on education will need further verification. However, considering the results to date, it has shown a significant effect in core areas of Chinese education including Chinese learning and Chinese culture. As the aforementioned effects show, self-directing learning and reciprocal learning, which are the goals of Tandem education, can be effective methods in Chinese education. Nevertheless, it faces quite a few challenges ahead: establishing a system for Chinese Tandem education, enhancing self-directing ability, and developing teaching materials and teaching methods to establish a solid foundation as an effective methodology. In this respect, this paper suggests the following measures in order to vitalize Chinese Tandem education: developing an integrated education model for curricular and non-curricular Tandem education, improving teaching methods, and establishing a platform for Chinese Tandem education. To invigorate Chinese Tandem education, various environmental supports, including administrative and financial aids from each university, curriculum reform, professional manpower training, and cooperation with related organizations should also be implemented. However, since the educational effects of Tandem education have already been confirmed, it is essential for scholars and educators in Chinese language education circles to draw up measures which can be useful in the field and to develop Chinese education in Korea. In this light, this study hopes to contribute to broadening the further discussion.
