To build a basic data for Gwang-ju city noise map framing, road traffic noise measurement results and prediction value when using CRTN, RLS90 XPS31-133 programs were checked with measurement results of traffic noise of restricted area in Gwang -ju city. CRTN, RLS-90, XPS31-133 were used for noise level prediction. The results of this study are followings. When using RLS-90, the difference between prediction value and measured value is 1.1㏈(A) whereas using CRTN's case is 2.1㏈(A). This result means that these two programs are suitable for prediction of road traffic noise.
