      • 血管收縮劑 및 擴張劑가 血行動態에 미치는 影響에 關한 硏究 : Metaraminol 및 Phenoxybenzamine이 血行動態에 미치는 影響 Hemodynamic Effects of Metaraminol and Phenoxybenzamine

        裵東稷 現代醫學社 1968 現代醫學 Vol.9 No.1

Hemodynarnic effects of metaraminol, , a sympathornimetic agent, and phenoxybenzamine, an drenergic blocking agent, were studied in 30 mongrel dogs. In the metaraminol group, lmg./kg. 0 county; was given intramuscularly with concomitant intravenous infusion of 500 ml. of 5% glucose, and 92:4~in the phenoxybenzamine group, ling./kg. in 500 ml. of 5% glucose was administered W.: New intravenously. In both groups the intravenous infusions were given in 30 minutes and hemody-rub 1i namic measurements were made just prior to and after medication at 30 minutes interval for 120 mycu minutes. The heart rate was significantly decreased in the metaraminol group, but it was slightly .increased at the end of infusion followed by a significant decrease in the phenoxybenzamine Epidern, group. The stroke volume and cardiac index at the end of infusion showed no significant change in iensland,). the metaraminol group and marked increase in the phenoxybenzamine group. However, they were aclassified: considerably decreased thereafter in both groups. The femoral artery mean pressure was markedly increased followed by a gradual decrease in the metaraminol group, whereas a significant fall with no initial rise was noted in the agnus, phenoxybenzamine group. The total peripheral resistance was progressively increased in the metaraminol group but it was markedly decreased in the phenoxybenzamine group. The venous pressure was markedly elevated at the end of infusion and then gradually decreased in either metaraminol or phenoxybenzamine groups. In both groups the venous pressure at the end of observation was, however, still considerably higher than it was prior to medication. The pulmonary artery mean pressure was gradually decreased in both groups preceded by a significant rise at . the end of infusion. The total pulmonary resistance was decreased in the phenoxybenzamine group but in i metaraminol group it was markedly elevated at the end of infusion followed by a slight decrea

      • The Musical Diastolic Murmur of Aortic Insufficiency Report of Three Cases

Suh, Choo Young,Bae, Dong Jick 경북대학교 의학연구소 1965 慶北醫大誌 Vol.6 No.1

Three patients with unusual musical aortic diastolic murmur have been observed within a 5 year period. The murmurs have been produced by aortie insufficiency due to syphilitic valvulitis, bacterial endocarditis or acute rheumatic valvulitis. Appearance of the murmur was generally followed by the congestive heart failure and disappeared as the pathologic conditions regressed in the latter two cases. The mechanism of the production of the musical murmur and its effects in altering the cardiova scular dynamics are discussed. A description of the phonocardiographic records in the various etiologic is presented. The underlying etiologt of the murmur can not be determined by the time of onset of the murmur with relation to the second heart sound, or by its graphic representation in the phonocardiographic record.
