참당귀 Angelica gigas 뿌리의 조혈활성 성분
방근철,이민원 중앙대학교 약학연구소 1995 약학 논총 Vol.9 No.-
Angelica gigas is perannual plant(Umbeliferae) whose underground part is used medical purpose as tonifying blood and blood stagnancy regulation. The water fraction of Angelicae Gigantis Radix showed hemopoietic stimulant effect. And the hemopoietic stimulant components from Angelicae gigantis Radix was persued to isolate by Membrane filter and Chromatographic system. The subfractionation of the water fraction of Angelicae gigantis Radix with Ambelite XAD-2 Column Chromatography showed its hemopoietic stimulants effet in subfaction Ag 2(H_2O eluate) and Ag 9(90∼100% MeOH eluate) Ag2 was obtained as polysaccharide fraction from the membrane filtration(Salcoton-Mini ULTRASART module)and its range of molecular weight was 100,000-200,000 Fraction Ag 9 which was 90-100% MeOH eluate gave one major component nodakenin(Ag 9-1, 5g) and this compound exhibited hemopoietic stimulants effect. And decursin which was known to major component of Angelicae Gigantis Radix was yielded very small amounts because of pretreatment with dichloromethane.

Rubi Fructus(Korean name : Bog-bun-ja) has been used in oriental traditional medicine as the remedies for impotence, pollution, premature ejaculation and frequency of urination etc. By means of chromatographic methods, three hydrolyzable tannins were isolated from the commercial Rubi Fructus. The structures of these compounds were established as gallic acid, pedunculagin and sanguiin H-6 on the basis of physicochemical and spectroscopic evidences.

Fruits of Rubus coreanum (Korean name: Bog-bun-ja) have been used in oriental traditional medicine as the remedies for impotence, pollution, premature ejaculation and frequency of urination etc. It is known to have phenolic compounds as an astringent. By means of chromatographic methods, four hydrolyzable tannins were isolated from the fruits of R. coreanum. The structures of these compounds were established as gallic acid, 2,3(S)-HHDP-D-glucopyranose, sanguiin H-4 and sanguiin H-6 on the basis of physicochemical and spectroscopic evidences.

Rubus coreantim (Rosaceae), which has been used in oriental traditional medicine as the remedies for impotence, pollution and premature ejaculation, bet-wetting and frequency of urination. is a fruit drug cultivating throughout southern Korea. The leaves of Rubus coreanum were extracted with 80% acetone. The extracts were separated by Ambellite XAD-2, Sephadex LH-20. MCI-gel CHP 20P and Cosmosil 75 C18,, OPN. And three flavonoids were isolated. The structures of these compounds were elucidated as quercetin-3-O-beta-D-glueuronopyranoside(l). quercetin-3-O-beta-D-glueuronopyranosyl methyl ester(2), quercetin-3-O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(2 -> 1)-beta-glucopyranoside(3) on the basis of physicochemical and spectroscopic evidences.

Four hydrolyzable tannins were isolated from the leaves of Rubus coreanum. The structures of these compounds were elucidated as methyl gallate(1), 1(beta)-O-galloyl pedunculagin(2), sanguiin H-2(3) and sanguiin H-6(4) on the basis of physicochemical and spectroscopic evidences. These compounds were found from this plant for the first time.
