The purpose of this study was to suggest the trend of the program invention of recreation leader in Korean society. It makes it possible to understand the realm of program invention of recreation leader. The subjects for this study were male and female recreation leaders who are working in Seoul and Kyunggi-do. The method of data collection was Convenience sampling method. Total 400 questionnaires were used and 305 questionnaires were used in this study. For the data analysis, SPSS 8.0 Package was used. Especially, Frequency and chi-square analysis were effectively used. The following were results of the study. Firstly, based on the differences of social demographic characteristics, the program invention was variously revealed. Male recreation leader usually treated the program for the adults, and female leader works for all age groups, except for the old. Secondly, The recreation leaders who majored on the field of art and physical education, and who graduated the Junior college were interested in the program development for the kindergarten pupils. Thirdly, in the specific field of program, male recreation leader focused on the event related to physical activity and game. On the other hand, female leader treated on the dance program. Lastly, The source of developing program were from TV, radio, movie and peer groups.

The purpose of this study was to explore job identification related to speciality and complexity for professional dancer majoring in Korean traditional dance. It also pursued to explain what they think of the basis of pride and trouble in job. This identification formation of job was analyzed by grounded theory of Strauss and Corbin. Through this approach, 91 concepts, 21 subcategories, and 11 main categories were drawn. The result was as follows; Firstly, Korean traditional dancers perceived that a social evaluation affects their job identification intensively. Social evaluation includes social prejudice, changes of understanding for professional dancer, and positive evaluation for dancer. This was realized by one of important part that can recognize own position and evaluation socially. Secondly, pride about Korea dancing succession, self-satisfaction and cultural mission`s role made it possible to construct job identification for Korean traditional dancers. Lastly, expectation as professional job, changes of prejudice for professional dancer, and economical problem solving were connected for prospect side about the formation of job identification.

노래교실 참가자의 프로그램충성도가 재참여의도 및 생활만족에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationships among attitudinal loyalty, repurchasing intention, and life satisfaction for participants in sing-along programs. The sample consisted of 292 sing-along programs participants. Data were collected from registrants for selected 5 public and private organizations offering sing-along programs by using the convenience sampling technique in Seoul, Korea. Confirmatory factor analyses for attitudinal loyalty construct revealed similar factor structures to those reported in previous sport and leisure re-search. That is, the results of this study provide empirical support for the reasonable reliability and validity of the attitudinal loyalty scales. Findings indicated that age and educational background of participation was significantly related to all subdimensions of attitudinal loyalty. The findings from multiple regression support the conclusion that all subdimensions of attitudinal loyalty are predictive of repurchasing intention and life satisfaction.
