자동차용 CD/DVD 데크의 진동 저감 및 성능 향상에 관한 연구

Dynamic characteristic of CD/DVD deck for vehicle is analyzed in this paper. Generally CD/DVD deck for vehicle is used from inferior environment with the vibration of the vehicle and shock of outside and so on. Therefore it must have the structure which is stabilized from the vibration to prevent read error. For this purpose, vibration characteristic of the deck for vehicle should be identified. To analyze characteristic of the deck system, we perform the signal analysis and modal testing using the FFT analyzer. Also we change the design factor degrading the performance of the deck system and verify the efficiency improvement using the acceleration measurement occurring to the sound discontinuation.

In this study, the optimal dynamic isolation system for gas operated gun has been investigated. For this purpose, firstly, the dynamic behavior of human induced by firing operations has been analyzed through a series of experimental works using the devised test setup. The characteristics of linear<br/> impulse has been compared under some conditions of support system. In order to design the optimal dynamic isolation system, parameter optimization process has been performed based on the simplified isolation system under constraints of moving displacement and transmitted force. Finally, the performance of the designed dynamic absorbing system has been evaluated by simulation.
ABS 마찰 특성을 고려한 제동 특성 검증에 관한 연구

Braking performance is one of the important performances of the vehicle tests because that is related to the driver and pedestrian security, ABS(Anti-lock Brake System) can improve vehicle braking/stability performance, So nowadays many of cars are equipped ABS basically, ABS braking performance is determined from optimum combination of ABS logic, tire traction and friction characteristics of brake pad. In this paper, we developed performance measurement index to predict ABS braking, To do this, we measured vehicle characteristics such as load transfer and ABS working slip ratio during braking with V-BOX and measured tire characteristics like longitudinal friction with Flat-trac Ⅲ test machine, And then, considering both vehicle and tire characteristics, finally we predicted ABS braking performance, This index has high correlation with ABS braking distance and can give us intuition to tune the tire design to improve the braking performance.

The fan-shroud plays the important role in cooling down the engine heat by the forced convection. As the fan-shroud is made by injection molding, the unbalance of the fan blades is inevitable, and its low frequency characteristics makes it easy to excite the resonances of the environmental structures. So controlling its vibration, specially the dominant vibration source of unbalance vibration, is one of key factor to improve the sound and vibration quality of the modern vehicles. This paper introduces the plane balancing method, the most appropriate way of controlling the fan-shroud by generating the acceleration orbit measured from 2 accelerometers, and proves its balancing effect by the experiment.

In this study, to obtain parameters of dynamic damper which maximize vibration isolation in the suspension system with virtual sky-hook dynamic damper, four cost functions were defined from frequency response function for dynamic wheel force and body vertical acceleration. Then numerical analysis was performed with the combination of them. The optimal parameters of dynamic damper from the analysis were applied to active and semi-active suspension system, and proved to be the most effective to ride comfort.
