        공간 내 통행량 추정을 위한 통로의 길이와 연결각도를 동시에 고려한 공간깊이 분석척도 개발

        The purpose of this study is to provide a measure depth analysis of the space to estimate the traffic volume in the space. The integration of space syntax, VGA model, and ERAM model theory as a representative to measure the amount of traffic volume in space. At the important of the existing indicators of these, some to be measured in any concept of depth of space. Therefore, the depth corresponding to the length of the shortest routes to access a specific area, a depth corresponding to the degree of angular change in the path, the depth of the space existing, depending on the number of axes or edges on the path there is a concept of depth was. In this study, in order to Development of Analysis Scale of Space Depth, considering comprehensively the degree of change of the angle and the actual length of the edge of the access path of a particular region, the more systematic I develop a measurement indicator of the depth of the space. In order to develop an application based on the RPMS for efficient computation of the index of the depth of the space that has been developed in this way. Finally, within the space correlation of actual traffic and the existing space as well as depth measurement model to predict the traffic volume is verified that there is a significant explanatory power.

        서울시 도시재생활성화지역 내 젠트리피케이션 발생지의 공간구조적 특성 연구

        This study aims to reveal the spatial structural characteristics of the urban regeneration revitalization area where gentrification occurred through comparative analysis of urban spatial structure between the areas where gentrification occurred and areas where gentrification did not occur among the urban regeneration revitalization areas in Seoul. In this study, it was revealed that the urban regeneration area including the gentrification site has exceptional spatial structure through the analysis result of the urban spatial structure. In addition, it was possible to understand the reason why Seoul strategically selected urban regeneration revitalization areas including gentrification sites. Taken together, it is recognized that it is a combination of two regions with different spatial structures with different clarity due to the characteristics of the area overlapping the gentrification area among the existing urban regeneration revitalization areas, suggesting the necessity of selecting a target site considering this. As such, gentrification in urban regeneration projects has both positive and negative effects as a byproduct that can be naturally accompanied. Therefore, an active response is required to identify its characteristics in advance, and to utilize and control them.

        ‘관찰자 방문빈도’를 고려한 시각적 접근-노출 모델 제안 및 적용

        The purpose of this study is the Proposal of the frequency of the observer’s visual access and exposure considering the weighted model. Then application of the model in the physical space of patients with dementia is I try to interpret the preferred location. Concept of the model proposed in this study, was developed under the premise that different probability people to visit depending on the features that the space has any space. Existing visual access and exposure models and qualitative differences that have visual access and exposure to the new proposed model. Therefore, to improve the computational efficiency of the new model corresponding computer application was developed. In addition, the characteristics of patients with dementia positioning the new model to interpret the explanatory power than existing models in order to prove that the existing models and new models of appetite and physical location with dementia correlation analysis using the statistical program SPSS.18 were analyzed. Visual access and exposure model that takes into account weight as the frequency of observation of the correlation diagram analysis results showed a correlation higher than the previous model. Because of the frequency of observer model is considered as the weight was found to be more significant.

      • 남북통일 대비 남북한 공간구조 분석에 관한 기초 연구

        In this study, basic spatial structure analysis was conducted for the strategy of constructing a transportation network in preparation for the unification of South and North Korea. As a result of the analysis, the density of the road network in South Korea is about six times that of North Korea, and when considering the connecting roads between Munsan-Gaesong and Jejin-Geumgangsan, it can be confirmed that the trend is toward South Korea in terms of spatial structure. From this spatial structural dimension, it can be inferred as follows. In other words, if the existing transportation system is unified, a large number of people will flow into South Korea.

        지상 · 지하 공간 네트워크 기반 공시지가 예측에 관한 연구 - 수도권 광역급행철도 A노선을 중심으로 -

        A proposed method to predict official land prices using spatial analysis techniques of urban ground-underground spatial network has the potential to quantify the impact of new subway lines on official land prices, specifically regarding the GTX-A route in the Seoul Metropolitan Area. The initial prediction model was derived using a regression equation that takes the degree of integration from the ground-underground spatial network of the Seoul Metropolitan Area as the independent variable and the official land price in 2020 as the dependent variable. The explanatory power of the initial prediction model is about 0.64 in Seoul and 0.60 in the Gyeonggi-Incheon area. Next, the prediction model applied the correction value of the official land price change rate and the regional characteristic correction value. Finally, analysis was done on the spatial distribution of the official land price change rate of the Seoul Metropolitan Area in 2025 when the GTX-A route opens. The results indicated that after the opening of the GTX-A route, there was an increase in official land prices, concentrated in Seoul, in 2025 and a dramatic land price increase surrounding the starting and ending subway stations. It was also discovered that the official land prices of the Songpa and Gangdong districts in Seoul, where the GTX-A route does not even pass through, are expected to increase substantially.

        수도권 광역급행철도 A노선으로 인한 수도권 지역의 도시공간 네트워크적 특성 변화 연구

        This study is a basic study on the effect of the GTX-A line on the metropolitan area. The main purpose of this study is to examine the range and intensity of the GTX-A lines influence on the accessibility of the surrounding areas in the dimension of urban spatial networks for the entire Seoul metropolitan area including Seoul City and Gyeonggi-do. To the purpose end, first, the expected effect on accessibility that appeared in the initial GTX-A line plan was derived by literature review. Next, using spatial analysis based on ground and underground spatial networks for the entire Seoul metropolitan area, the GTX-A line was compared and analyzed before and after the establishment. Finally, the expected effect of the initial GTX-A line plan on the accessibility of the surrounding area was discussed based on the range and intensity of the change in accessibility by the GTX-A line derived in the previous step. As a result of the analysis, it was shown that the accessibility of the area around the GTX-A line was improved, the range and intensity of change in accessibility were different by regions. It was found that the regional range and intensity of accessibility improvement in the regions at the start and end of the GTX-A line were higher than in other regions. On the other hand, it was found that the intensity of accessibility improvement weakened as it went to the middle point, and in some regions meaning the intensity of accessibility only affected accessibility locally. Considering the results of this analysis, it is expected that the construction of the GTX-A line can improve traffic congestion and welfare in the Seoul metropolitan area, but it is still skeptical about the development of compressed cities through TOD at each surrounding of stations of GTX-A line.

        ‘방문빈도’를 고려한 시각적 노출량 모델을 이용한 범죄취약공간 해석에 관한 연구

        This research has addressed the natural surveillance visual exposure as one of the factors to affect the possibility of crime within a certain area of the urban space, and proposed an visual exposure as a means to quantitatively identify the natural serveillance. The visual exposure refers to the sum of the frequency of visits of each node which certain point in the visual approach from each node. If the visual exposure is high, the number of nodes that canbe visited within a limited distance would visual approach and the sum of the frequency of visits is high which means it would be harder for criminals to exposure, thus become less the probability of crime occurrence. The visual exposure allowed the probability of crime within a certain area of the urban space to be quantified. Furthermore, this research showed that specific changes to the urban spatial structure can adjust the visual exposure, thereby controling the probability of crime occurrence.

        콘조인트 분석법을 이용한 공공서비스시설 적지선정 효용함수 구축에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is using methods of CA(Conjoint Analysis) to build the utility function to find the most optimal location of a public service facilities. To that end, this study proposed the Orthogonal design method, through which the process of apply the CA(Conjoint Analysis) methods was effectively and simplify for applying to the actual. The utility function coefficients were extracted by using the linear multiple regression analysis of the SPSS. In this study, Even though this study was limited to the library, one of the public service facilities, the methodology employed by this study is expected to be effectively and significantly applied to other types of pubic service facilities.

        The purpose of this study is to propose an urban local community detection method using Location Based Social Network(LBSN) Big Data and to verify the effectiveness by applying it to real city. First of all, we have established the theoretical framework that urban local community and social spatial network are related. Next, we constructed a social spatial network using Foursquare LBSN Big Data of Seoul City. Finally, the local community was detected through the modularity analysis of Seoul"s social spatial network. The distribution pattern of the local community in Seoul detected using LBSN Big Data was confirmed to reflect the local community that we are experiencing in reality.

        도시 공간분석을 위한 지상·지하 공간 네트워크

        The purpose of this study is to propose and verify a spatial network construction method that integrated roads and subway lines to improve the predictability of the urban spatial analysis model. The existing axial map for urban spatial analysis did not reflect the subway line that serves as an important moving space in modern cities. To improve this axial map, proposed a Ground-Underground Spatial Network by integrating the underground spatial network with the axial map. As a result of the integration analysis, the Ground-Underground Spatial Network(GUSN) were similar to the movement frequency. Correlation of GUSN was 0.723, which showed higher explanatory power than correlation coefficient of 0.575 in axial map. The result of this study is expected to be a theoretical basis for constructing spatial network in urban space analysis with subway.
