This study investigated the strength of concrete to improve construction material with polymer cement mortar. Some mixtures composed of Ethylrne Vinyl Acetate(EVA) and Acryl were studied. The two mixtures carried out the physical, mechanical test to determine its properties which a include : compressive, flexural, bond strength test. The test results show that the compressive strength was increased at long-term age when compared to early ages for increasing polymer contents. It was found that flexural strength and bond strength became larger as polymer to cement ratio became higher.

Concrete structures have recognized semi-permanent, but due to various environmental effect, according to lapse of time, the deterioration of performance occurs and It is necessary to invent the materials for effective repair and reinforcement. In this paper, it is utilized for base data to develop the mortar or concrete that used Polymer which is Redispersible acrylic type for repair and reinforcement, through the characterization that did not perform before about the mortar mixing Polymer which is Redispersible acrylic type.
