        임신과 뇌혈관질환

        목적 : 임신기과 산욕기의 뇌혈관질환 발병은 모성사망을 포함한 임산부 및 출산부의 건강은 물론 태아의 예후에 매우 중요한 영향을 줄 수 있다. 하지만 이에 대한 국내의 체계적인 연구와 이해가 부족하여 이번 연구를 시행하게 되었다. 연구 방법 : 1995년부터 2000년까지 고려대학교 안암병원 산부인과에서 임신 또는 출산으로 입원했던 7,879명 환자의 진단명과 검사코드를 중심으로, 입원기간 중 뇌혈관질환이 발생한 환자들을 선별하였다. 이 환자들의 의무기록, 병리학적 검사, 신경학적 검사 및 방사선학적 결과를 후향적으로 분석하여 평가하였다. 결과 : 총 7,879 환자 가운데 4명에서 뇌혈관질환이 발병하였다. 발병한 뇌혈관질환은 자주막하출혈 2명, 뇌실질내 출혈 1명, 뇌경색 1명으로 발생률은 각각 0.03%, 0.01%, 0.01%이었다. 결론 : 이번 연구에서 임신부의 전체 뇌혈관질환의 발생률은 0.05%로 낮으나, 임산부와 태아에 미치는 심각한 영향을 고려할 때 앞으로 보다 정확한 평가가 있어야 하겠다. Objective : It is widely believed that pregnancy accounts for a significant impact upon maternal as well as fetal health. Nevertheless, the correlation between pregnancy and cerebrovasular disease has not been fully understood due to few data available in Republic of Korea. Methods : We have reviewed clinical diagnosis and impressions of 7,879 patients who were admitted inpatients to the Korea University Anam Hospital either for delivery or for pregnancy between 1995 and 2000, retrospectively. Four identified as patients with cerebrovascular disease were analyzed with medical records, results of blood tests and radiologic tests, as well as neurologic findings. Results : In 4 patients with cerebrovascular diseases, we found 2 subarachnoid hemorrhages, 1 intracranial hemorrhage, and 1 cerebral infarction. Among 7,879 inpatients, the incidences of subarachnoid hemorrhage, intracranial hemorrhage, and cerebral infarction were 0.03%, 0.01%, and 0.01% respectively. Conclusion : In our study, the incidence of cerebrovascular disease during pregnancy was as low as 0.05%. But cerebrovascular disease was related to maternal and fetal health, therefore much attention should be focused on the precise evaluation of the pregnancy with cerebrovascular disease.

        바이럴 마케팅의 온라인 몰 구매후기와 파워 블로그 자기제시가 매개변인 구전효과와 의류구매행동에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of power blog self- presentation and on-line shopping mall reviews on the word of mouth (WOM) effect and apparel purchasing behavior. Consumers living in Seoul and Gyeonggi received questionnaires. There were 303 usable forms that could be analyzed by descriptive statistics, factor analysis, Cronbach`s alpha, and regression analysis. The results were as follows: There was a significant effect of power blog self-presentation such as interactivity, media effect, and business intention on information acceptance through WOM. Power blog self-presentation, such as interactivity and business intention, affect information delivery by WOM significantly. There was a significant effect of review consideration, such as agreement, usefulness, enjoyment, and purity, on information acceptance of WOM. Reviews describing enjoyment, purity, and usefulness affect information delivery of WOM significantly. Business intention, media effect, and purity directly affect apparel-purchasing behavior, and affect the WOM effect as a mediator variable and then purchasing behavior. Whereas, interactivity, overstatement, and enjoyment affect the WOM effect as a mediator variable, and then affect overall purchasing behavior. Therefore, fashion firms consider active interaction with power blog visitors and promote the way of enjoying with fun through review of apparel on-line shopping mall when they try to implement viral marketing with WOM effect.
